我们签署并承认尼泊尔Ambeshwar水利工程（私人）有限公司根据发表于2013年3月21日的尼泊尔国家主要日报上的关于“从EPC承包商中邀请投标人”的文章，邀请投标人在EPC的模式下执行尼泊尔Mustang区的凯利水电站项目（180MW）的设计、采购、施工以及包括机电、水电等其他设备的试运行及调试。
我们也明白业主或受益人的名称为Ambeshwar Engineering Hydropower Pvt. Ltd. 地址为P.O. Box 8975 Jawalakhel, Lalitpur Kathmandu Nepal以及根据尼泊尔法律规定的合法的继承人。
然而
