They are offering reliable and fast protection for motors in the event of overload or phase failure.EF370 electronic overload relays are available from 115 A up to 380 A. They are easy to use like thermal overload relays and compatible with standard motor applications. Electronic overload relays are convincing, above all, due to their wide settingrange, high accuracy, high operational temperature range and the option to select a trip class (10E, 20E, 30E). Further features include temperature compen-sation, trip contact (NC), signal contact (NO), auto-matic- or manual reset selectable, trip-free mecha-nism, STOP- and test function and a trip indication. The overload relays can connect directly to AF block contactors. Single mounting kits are available as ac-cessory. BCQ-HDBCQ-HD3(HD4)3(HD4)型旁压式起重量限制器使用说明书一、产品概述BCQ-HD3(HD4)型旁压式起重量限制器是主要用于电动葫芦的超载安全保护装置,由传感器、仪表两部分组成。

主要技术指标符合GB12602-2009《起重机械超载保护装置技术规范》要求。

具有体积小巧,结构紧凑,外形美观等特点。

还具有零点追踪、一键清零、系统自检、故障指示等人性化功能。

二、技术参数1、适用范围:单根钢丝绳最大受力5t的电动葫芦2、显示精度:≤±5%(F·S)3、动作误差:≤±3%(F·S)4、安全过载:额定起重量的150%5、使用环境:-20~+60℃、90%RH6、电源电压:~380±10%50HZ7、控制继电器触点容量:~220V5A8、显示方式:三位LED显示9、传感器防护等级:IP6510、控制盒防护等级:IP42三、工作原理电动葫芦吊起物品的重量经钢丝绳传递到旁压式称重传感器上,称重传感器受力产生形变,并输出与重量成正比的电信号,该信号经测量电路处理后,显示其起吊物品的重量,当重量达到电动葫芦额定起重量的90%时,蜂鸣器黄色指示灯发出断续声光报警,当重量达到105%时,延时3秒控制继电器动作,蜂鸣器红色指示灯发出断续声光报警。

当重量达到130%时控制继电器立即动作,蜂鸣器红色指示灯发出节奏较快的声光报警。

.本产品的供电应不受任何控制电器的控制(电源总开关除外)。

.本产品禁止在雨淋和强腐蚀环境下工作,如在户外应加装有防雨措施。

1.传感器的安装传感器应安装在电动葫芦钢丝绳固定端,将钢丝绳嵌入传感器固定块内(见图一a、b),拧紧螺栓即可。

QCX-2B型起重量限制器使用说明书一、概述:QCX-2B型起重量限制器是QCX-2型仪表改进的一种起重机械安全保护装置,可用于桥吊、门吊等起重机设备上,该装置主要有电阻应变式传感器和电气控制器(俗称二次仪表)两部分组成,具有声光报警并切断起重机起升回路电源和数字显示重量等功能。

当仪器在调试或使用过程中出现故障时,可按以下步骤进行一般检查: 检查连线是否松动、断线或短路。 检查保险丝是否烧断。 检查电源电压是否符合要求。 检查机械安装是否合理。 检查传感器是否正常。 检查零点和量程,可参照(5. 调试、校准) 仪器发生较大故障时可送回生产厂家修理。
5. 调试、校准
先把仪表后面板上的 6 颗螺钉拧开,将仪表前面板拉出至内部两层线路板都能看见的位置。 仪器通电 20 分钟后,就可进行调试、校准。 注意:调试、校准时必须将门机的减速箱手柄放到慢速位置,并将幅度收到 20 米以内,用 最小幅度的额定起重量校准满量程! 5.1 调整零点 卸去吊钩上的所有重物,并使钩头离地 1 米左右,参照图三,用万用表测量(后层)主板上 检测点KVO2与COM两端的输出电压,调整主板上的电位器W5,使输出电压为零。 5.2 调整量程 吊起满量程的砝码,将主板上的W1电位器调到中间位置,逐个改变SE1,SE2,SE4,SE8四个 插头的短接套位置, (插向ON位置,输出电压减小,插向OFF位置,输出电压增大,SE8的改变量 )粗调量程,使输出电压最接近满量程(2.000V) 。 最大,SE1的改变量最小。 细调W1电位器,使输出电压达到满量程(2.000V) 。 卸下砝码,重新按 5.1条 调零。然后再吊起满量程砝码,按 5.2 条 重调满量程。重复几 次以上步骤,使起重机在空载时,输出电压为零。在满载时,输出电压为 2.000V。 5.3 调整显示 吊起满量程的砝码,参照图四,调整前层显示板上的电位器W1,使面板显示值与实际负荷值 一致。 (例 1: 满负荷为 40t,则将显示值调到 40.0。例 2:满负荷为 25t,则将显示值调到 25.0。 例 3:满负荷为 20t,则将显示值调到 20.0,不要调到 20.00,否则重量超过满量程时,显示器将 熄灭。 ) 经过以上调整,PCI-1002B 超载限制器的调试、校准工作已全部结束,将前面板推入仪表 外壳,拧紧后面板上的 6 个螺钉后,PCI-1002B 超载限制器就可投入正常工作。 5 2
