4.2 课后习题详解一、思考题1.无边界组织对管理造成的潜在影响是什么?答:无边界组织指消除产生人为的地理界限的结构划分,从而使管理结构更有效的实现全球化的组织。
其对管理造成的潜在影响有:(1)企业的生产管理活动范围将拓展到全球。
