It finds its wide use in petroleum, chemical, power, transportation and national defense industries, etc.2.CONSTRUCTIONThis machine mainly consists of drum, filter core and pollutant discharge system. Filter cores can be available in two types. Namely, screen type or core type. General speaking, screen type has filter precision of 0.1—1mm and core type, 0.005—0.1mm.Machine of said two types is easily assembled or dismantled or rinsed.With going on of operation, impurities accumulated on surfaces of cores will be increased, causing increased filter resistance and reduced flow. In this case, changing or rinsing core is needed to be done. Change can be made in this way. Unscrew drum flange cover to take out cores.3.MAINTECHNICAL DATANotes: Overall dimensions, position of inlet/outlet can be designed according to user´s requirements. 1.2 在确定中标人后，针对中标人对技术规格书的应答文件及存在的技术偏离，双方协商达成一致意见后对本技术规格书内容进行补充细化，修改签署版本作为商务合同的技术附件。
1.3 本技术规格书所提出的是最低限度的技术要求，并未对一切技术细节做出规定，也未充分引述有关标准和规范的条文。
投标方应保证提供符合本技术规格书和符合有关国家、行业技术规范和标准的高质量产品及其相应服务，对所供产品质量承担全部责任。
1.4 在设备技术规格中标注有“*”号的条款为必须满足的要求，不允许投标人投标的产品有任何偏离，对这些条款的任何偏离将导致废标。
1.5 在技术规格中标注有“#”号的条款，允许投标人应标时有差异，但需要投标人的投标文件要具体对投标产品在技术性能或服务上的差异进行充分说明。
1.6 如果投标人没有以书面方式对本技术规格书的条文提出异议，那么招标人可以认为投标人提出的产品完全符合本技术规格书和标准的要求。
管道过滤器的设置
3.4.1 间断操作时，在过滤器前后设置切断阀，以便清理过滤器。
3.4.2 连续操作时，对永久性过滤器需设置并联的两套过滤器，分别在过滤器前后设置切断阀(线隙式 过滤器除外)。 4 管道过滤器数据表和汇总一览表

2.2.5 纸质、化纤过滤器
纸质、化纤过滤器精度较高，可用于压力管路和回油管路中。有些系列回油滤油器还设有旁通阀、
止回阀、液流扩散器、积污盅等装置，并配有永久磁铁，能滤除铁性颗粒。

3 管道过滤器安装注意事项
前燃油等过滤器使用。目前国内产品有一般的和压差超过允许值可发信号的两种。
2.2.3 烧结式过滤器
该型过滤器系用金属粉末(不锈钢、纯镍、纯铁)烧结成多孔材料作过滤元件，目前主要用于导热油 的过滤，可将导热油在热运过程中生成的少量的但用一般网式过滤器过滤不掉的高聚物及焦炭(粒)过滤 掉，以减少导热油在热传导过程中的热阻，提高传热效果。该型过滤器尚可应用于多种牌号的变压器油

本全自动无阀过滤器共4台，设备编号：FI-401201/1，FI-401201/2 ，FI-401101/1，FI-401101/2。
2.工艺流程2.1 过滤：进水出水2.2 反冲洗：排入沟渠3.工作原理过滤时，原水由高位配水箱经“U”形进水管进入过滤区，经过滤层过滤后由连通管上升到出水箱，当出水箱中水位超过出水管口时，清水由出水管流出。
过滤过程中，滤层的阻力不断增加，虹吸上升管中的水位不断上升，将虹吸管中的空气从虹吸下降管挤出，穿过水封逸入大气中。
当水位上升到虹吸辅助管管口时，水从虹吸辅助管流下，经抽气管抽除虹吸管中的空气，这时虹吸上升管和虹吸下降管中的水位同时上升，最终两者汇合，形成连续虹吸水流，于是出水箱及其它过滤区的清水对过滤层进行反冲洗，滤层膨胀，冲洗废水由虹吸下降管排入沟渠。
当出水箱中的水位降到虹吸破坏管管口以下时，虹吸破坏管进气，虹吸被破坏，反冲洗结束，设备重新开始过滤。
4.设备特点4.1 过滤器在运行时，过滤——投入反冲洗——终止反冲洗——恢复下一周期的过滤，均为水力自动运行，无需人员看管，运行费用低，管理方便，安全可靠；4.2 设备一体程度化，高位配水箱、过滤区、反冲洗装置等组装成一体，结构紧凑，用户只需做好设备基础和接通进出水管即可投入运行；4.3 设备由碳钢预制完成，安装简便；4.4本设备设有反冲洗水箱，占地面积少。
