我们都知道学习是高年级学
生最重要的任务，因此对我们来说把大部分时间花在学习是是必
要的。
然而，适当的休息对我们也同样重要。
但是，在我们学校
只有短短的晚上可以休息，我觉得这对我们是不好的。
我在学校做了一项调查，收集了大家对于要求每周有更长的休息时间的想法。
几乎所有的同学都说他们需要更多的时间来学习和放松。
因此，根据同学们的看法，我建议给学生设立一个下午和晚上的时间好好休息。
适当的休息可以帮助学生更好的专注于学习。
