SL780水冷半封螺杆型冷水机组使用说明书一、操作使用说明用户在每次开机时,请严格按照使用说明书规定的步骤依次操作,以确保人、机安全。
第一次开机操作应在制造单位工程师指导下进行。
(一)首次开机程序1、按照要求,接好全部电缆(电线);2、打开冷凝器出口处的角阀和压缩机吸、排气阀(由调试工程师完成);3、将压缩机润滑油预热8小时以上;4、开启末端设备并检查其运转是否正常;5、开启冷冻、冷却水泵及冷却塔风机,确认运转方向,检查水系统是否正常;6、检查膨胀水箱的水源,打开冷冻水管路的排气阀,排尽管道内空气;7、检查高、低压力值、压缩机润滑油位、压力继电器高、低压设定值是否正常(注:高压设定值为1.8MPa,低压设定值为0.35±0.1MPa,用户不得擅自更改)。
8、检查压缩机的运转方向是否正确。
9、在主回路空气开关断开的情况下进行试运转,检查动作顺序是否正常。
以上各项工作完成后,即可接通主电源并开启空调主机,待水温达到要求后,就可启动末端设备进入正常制冷运行。
(二)机组运行1、机组日常停机,按控制显示器“关机”(或OFF)键一次;2、停止辅助设备的运转,机组总电源开关及电控箱内单极空气开关必须保持闭合通电,以确保压缩机油加热器正常工作。
(三)电气操作(DELTA控制器)1、电气资料阅读在正式使用本产品之前,请仔细阅读有关的随机电气资料,以下为各电气元件的符号说明:QF:自动空气断路器(空气开关)KM:交流接触器KA:中间继电器SP:压力继电器PT100:温度传感器MP:压缩机内置保护器XT:接线端子SL:靶式流量控制器ST:温度传感器SB:急停按钮2、操作说明盾安牌水冷冷水机组采用世界一流可编程控制器作为控制系统的核心,对机组实行全天候自动监控,使机组的可靠运行得到有力保障,更实现了操作和管理的简单化。

After adding water:•Place the top half of the unit back on top of the water tank •Fasten the side latches •Slide the side lever down to move the tank to the bottom.10Add included ice packs to the water tank. You will not be able to use evaporative cooling while the pump is raised from the tank, but other functions can still be used.AIR DRY FUNCTIONa)If you’re ready to store the unit and want to dry the coolingpad and air filter after using the evaporative cooling function, you can press and hold the “fan speed” button for 3 seconds to start the air dry function.b)When air dry function starts, the fan will run at high speedfor 20 minutes. The high-speed LED will continuously blink every 0.5 seconds for 20 minutes until the unit turns offautomatically once the air dry function is finished.c)When using the dry function, all other buttons stop workingexcept the “On/Off” button. If you turn off the unit beforethe 20-minute drying cycle has completed, you’ll need to re-run the air dry program again.POWER FAILURE MEMORY FUNCTIONIn the event of a power outage, the unit will beep 10 times when turned on, and will pause for 30 seconds before resuming the last mode it was in.AUTOMATIC SHUT-OFF FUNCTIONFor your safety, the unit will automatically turn off after 15 hours of continuous operation when the timer function is not being used.1.Do not use chemical agents for cleaning.2.Always unplug the power cord before cleaning the device toprevent possible electrocution.3.If dust accumulates on the outer surface of the unit, pleasewipe with a damp soft cloth. Use a water and a soap mixture to clean the exterior.4.Remove the cooling pad from the unit and check to makesure the cooling pad is in good condition. If the pad iscracked, it will need to be replaced. Wipe the interior clean with a damp soft cloth.5.Rinse the cooling pad completely with clean water. Use asoft cloth to dry.6.For a more thorough cleaning, use a mixture of water with acouple teaspoons of distilled white vinegar or lemon juice. 7.Do not use gasoline, thinner, or any substance that maydamage the unit8.Change water in the water tank regularly. Wipe the tankclean and use your diluted vinegar solution to remove any hard water stains in the tank.9.Make sure the tank is completely dry and free of any leftovervinegar residue before using the unit again.If the product will be stored for an extended period of time, disassemble the unit to access the water tank, drain the water, and then reassemble the unit. Activate the Air Dry function to fully dry the cooling pad. 2. 启动操作
启动水冷空调系统前,应按照操作手册或者相关指导书的要求进行启动操作,确保每一个步骤都正确执行。
包括但不限于以下步骤:
- 先启动冷冻水泵,再启动冷却水泵。
- 逐渐增加冷却水和冷冻水的流量到设定值。
- 检查冷却水和冷冻水的温度是否在设定范围内。
3. 运行过程中的注意事项
- 定期检查冷却水和冷冻水的水质和水位,确保水质满足要求,水位充足。
- 定期清洗冷却水和冷冻水系统中的沉积物,以维持系统的正
常运行。
- 注意观察系统的运行情况,如有异常情况应及时处理或报告。
4. 关机操作
在停止水冷空调系统时,应按照规定的程序进行关机操作,确保系统安全可靠关闭。
- 首先关闭冷卻水泵,再关闭冷凍水泵。
- 逐渐减少冷卻水和冷凍水的流量到关闭狀態。
- 关闭空调系统的电源。
5. 非操作人员禁止操作
未经培训和授权的人员禁止操作水冷空调系统,以免造成系统故障或安全事故。

水冷空调操作说明
空调日常检查说明
日检:
(1)外观检查并清洁;
(2)听空调运行的声音,等有无异响。
(3)检查空调控制器上的温度湿度显示是否正常,空调主控板是否有告警信息。
(4) 查看室外干冷器风扇运行声音有无异常,乙二醇循环水泵工作状态,有无异常周检:
(1)查看空调的运行日志,查看告警记录内有无异常信息
(2)关闭空调电源,打开门板,检查空调内部有无异物。
(3)空调的内部连接电缆,有无烧焦,等情况。
(4)掀开空调周围地板,检查空调地板下有无漏水,漏油现象。

(5)循环水压力的检查,乙二醇循环管道有无泄漏。
(6)室外 DDC 配电柜的检查,干冷器,水泵,继电器的检查。
电缆有无脱落烧焦等情况。
月检:
(1)检查空调的空气过滤网,如果过脏,可清洁或者更换。
(2)检查空调的干冷器运行状况,如果过脏,可清洁。
(3)检查加湿器,工作状况,可手动排空加湿罐。
(4)手动启动备份机组,手动启动备份干冷器,循环水泵的手动切换。
季检:检查正常后恢复。
(1) 检查制冷管道,干冷器以及乙二醇循环管道上是否有泄露。
循环管道检查是否有漏水,
乙二醇循环水压力检查。
压力不应低于 0.4MPA.
(2)检查加湿供水管道,排水是否工作正常。
必要时冲洗排水管道。
测试室内漏水报警。

(3)可在压缩机,加湿器工作状态先测试压缩机,加湿器的运行电流, 空调的供电电压等。
检
查循环水温度,以及阀门开启。
(4)根据季节的需求。
来对设定温度,湿度进行适度的微调。
设定温度在 20-23 度之间调
整。
设定适度在 40%-50%之间调整。
(以参考春秋季节,温度设置 22,湿度度设置 45。
夏季温度设置 23,湿度设置 50. 冬季温度设置 20 ,相对适度设置 40)
(5)乙二醇水泵,循环水压力温度的检测。
与系统自带的温度压力表压
力进行校对。
(6)自动补水装置,定压装置的检查,必要时系统补水。
(7)水循环系统的过滤器的检查,有无异响。
必要时拆下过滤器进行清洗。
(8)循环水的乙二醇的浓度的检测。
必要时补充乙二醇。

一、STULZ空调的简单操作

1.开关机在关机状态,按一下红色按键开机,按键旁绿色灯亮在开机
状态,按一下红色按键关机,按键旁绿色灯灭(风机延时3分钟自动关机)。
2.进入菜单在正常显示状态下,用选择键"< >"将光标移到所选菜单,按"OK"键后输入密码,①C7000控制器为 4 位数字密码,出厂设定为 0000 修改参数,通过选择键"< >"将光标移动到需修改的参数上,按"OK" 键后即可通过选择键"< >"进行修改,修改完毕按"OK"键确认。
退出菜单需将光标移到"回上"按"OK"键
3.报警复位产生报警后,报警信息显示在屏幕上,RESET(复位)键旁的
报警红灯亮,同时蜂鸣器响。
按一下复位键“RESET”,消除报警声音,按第二下复位键“RESET”,报警信息清除,报警灯灭。

有 2 种报警不能直接按“RESET”复位:
①加湿器故障的复位,需要先将加湿电路板的"21、22"接线端子拔下再插上,然后再按复位键。
②两次。
加湿电路板位于空调内部,打开空调机右柜门即可看到。
参见加湿电路板图,压缩机高压故障的复位,需要先按一下压缩机高压复位按钮(黄色圆柱型,直径约 5mm),再按二下复位键"RESET"。
该按钮位于压缩机排气阀处的高压保护开关上。
打开空调机柜门和内隔板①可看到。

STULZ 空调的保养
•过滤网
1.每个月用吸尘器清理一次过滤网
2.每三个月更换一次过滤网
3.清理的方式是将空调关掉,待风机完全停止运行后,打开前面板或者把过滤网移出机组,直接用吸尘器吸干净。
如更换,需将铁丝框拿下,再取下过滤网。
4.注意事项:
(1) 尽量不用水洗,以避免过滤纤维粘连,影响透气性、过滤性。
(2) 建议使用原厂产品,以保证设备高效率运行。

水冷空调系统应急预案
1.此空调室内机共17台、全部设计为N+1备份有冗余系统,当其中一台空调有问题是可开启备机来给机房降温。
2.空调水系统设计为环路冗余管路。
当其中管道阀门有漏水现象发生时,可手动关闭漏水点前段和后端阀门、不影响整个管路系统。
3.此系统设计室外干冷器为6台、设计为4+2备份有冗余系统,当其中一台有问题是可手动关闭此干冷器的供回水阀门来进行现场维修。
不会影响其他室外干冷器工作。
