(2)You can go and see the Lion Dance.你可以去看舞狮。
可以看出,(1)表示的是必须做的事情,而(2)表示的是可以做的事情。
因此我们可以把must翻译成“必须”,而把can翻译成“可以”。
如果表示禁止某人做某事可以采用must的否定形式,即mustn’t。
eg:You mustn’t break anything.It is bad luck!千万不要打破东西,这是不吉利的!You mustn’t talk with food in your mouth.嘴里有东西的时候一定不要说话。

而can’t表示“不能,不要”,即不允许。
