一、中国银行流动资金贷款产品指引:流动资金贷款 二、中国银行可撤销贷款承诺函产品指引:可撤销贷款承诺函,一般情况又称营销 性贷款承诺函,是指我行与借款客户达成的一种具有法律约束力的正式协议。 三、出口押汇:在出口商发出货物并交来信用证或合同要求的单据后,银行应出口 商要求向其提供的以出口单据为质押的在途资金融通。 四、福费廷:福费廷也称包买票据或票据买断,指中国银行作为包买商从出口商那 里无追索权地购买由银行承兑/承付或保付的远期汇票,而向出口商提供融资的业务。 五、保理:国际保理(factoring)是一项集商业资信调查、应收账款管理、信用风险担 保及贸易融资于一体的新兴综合性金融服务。 六、 票据贴现:票据贴现是指票据收款人在票据到期以前将票据权利转让给银行, 并贴付一定利息向银行取得现款的一种资金融通方式。从形式上看,它是一种票据买卖行 为,从本质上看,则是银行以票据为担保而对票据持有人的一种授信。 七、应收账款收购:应收账款收购业务是银行以购买未到期应收账款的方式向企业 提供短期融资的一类银行业务。所谓应收账款收购,是指银行买入在商务合同项下产品卖 方(债权人)对产品买方(债务人)所拥有应收账款的债权,同时放弃对债权人的追索权,只对 债务人拥有追索权的金融产品。同时银行和债权人议定,在债权人未履行商务合同项下义 务时,债权人仍须承担无条件向银行回购该笔应收账款的义务。
(2)进口保理业务流程 ①向中国银行提出进口保理业务需求,并提供供货商及 相关交易的详细情况; ②中国银行对进口商的资信状况进行评估并将评估结果 通知进口商; ③若进口商符合要求,中国银行将通知出口商所在地的 保理商,请其联络出口商提出保理信用额度申请; ④中国银行与进口商签署一份《进口保理协议》, 批准 所申请的保理信用额度,出口商发货; ⑤收到单据并提货后,进口商在付款到期日将货款付给 中国银行,或授权中国银行从进口商帐户中主劢借记。

The Group has conducted assessment on these securities based on the changes in market condition of US subprime mortgages since the half-year end of 2007. According to the relevant accounting standards, the Group decided to charge additional impairment allowance of USD135 million and USD187 million against these Subprime ABS and Subprime CDOs respectively. The aggregated amounts of these allowances were USD186 million (equivalent to RMB1.395 billion) and USD287 million (equivalent to RMB2.152 billion) respectively as at 30 September 2007. The Group has also made reserve of USD321 million (equivalent to RMB2.414 billion) directly in the “Reserve for fair value changes of available-for-sale securities” under the equity, refl ecting the depreciation of the fair value of the related Subprime securities.As at 30 September 2007, the carrying value of the investment in Subprime ABS and Subprime CDOs stood at USD7,451 million (equivalent to RMB55.960 billion) and USD496 million (equivalent to RMB3.727 billion), representing 2.86% and 0.19% of the Group’s total investment securities respectively.Considering the inherent uncertainties
