一、聘请双方本着友好合作精神，自愿签订本合同并保证认真履行合同中约定的各项义务。
二、合同期自年月日起至年月日止。

1、向受聘方介绍中国有关法律、法则和聘方有关工作制度以及有关外国专家的管理规定。

六、受聘方的义务：

未经聘方同意，不得兼任与聘方无关的其它劳务。
3、按时完成工作任务，保证工作质量。
4、尊重中国的政策。
不从事与外教身份不符的活动。
5、尊重中国人民的道德规和风俗习惯。
七、合同的变更、解除和终止：
1、双方应信守合同，未经双方一致同意，任何一方不得擅自更改、解除和终止合同。
2、经当事人双方协商同意后，可以变更、解除和终止合同。
在未达成一致意见前，仍应当严格履行合同。
3、聘方在下述条件下，有权以书面形式通知受聘方解除合同：
（1）受聘方不履行合同或者履行合同义务不符合的约定条件，经聘方指出后，仍不改正的；
（2）根据医生诊断，受聘方在病假连续30天后不能恢复正常工作的。
4、受聘方在下述情况下，有权以书面形式通知聘方解除合同：
（1）聘方未按合同约定提供受聘方必要的工作和生活条件；
（2）聘方未按时支付受聘方报酬。
八、违约金：
当事人一方不履行合同或者履行合同义务不符合约定条件，即违反合同时，应当向另一方支付500美元（或者当数额的人民币）的违约金。
受聘方因不可抗力事件要求解除合同，需出具有关机构证明，经聘方同意后，离华的费用自理；受聘方若无故解除合同，除离华费自理外，还应当向聘方支付违约金。
聘方，因不可抗力事件要求解除合同，经受聘方同意后，诹华费用由聘方负担；聘方若无故解除合同，除负担受聘方离华费用外，还应当向受聘方支付违约金。
九、本合同附件为不可分割一部分，与合同具有同等效力。
十、本合同处自双方签字之日起生效，合同期满即自行失效。
当事人一方要求签订新合同，必须在本合同期满30天前向另一方提出，经双方协商同意后签订新合同。
受聘方合同期满后，在华逗留期间的一切费用自理。
十一、仲裁
当事人双方发生合同纠纷时，尽可能通过协商或者调解解决。
若协商、调解无效，可向国家外国专家局设立的外国文教专家事务仲裁机构申请仲裁。

一般每周课时为16-20节亲自面授学生（每课时为45分钟）课，另需参加每周最多不超过5课时的英语角活动课，学校应提前一周通知乙方，并将英语角的具体时间、地点、英语角的主题等有关事项书面通知乙方，并给予适量奖励或补贴，否则乙方有权拒绝参加。
工资
基本月工资已在总合同作出规定，在固定合同满一个月前一天发放工资，第一月的工资如乙方经济困难可先预支一半作为安家费，并在发工资时扣减。
寒暑假工资
暑假工资（8月1日至9月1日30天）发正常一个月工资，寒假（20天）发一个月工资的三分之二。
免费提供下列设施与服务
1．免费住宿：学校提供一套间住房，包括一间卧室、一间客厅、厨房及洗手间；房有空调、彩电、、DVD、床、沙发、办公桌、洗衣机、冰箱、书柜、椅子、桌子、衣柜、微波炉、烤箱、电脑（需安装英文WINDOWS系统）、打印机、备课本、钢笔、学校地址牌、热水器、开水器、煤气灶、厨具等。
2．免费学校食堂用餐，如不在食堂用餐，则每月补贴300元生活费。
3．免费学校医务室医疗。
4．一架单车，但乙方自行维护，合同期满须退还给学校。
机票
任教满一年且教学质量令人一般满意的情况下，报来回机票（来回机票不得超过1000美元，单程机票不得超过500美元），任教半年，只报销单程机票。
旅游补贴任教满一年发给旅游补贴人民币2200元。
签证
乙方到达并为学校工作后，给予办理并报销工作签证，但乙方来中国的旅游签证费自理。
假日
五月有7天连续的假期、十月有7天的连续的假期、圣诞节有2天的假期、新年有2天的假期、暑假有一月的假期即8月1日至9月1日（30天）、寒假有20天的春节假期。
请假
如果受聘方因患病并经学校医务室或医院批准可以请病假，受聘方在病假期间可以得到学校发放的每天30元的病假补贴，但无其它工资，如果受聘方连续30天请病假，学校可以按照国家外专局合同有关规定中止与受聘方的合同。
如果受聘方在工作时间需请事假，须得到学校的批准并且事假的天数不可超过20天，否则学校有权中止与受聘方之间的合约；如果受聘方没有任何原因或向学校提出请假，即旷工不上课，学校有权在其旷工期间按双倍罚扣其工资；如果受聘方旷工连续超过7天，学校有权开除受聘方。
健康与医疗
在到达中国前，受聘方必须自费体检以证明其无肝炎或其它传染性疾病。
受聘方可以在学校医务室接受免费医疗，但校外医疗由受聘方自理。
电脑及使用情况
学校为受聘方提供电脑与设备，但受聘方必须自己支付上网费用和费。
由于上网费清单总是在下一个月底才能收到，受聘方在离开学校之前（以合同有效期为准），应存入500元人民币以支付其上网费用。
此合同的复印件，受聘方与聘方双方各持一份，中国驻乙方国家大使馆一份，乙方国家驻中国大使馆一份，以便监督执行此合同。
未经学校允许，受聘方不可将本人工资数额及合同容透露给第三者。
此附件合同为中国外国专家局印制的合同之不可分割的部分。
