There was once a little witch. She was kind, but she had no idea how to put that kindness into practice. So she was sad most of the time.
One day, she heard that the old witches were planning to put a spell(咒语) on a big mountain and turn it into a volcano, which would destroy a small town. The little witch then went to tell the people about this, but they didn’t believe her and threw ston es at her.
The little witch sat crying at the side of the road. Soon a few children came by and tried to console(安慰)her. She told them everything and the children told her that bejing good was very easy. What she had to do was to help others.
“And what can I do fro you guys?” asked the witch.
“You could give us some sweets!” They told her,happily. The witch felt upset, because she knew no spell for making them. But the chi ldren didn’t mind, and they went off to play.
The little witch was encouraged by this and left her cave to help everyone. On her way, she came across the old witches casting their spell on the mountain. Some magic words came into her head. Suddenly ,the fire on the mountain had turned into thousands of sweets and fell onto the town below.
And that’s how the little witch learned how to do good deeds: by sincerely wanting to help others. From that day on, everyone made friends with her, and they called her Sweet Witch.

In most parts of the world, many students help their schools make less pollution（污染）. The y join “environment（环境）club”. In an environment club, people work together to make our environment clean.
