在BOBLBE·E 诞生之前的很多年，乔纳斯·布兰金（Jonas Blanking ）的上下班交通工具只有自行车或滚轴轮滑，耗油又污染的汽车已经完全遗忘在车库里。
作为一名具有丰富经验的汽车及体育用品工业设计大师，因为工作需要，他必须随身携带一台笔记本电脑、工作笔记、草图和其他物件往返于市镇之间。

他把目光对准航空运输业，他们每天运送处理的物品都比其他运输行业更小，但因为寒冷、灰尘、震动、碰撞等等使物品所处环境更加恶劣。
他很快得出结论：重量、工艺和材料是开发一款全新背包的关键。
为了创造出令人满意的结构和防冲击保护罩，乔纳斯研究了航空领域中铝合金和塑料容器的构造，并认真测试如何组装和铆接，螺栓的种类和使用，材料的变化和反应，不同的应力条件和腐蚀性环境，甚至包括如今的青少年对待他们的装备，就像机场的工作人员对待托运的行李等等所有的细节。
最初的设计中并没有决定要把一个坚硬的外壳和柔软的身体结合在一起。
然而，当你与一个装备每天亲密无间的一起生活时，考虑符合人体工程学的外形就是理所当然的了。
完美贴合的硬壳与身体，是初期乔纳斯遇到的最困难及最具挑战性的问题。
经过N 多次模型试验和模拟测试，1996年秋天，终于得到了一个最佳的原型测试结果。

三、日常维护：
1.定期检查润滑油面，低于下端及时添加。
2.定期更换空气滤芯、活性炭滤芯（一般为一年）。
3.定期检查皮带。
四、维护：
1.建议记录使用时间，以便及时更换滤芯。
建议将所有的维护工作都记录备案，包括维护时间和维护内容。
2.维护规则：进行任何维护工作前都必须切断电源并泄压，只能使用原厂配件，经常在接头处涂肥皂水检查气密性。
3.润滑油：为保证压缩机正常工作并延长使用寿命，请不要更换润滑油的种类。
建议使用BAUER的N22138润滑油（1L），更换周期为每运行1000小时或每年。
4.滤芯：有空气滤芯和活性炭滤芯两种。
当高压管排放出的空气里含有异味或者有油烟时必须更换活性炭滤芯（工作时间不得超过40小时）；空气滤芯每20小时检查并用低压干空气吹洗或更换。
5.皮带：V型皮带，每25或30小时检查一下松紧度，当皮带中部承受5公斤的压力时其最大偏离度不应超过5毫米。
6.其他非正常情况配件：有各种各样的O型圈、高压软管、压力表等。
