这几次的培训相对来说就更针对个人,每个人在自我的身上找出毛病,而后教师帮忙分析,提出提议,在培训过程中让我们自我学会反思和发现问题。
总之,经过这两个月来的培训,我不仅仅更深一步的了解了咱们公司,更是加深了对自我的了解。
