一、指导思想
通过省级骨干教师培训，促进我的师德水平和业务能力，不断地学习新知识来充实自己，利用省级研修这个平台，与学员之间互相学习，互相探索，互相帮助，努力让自己成为一个“科研型”的骨干教师，并充分发挥省级骨干教师的专业引领作用，努力提高我校英语教师的整体教学水平和教学质量。
二、研修预期目标
1、提升我的教师职业道德水准，形成健康的教师心理，培养团队合作、沟通、交流、与分享的意识与能力，提升自己的教师职业幸福感。
2、优化教学教研活动，使自己由学习型向研究型转变，进而使自己成为新课程实施及推广的引领者，配合全市的基础教育课程改革活动，逐步提高我校英语教学的教学质量及水平。
3、不断进行教学研究，努力探索和研究适合学生特点、能促进学生全面发展的教学方法，推动教学质量稳步提升。
4、积极开展新教材的研究工作，充分发挥自己“骨干教师”的示范引领作用，迅速提高新任教师和青年教师的业务素质和教学研究水平。
三、研修学习任务：
(一)专业阅读
结合自身需要，每学期精读一本教育教学名著，撰写读书笔记和读后感。
(二)课题研究
积极主持和参与《攀登英语和常规英语的整合》课题研究。
(三)撰写教学反思和论文
(四)教学示范或专题讲座
主动承担市县或省级教学示范课、公开课或专题讲座任务，每学期不少于一次。
四、具体实施措施
1、以“自我反思、同伴互助、专业引领”为核心要素，以“理论学习、主题教研、反思交流”等活动为基本形式的研修。
2、多读书，在读书中积累，在读书中反思，在读书中成长。
结合自己的阅读情况，写出读书反思、读书随笔，积累教育教学理论知识、丰富教育教书经验，以便更好的指导自己的教学教学，形成自己独特的教学风格。
3、善于思考，在实践中探求、感悟。
要坚持用脑子工作,时刻把工作与思考相结合，在思考中工作，在工作中思考，创造性地开展工作。
