11.2 哈夫曼编码 11.2.1 哈夫曼编码的理论基础
根据信息论中信源编码理论,当平均码长R大于等于图像 熵H时,总可设计出一种无失真编码。当平均码长远大于图像 熵时,表明该编码方法效率很低; 当平均码长等于或很接近 于(但不大于)图像熵时,称此编码方法为最佳编码,此时不会 引起图像失真; 而当平均码长大于图像熵时,压缩比较高, 但会引起图像失真。在变长编码中,如果码字长度严格按照对 应符号出现的概率大小逆序排列,则其平均码字长度为最小, 这就是变长最佳编码定理。变长最佳编码定理是哈夫曼编码的 理论基础。
第11章 图像编码
(2) 小波编码。1989年,S.G.Mallat首次将小波变换用 于图像编码。经过小波变换后的图像具有良好的空间方向选择 性,而且是多分辨率的,能够保持原图像在各种分辨率下的精 细结构,与人的视觉特性十分吻合。
(3) 模型编码。模型编码是近年发展起来的一种很有前 途的低比特率编码方法,其基本出发点是在编、解码两端分别 建立起相同的模型,编码时利用先验模型抽取图像中的主要信 息并用模型参数的形式表示,解码时则利用所接收的模型参数 重建图像。
(2) 保真度编码, 主要利用人眼的视觉特性,在允许的 失真(Lossy)条件下或一定的保真度准则下,最大限度地压缩 图像。保真度编码可以实现较大的压缩比,主要用于数字电视 技术、静止图像通信、娱乐等方面。对于这些图像,过高的空 间分辨率和过多的灰度层次,不仅增加了数据量,而且人眼也 接收不到。因此,在编码过程中可以丢掉一些人眼不敏感的信 息,在保证一定的视觉效果条件下提高压缩比。

第11章 地面波传播
对电波在不同性质地面上的传播进行计算,所得结果对于 合理选择收发两点的地质情况具有重要意义。例如,在图114-2所示的条件下,地面波从A点出发,经混合路径到达B点, 可算出衰减因子如图11-4-3所示。由图可见,虽然总的路径是 相等的,但“海洋-干土-海洋”的路径损耗小于“干土-海洋干土”的路径损耗。因此可以把地面波的传播过程和飞机的飞 行相比拟,好像电波是从发射天线地区起飞,在离开地表面一 定高度上向接收天线方向飞行,然后在到达接收天线的区域降 落。只有在起飞和降落时,地面对飞机才起作用。这种现象称 为地面波的“起飞-着陆”效应,图11-4-4为地面波传播时的 想象图像。所以在实际工作中适当选择发射、接收天线附近的

关于高效课堂我们明天的路在何方?
高效课堂是开放的课堂,需要不断创新、不断发展。
那么,高效课堂的未来究竟是怎样的,我们应该从哪些方面拓展创新路径呢?
1从理念到行动,回归教育规律
“我们学校的升学率在全省是最高的,如果课改,升学率降低了怎么办?”许多学校面对课改都会提出这类问题,进而就是“不敢改”“不愿改”。
所有的改革都是艰难的、痛苦的,甚至是残酷的。
我们曾经多少次寄托于所谓“循序渐进”的改良?但结果往往是“夜郎自大”和“故步自封”。
实际上,课改最重要的不是创新,而是回归。
课改要回归教育的原点——回归教育规律、回归学生身心发展规律、回归课堂教学规律、回归学科知识建构规律。
如果不彻底抛弃那些违背教育规律的做法,课改必将举步维艰。
谈起理念,许多校长都头头是道,许多教师也明明白白。
比如,“自主、合作、探究”,大家都非常认同,但一到实践,又有多少遵照这种理念进行课堂教学的教师呢?我们的教育不缺理念,缺的是行动——用来诠释理念的行动。
“想到的要说到,说到的要做到,做到的要见到”,从理念到行动应该遵循如下逻辑:有了理念问目标,有了目标问流程,有了流程问工具,有了工具问执行,有了执行问评价,有了评价问使用。
2从知本到能本,关注创新实践
人不是知识的容器。
学知识是为了增长能力,从知识本位向能力本位转型是素质教育的应有之义。
最近发布的《国务院关于深化考试招生制度改革的实施意见》明确提出:“依据高校人才选拔要求和国家课程标准,科学设计命题内容,增强基础性、综合性,着重考查学生独立思考和运用所学知识分析问题、解决问题的能力。
”
从知识转向能力,绝不是说知识不重要,而是说课堂不能仅仅停留在知识传递的层面,更要强调知识的应用。
具体来说,就是加强知识与生命、知识与生活、知识与时代、知识与社会的联系,通过这4个联系培养学生的创新精神和实践能力。
判断课堂究竟是知识本位还是能力本位并不难——如果课堂追求“做题”,那就一定是知识本位,说穿了就是应试本位;如果课堂回归了“问题”,那就是能力本位,也就是我们向往的素质本位。
3从课堂到课程,走向学生自主
高效课堂紧紧抓住课堂这一核心,致力于课堂转型。
但是,如果仅仅着眼于课堂,只能解决“怎么学”的问题,推动从“被动学”到“主动学”的转变。
课改的深化必然会涉及“学什么”的问题。
究竟什么是课程?“课”就是主题,“程”就是有序。
重建课程意识、投身课程创新,这是教师智慧生存的方式。
应该如何进行课程创新呢?可以重点关注“四
个领域”“四个类型”“四个层次”。
四个领域。
课程要满足学生的多元发展需求,需要有一个相对完整的内容模型,至少应该包括人文领域、科技领域、艺术领域、健康领域。
如果说课堂学习内容是学生的“规定动作”,那么,开发校本课程体系就是给学生提供“自选动作”。
四个类型。
课程应该包括分层课程、分类课程、综合课程、特需课程。
分类课程尊重学生的差异性,可以让学生根据自己的实际情况走班选课;分类课程要打破单元、年级界限,对教材进行重组,从而让教材更适应学生的认知规律;综合课程主要指跨学科的研究性学习课程;特需课程可以满足学生的特别需求。
四个层次。
就校本课程开发而言,主要有以下几个层次:一是校本课程,以学校为主体研发的课程;二是班本课程,以班级为主体研发的课程;三是师本课程,以教师为主体研发的课程;四是生本课程,以学生为主体研发的课程。
学生是课程开发的生力军,放手让学生自主研发课程,实现“我的课程我做主”,这将是新课改的另一重境界。
4从课内到课外,建设书香校园
课本是学生的主要学习内容,但如果学生眼里只有课本,那学习就成了一件单调而乏味的事情。
对于学校而言,一个缺乏书香味的学校会给人浅薄的感觉。
如何让校园充满书香?我认为应该有6个保障:一是目标保障,需要构建分学段、分年级的阅读目标系统;二是时间保障,应该积极创造条件,增加学生的阅读时间;三是课程保障,在校本课程开发中,把阅读作为重要课程内容;四是制度保障,建立“周读一诗、月读一刊、季读一书”等有助于阅读的制度;五是活动保障,比如荐书活动、晒书活动、聊书活动、画书活动、唱书活动、演书活动等;六是评价保障,尝试把阅读纳入学生和教师的综合考评之中。
5从传统到现代,重视技术变革
高效课堂作为现代课堂的一种类型,在“互联网+”时代,必须有现代技术给予支撑。
现代技术的核心是信息技术,但需要特别警惕的是,信息技术也是需要使用者的,使用者的教育教学理念决定了信息技术的使用效果。
因此,高效课堂必须坚持“课改理念”“课堂模式”“学科课程”“信息技术”的捆绑式转型,通过信息技术,实现课堂理念、课堂模式、学科课程同步有效的整合。
目前来看,信息技术在课堂中的应用主要有3种模式:班班通,每个班级都配备多媒体设备;组组通,每个小组配备一台电脑;人人通,每个学生配备笔记本电脑或平板电脑。
信息技术下的“云笔记”“云展示”“云作业”“云互动”“云生成”“云评价”等,正在打破班级、学校、地域的界限,创造划时代的学习方式。
