摘要

塑料工业是当今极具活力的一门产业,塑料制品通常要通过模具而定型最终成为产品。塑料模制造的方法很多,例如注射、挤出、传递、压缩、压延、热成型等等。其中注射成型是当今市场最常用、最具前景的6种成型方法之一。因此塑料注射模具有很大的市场需求量。本文主要介绍了塑料注射模设计的方法及过程。首先,介绍了塑料注射模设计与制造在社会发展过程中所处的地位和作用,并对塑件的结构进行了分析和适当的修改。其次,介绍了塑料注射模具的具体设计过程。具体设计内容包括:注射机型号的选择、分型面的确定、抽芯机构及顶出机构设计、成型零部件的设计、浇注系统、冷却系统和复位系统的设计,此外,还对塑料注射模其他零部件进行了简单的设计。最后,阐述此次设计之后的心得体会。

Abstract

Plastic industry is a vibrant industry of ually, plastic is finalized the design through the mould and finally become products. There are many manufacturing methods in plastic mould.Such as injection,extrusion,deliver,Compression, rolling, hot forming and so on,where injection molding is one of the most commonly used , the most promising methods of forming in today's market.Therefore plastic injection mold has a large market demand. This paper mainly introduces the method and the process of the injecting mold designing. Firstly, It has introduced the position and function in the developing society of the plastic injecting mol d’s making and designing, and analysied the structure of the plastic product,and also modified some parts of the structure .secondly, this paper introduce the concrete process of the plastic mold’s designing.Concrete design contents include:The injecting m achine was chosen according to the product’s weight,the dividing surface was chosen according to the structure of the plastics and model the type of cent of the craft、taking out the organization of core and the outing organizations、pouring system、cooling system and resetting the system to carry on the detailed design towards modeling zero parts and sprinkling at the same time。In addition, return to design of plastics injected other zero parts of mold to carry on the simple design.Finally, the experience was elaborated after the design .
