我是杰尔，XX学院大一升大二的外国语学院商英二班学生，在今年的暑假应学校要求进行了一次社会实践，我的本次社会实践是在靠近我们学校的M市某教育辅导机构当一名英语老师。
我参加本次社会实践有很多原因。
首先，在我们暑假放假之前的几个月我就已经通过我们学校的兼职群找到了这份工作，当时只是因为想给自己找点事情做，充实一下自己的生活。
第二个原因是我想通过自己的努力去挣点钱，这样就可以分担一下妈妈的负担了。
第三个原因是我觉得自己经历的事情太少，想到社会上历练一下自己。
最后一个原因就是学校要求我们要到社会上进行实践。
下面我来介绍一下S公司，S公司教育是含山县一家教学设施最好的专业的辅导机构，成立于去年的八月份，主要致力于从幼儿到高中毕业生的课程辅导。
暑假期间，他们的课程主要分为托管班和兴趣班，我既负责托管班的英语也负责兴趣班的英语。
托管班英语主要是一年级到六年级学生，兴趣班英语是从幼儿到高中生。
我带的学生是从幼儿到初中毕业生。
其中幼儿的英语学习主要侧重说和认，我们是以剑桥儿童英语为课本进行学习的，剑桥儿童英语一共有四本书，包括上册和上册的活动用书，下册和下册的活动用书。
少儿的英语学习主要侧重听，说，认，写。
少儿的英语学习是以剑桥少儿英语为课本的。

我们老师，要和家长沟通，和领导沟通，和同事沟通。
有些事情一定要想好了才能向领导反映。
举个例子，我有一个同事，和我一样也是来自我们XX学院，因为在和领导反映问题的时候，没有组织好自己的语言，导致她想说出的话和向领导反映问题时说的话不一样，惹怒了领导，领导当众和她吵了起来，结果就是我的同事只能在那里干哭，还被很多其他同事还有家长看到，真的特别尴尬。
我不得不感叹，工作对我们来说真的很不容易。
平时，我很轻松的从我妈妈那里要来一千又一千块钱，一点都不会想这一千块钱妈妈要辛苦多久才能赚到。
现在自己去上班了，才知道，我要上很多很多节课，才能辛辛苦苦赚到自己平时轻而易举要来的钱。
而且，上班的时候一不小心犯错了还要被扣工资，受到不公平待遇了也只能憋着。
当然，在这里上班我也遇到了很多优秀的人。
比如，我遇到了好几个在我们巢湖学院很优秀的学长和学姐，还遇到了今年刚刚大学毕业，已经考上名牌大学的好几个研究生，还有在含山很有成就的范总，以及在社会上打拼了很多年的其他人。
我还在S公司搞大型活动的时候接待了四个外国友人，和他们进行了英语对话，我也和其中的一个外国人一起表演了一个节目。
还有很多很多事情，都值得我很开心。
和孩子们在一起学习我很开心，他们非常天真可爱，但有时候好吵，让人有点烦躁。
我觉得自己属于偏严厉一点的老师，大一点的孩
子我每次都会给他们布置作业，有时候小孩子很贪玩，不写作业，我就会问清楚为什么不写。
我教的孩子平时一点也不怕我，昨天一个家长跟我说，她的孩子平时很讨厌学英语，但是第一次来上我的体验课之后，回家跟她妈妈说，那个老师好好，上课很开心。
家长的话让我非常开心，对待孩子，我从来不打骂他们，他们也不怕我，跟我关系非常好，课堂上，我们也学得非常开心。
跟孩子们在一起，即使心情有时候不好了，和他们说说话就觉得好很多。
总而言之，本次在S公司的社会实践让我学到了很多学校里学不到的东西，比如，如何做人，如何说话。
以后，我也会更加积极主动的参与更多的社会实践，进一步来提升自己。
