一、实验目的

使学生通过对模拟的商务内容的处理，摸索与外商建立业务关系的办法，掌握国际商务磋商、掌握询盘、发盘、还盘、接受环节往来英语函电的应用技巧。

二、实验内容

1)设计可行的方案和实验步骤;

2)在给定情景下通过电子邮箱互发邮件，进行商务联系;

3)了解商务法律文件的格式和内容等;

4)草拟和处理主要的商务文件;

1)建立海外业务关系。

三、实验仪器设备

1)CPU2.0G，内存512M以上配置的计算机，安装有windows XP 操作系统

2)进出口单证系统、进出口场景英语软件

四、实验步骤

1)独立进行实验方案设计，完成实验方案设计报告。

2)独立设计调查方案及调查表（问卷）。

3)海外业务关系建立的往来函电。
