• 国王节又称三圣节，时间是在新年后 的第一个星期日。这是属于法国人特 有的节日，这一天家人或朋友会聚集 在一起，分享国王饼为新的一年祈福 ，而饼中藏着一个小皇冠，吃到小皇 冠的人就是今年幸运儿，宴会上他就 是今日的国王，享有国王般的权利。
• 国王饼中藏小皇冠的意义，就像中国 北方人新年吃饺子时在其中藏一枚钱 币，是一样的道理，而国王节的欢庆 气氛就靠这一类戏闹的气氛建立起来 。现在这一天吃国王饼，颇有举国同 欢的意味，一些政治人物还会在第二 天大声宣布他吃到里面的皇冠了。吃 到后幸运不幸运是一回事，依照法国 人的热情，吃到国王皇冠者，会先被 大家拥抱热烈亲吻一番倒是真的。

• Le 25 novembre, c’est la Sainte-Cahterine, une fê bien te parisienne. Les jeunes filles qui ont vingt-cinq ans et ne sont pas encore marié es“coiffent la Sainte-Catherine”. Ces catherinettes mettent des fleurs devant la statue de leur sainte qui se trouve dans la rue du mê nom. Pour cette journé elles ont fabriquéde me e, merveilleux bonnets jaune et vert, plus originaux les uns que les autres. Dans les grandes maisons de couture surtout, on danse, on boit du champagne.
