电磁阀的使用说明选型要领:电磁阀选型首先应该依次遵循安全性,可靠性,适用性,经济性四大原则,其次是根据六个方面的现场工况(即管道参数、流体参数、压力参数、电气参数、动作方式、特殊要求进行选择)。

选型依据:一、根据管道参数选择电磁阀的:通径规格(即DN)、接口方式1、按照现场管道内径尺寸或流量要求来确定通径(DN)尺寸。

2、接口方式,一般>DN50要选择法兰接口,≤DN50则可根据用户需要自由选择。

二、根据流体参数选择电磁阀的:材质、温度组1、腐蚀性流体:宜选用耐腐蚀电磁阀和全不锈钢;食用超净流体:宜选用食品级不锈钢材质电磁阀。

2、高温流体:要选择采用耐高温的电工材料和密封材料制造的电磁阀,而且要选择活塞式结构类型的。

3、流体状态:大至有气态,液态或混合状态,特别是口径大于DN25订货时一定要区分开来。

4、流体粘度:通常在50cSt以下可任意选择,若超过此值,则要选用高粘度电磁阀。

三、根据压力参数选择电磁阀的:原理和结构品种1、公称压力:这个参数与其它通用阀门的含义是一样的,是根据管道公称压力来定。

2、工作压力:如果工作压力低则必须选用直动或分步直动式原理;最低工作压差在0.04Mpa以上时直动式、分步直动式、先导式均可选用。

四、电气选择:电压规格应尽量优先选用AC220V、DC24较为方便。

五、根据持续工作时间长短来选择:常闭、常开、或可持续通电1、当电磁阀需要长时间开启,并且持续的时间多余关闭的时间应选用常开型。

2、要是开启的时间短或开和关的时间不多时,则选常闭型。

3、但是有些用于安全保护的工况,如炉、窑火焰监测,则不能选常开的,应选可长期通电型。

六、根据环境要求选择辅助功能:防爆、止回、手动、防水雾、水淋、潜水1、爆炸性环境:必须选用相应防爆等级的电磁阀2、当管内流体有倒流现象时,可选择带止回功能电磁阀。

3、当需要对电磁阀进行现场人工操作时,可选择带手动功能电磁阀。

4、露天安装或粉尘多场合应选用防水,防尘品种(防护等级在IP54以上)。

ZC45B~ZC250B 为单机形式,ZC350B~1000B为单机叠加减速器形式。

隔爆标志有Ex dⅡBT4Gb和Ex dⅡCT4Gb。

本系列隔爆电装具有ZC系列电装的特点:功能全,性能可靠,控制系统先进,体积小,重量轻,品种规格齐等特点。

本产品性能指标达到GB/T24923-2010 《普通型阀门电动装置技术条件》的规定。

隔爆性能符合GB3836.1-2010《爆炸性环境用防爆电气设备通用要求》、GB3836.2-2010《爆炸性环境用防爆电气设备隔爆型电气设备“d”》及GB/T 24922-2010 《隔爆型阀门电动装置技术条件的规定》。

该系列隔爆型阀门电动装置用于阀瓣做直线运动的阀门,如截止阀、闸阀、节流阀、隔膜阀、水闸等。

可以用于明杆阀,也可以用于暗杆阀,是对阀门实现远控、集控和自动控制的必不可少的驱动装置。

This series flameproof electric valve actuators (flameproof actuator as abbreviation) are explosion-proof type of series ZC electric valve actuators. 起动器具有失压、过压、短路、过载、断相及漏电闭锁等保护。

1、起动器采用三极真空交流接触器,主触头密封在真空开关管内,无需维护,具有电弧不外露,适用于频繁操作,主触头磨损小,电寿命长,安全可靠的特点。

2、起动器采用新型换相隔离开关,换相动作可靠,并有经改进的灭弧罩,灭弧效果良好。

3、具有就地和远距离控制电机起动停止的功能,具有JDB型电机综合保护器实现过载、断相、短路及漏电闭锁保护。

4.3 防爆结构要点 1) 电磁铁要求隔爆空腔内部的爆炸性混合物产生爆炸时,隔爆外壳不损坏,并且保证内部火焰不能 通过外壳接合面而引起电磁铁外部爆炸性混合物爆炸。 2) 组成隔爆外壳的零件,精加工后均经过 GB3836.2-2000 规定的 1.0MPa,历时 10+2S 静压试验合格, 以保证可承受最大的内部爆炸压力而不损坏。 3) 联接隔爆外壳的紧固螺栓数量不可缺少,拧入深度为螺栓的直径的 1.2~1.5 倍,以承受爆炸压力。 每个螺栓和螺母下均有弹簧垫圈,防止自行松脱。 4)电磁铁的外壳、接线盒盖、底板、导磁管、电缆密封圈等是隔爆零件,其隔爆面不得磕碰,不得 有划痕等影响隔爆效果的缺陷。 5)接线盒进、出线口设有密封圈,其电缆最小外径要与密封圈内径相符,以保证压紧螺母压装后,

它主要用于控制电动阀门的开关,并完成阀位状态显示。

FBKZ型控制器不仅能与开关型阀门电动装置匹配,它还可根据用户需求提供特殊的控制功能。

控制器的防爆性能符合GB3836.1-2000爆炸性气体环境用电气设备第1部分通用要求和GB3836.2-2000 爆炸性气体环境用电气设备第2部分隔爆型“d”的有关规定,产品性能符合津Q/12YJ4429-2008《阀门电动装置控制设备》的规定。

二、 防爆性能:控制器为隔爆型,其外壳可以承受内部爆炸性气体混合物爆炸产生的压力,并能阻止内部的爆炸引燃外壳周围环境中的爆炸性气体混合物。

控制器的防爆标志为:ExdⅡBT4。

Ex—防爆标志d—防爆型式为隔爆型。

Ⅱ—工厂用电气设备。

B—级别,决定隔爆面参数。

T4—温度组别,允许最高表面温度为135℃。

可燃性气体、蒸汽级别,温度组别举例可参阅GB3836.1-2000标准中的附录B栏目。

控制器各部位隔爆结合面参见(图1)中字母“I”所指处。

上述隔爆面均为圆形配合面隔爆型式。

控制器开度表和指示灯部分为透明件防爆结构。

除开度微调钮、现场/远控钮、开阀/停止/关阀钮的隔爆面长度大于12.5mm外,其余隔爆面长度均为25mm。

使用说明书 1. 概述
a.本产品为隔爆型直流湿式阀用电磁铁,靠电源的通断实现阀芯的位 移运动,达到液压自动控制。
b.本产品用于直流电压至 220 V 的控制电路中,作为电磁换向阀的动 力元件,适用范围不应超过 GB3836.2 中 dⅠ规定的要求。表面温度 符合温度组别 T4 的规定。

a)检修周期
电磁铁可以采用长期工作制和断续周期工作制,一般情况下不需要
进行检修,如发现异常现象,按表 2方法进行检修。

b)如设备长期停放,需保证电磁铁内存有一定的液压油,防止衔铁锈 蚀后卡死。
