阳光泵业XBC系列柴油机消防泵组说明书(本文来源阳光泵业)一、概述XBC型柴油机消防泵组是本公司根据国内建筑消防用泵的市场需求和使用特点而自行研制生产的新产品。
该系列产品具有高效率、运转寿命长、高可靠性(不存在较长时间停用后启动咬死的故障),是目前国内适应建筑工程消防,喷淋设施用泵的首选产品。
产品性能符合GB6245-2006《消防泵》性能要求和实验方法,经国家消防装备质量监督检测中心测试,产品达到国内领先水平,获上海市消防局审批认可。
该产品可供输送80℃以下不含固体颗粒的清水或物理化学性质类似与水的液体之用。
在满足消防工况的前提下,兼顾生活、生产给水的工况要求。
产品既可用于独立消防给水系统,又可用于消防、生活共用给水系统,还可用于建筑、市政、工矿、给排水、船舶、野外作业等场合。
XBC柴油机消防泵与电器仪表等设备安装在一起整套组合,具有功能齐全,自动化程度高,结构紧凑,故障自动报警及接受启动信号,自行完成起动程序,能快速投入全负荷运行。
机组可按需求选配减振器、橡胶挠性接头、排气口配波纹管消音器。

二、产品特点1. 电泵为主消防泵,可以根据消防情况自动起动;2. 配备稳压泵恒定管网压力;3. 柴油机泵为备用消防泵,消防无电源情况下自动起动;4. 电泵出现故障时柴油机泵起动;三、结构说明XBC型柴油机消防泵组根据GB6245-2006《消防泵》的标准要求,主要由泵体(1)、泵盖(2)、叶轮(3)、轴(4)、密封环(5)、轴套(8)、及悬架轴承部件(12)等所组成的。
XBC型柴油机泵的泵体和泵盖的部分,是从叶轮背面处剖分的,即通常所说的后开门结构形式。
其优点是检修方便,检修时不动泵体,吸入管路,排出管路和电动机,只需拆下(加长)联轴器的中间联接件,即可退出转子部件进行检修。
泵的壳体(即泵体和泵盖)构成泵的工作室。

1.1.4泵组的安装高度要满足有效汽蚀余量。
1.2安装基础检查1.2.1安装基础必须是一个整体。
1.2.2对于电动机直连的型式,基础自身量应为设备重量的3倍以上,对于发动机直连的型式,基础自身的重量应为设备重量的5倍以上(混凝土的比重为:1立方米重1.8-2.45吨,平均重2.12吨)。
1.2.3在两层以上墙面板安装时,基础中心和深中心一致或套在两根梁上,并尽可能接近柱式墙壁。
1.2.4 泵组底架与基础混凝土之间距离应?10mm,且基础表面要保留凹凸不平的原样。
1.2.5基础的长(宽)应比机组底架长(宽)多出200-240mm,基础表面比地面高?200mm,地脚螺栓预留孔一般为100x100mm方孔。
1.2.6基础外观不不应有于裂纹、烽容、容洞、露筋等缺陷。
1.2.7基础的中心线需与机组底架中心线重合(偏差小于2mm)。

主要适用于石油化工、天然气、发电、棉麻纺织、仓库、机场、码头、高层建筑等行业的消防供水和泡沫灭火系统。
也可用于水上船舶、海上油轮和消防舰艇等场合。
该机组采用优质国产或进口柴油机与消防水泵配套。

XBC系列柴油消防泵组产品型号含义:示例:二、结构说明XBC系列消防泵组是以柴油机为动力,驱动消防水泵,输出压力水或空气泡沫混合液进行灭火消防工作。
泵组主要由柴油机、水泵、传动装置、公共底座、仪器仪表和热交换冷却系统以及自动控制系统(自动化泵组)等组成。

The stabi-lizing pump starts once the pressure belows P1 and stops whe-n it rises to P2. It lowers slowly from P2 to P1 due to the leaka-ge of the network, thestabilizing pump starts again to keep it in betw een P1-P2. When the water quantity being used is grea-tly increased, the said pump can not keep the pressure at P1 and it quickly lowers to P3, the electric pump starts and the pressur-e rises to Pw(well) to meet with the demand for fire-fighting w-ater. In case of power-off or a failure with the electric pump, the pressure goes on lowering from P3 to P4, the diesel engine pump automatically starts to have it rise to Pw for water supply. And in case of a multi-pump unit, can also carry out the switch-ing between the units, the periodical tour-inspection of the fire-fighti ng pumps and the voltage constant of power frequency(but this function needs to be noted by the user in the contract). This contro l mode is generally used for such an occasion as the power of the diesel engine is more than 110kW.2. LEC-DZ(H) series diesel generator's control equipment The control principle of the diesel generator is similar to thediesel engine control fitted for the diesel engine pump and ma-inly used for the self-equipped emergent diesel generator unit of a voltage 280/440V in civil buildings, the unit should be ready for starting at any time and the operation power, the thermody-namic system, fuel oil, lubricating oil, cooling water, indoor ambient temperature etc. should all ensure the unit to be started at any time. It is controlled by PLC in the automa t ic mode of work for starting the generator and electrifying the load as well as stopping the generator. The following listed oil tank's volumes can ensure t he diesel engine fire -fighting pump groups of diffe rent powers to normally work under the rated working condition for 8 ho-urs.11m3 5m2150200mm400600mm2( 6)1.About 1m passage and space should be left on both side of the unit and in the front of both cooling blower and water tank to be of help for a better radiation, equipment service and main- tenance. The height of the machine room shou ld be depend- ed on the equipment's height and the lifing apparatus, 3-5m as the effective height in general.2. The unit basis uses concrete structure in general and its round dimensions are the four peripheries of the unit feet plus 150- 200mm and depth is 400-600mm. The foot bolt stretches out of the bolt hole by a height about 2 times the diameter of the b- olt and a notc h is set in the middle of the basis and grooves are set round it for dirt oil and water discharge. The concrete fou- ndation must be solid and flat and, when to put the unit on it, place washers in between both unit bottom seat and bas is on both left and right sides of the foot bolt, the washers must be flat. Put a leveller on the pump shaft for correction to ensure the level of the driving shaft. After adjusting both bottom seat and pump, pour cement around the foot bolt, then after the ce- ment gets hardened, evenly tighten the foot bolt, then pour cement on the bottom seat to make sure of the unit stable and solid. finally correct the concentricity between the fire-fighting pump and the diesel engine's drving shafts, and the outer cir- cles of the two clutches must be linear and with an equal int- erval.o340C4305635m3. To ensure a good ventilation inside of the machine room, thetemperature th ere should not be over 40 and enough ventingholes must be set. When natureal ventilation is not sufficientfor the venting and radiating requirement, mount intake ve-ntilators on the venting holes to strengthen the ventilating p-roperty of the room.4. To ensure a fresh air inside of the machine room, it is necess-ary to prevent lots of heat from radiating inside and lowerthe noise. wrap the exhaust pipe of the diesel engine withasbestos, ex tend it outdoor and mount a rain-proof device onit or mount it 30downward and a silenser. The number ofthe elbow on it should be as less as possibe and the bent radiusof the elbow should be over 2.5 times the outer diameter ofthe exhause pipe, take it into consideration for the supportof the pipe to lower vib ration and prevent its weight from lo-ading on the diesel engine.5. When to mount both inlet and outlet pipes of the fire-fightingpump, do not let their weight loading on the pump so as to pr-event it against damage and its performance of running frombeing affected. The inlet pipe should be as short and straightas possible and, when it is as self-pouring, it must be mountedupward tiltedly towards the pump to make sure no air existsinside of the pipe. A filter screen and flexible connector sho-uld be mounted on the inlet and flexible connector, check valveand gate vlave on the outlet.6. It is not allowed to mount the control cabinet in the front of thediesel engine's radiator, otherwise the electric components in-side of the cabinet would be affected and not work normallyand it should be mounted on both sides of the unit or close toit so as to get a convenient operation. The wiring betw eenboth control cabin et and diesel engine should not be over 35m.(Fig. 6)123/o75Co35C31. Start: first make sure of the correct rorating direction of the fire fighting pump and the inlet valve is as N.O and outlet valve N.C. Before the pipe network starts with no water.A fter n o error is found, start the fire-fighting pump and, when the pump gets stable run, gradually open the outlet valve and adjust it to the work condition point for the pump to run. The outlet valve is N.O.when the network is filled with w- ater at usual.2. Run:when the pump gets a normal run, check the shaft seal and the bearing to see how it works. The leakage for the mecha- nical seal should not be over 3 draops/min and for th e stu- ffing seal should be dot drop. The bearing's temperature sh-o oould not be over 75C and its temperature rise not over 95C Stop running for a check ing case of an abnormal sound dur- ing the pump's run.3. To stop, first close the outlet valve, then the diesel engine.1151523451. According to the requirement in the fire-fighting standard, the unit must run once at least every 15-day with time not less than 15minutes so as make sure of it in a good status at any time. 2. Every time to start the fire-fighting opump, it should be done to check if the shaft seal is normal and if it needs to be adjusted or replaced.3. Periodically lubricate the bearing with grease.4. 为了帮助您更好的熟悉和使用本产品,保证您投资效益的最大发挥,请您在首次使用该设备时认真阅读本调试指南,以便实现设备的顺利开车。
柴油机消防泵组是一个由水泵、柴油机、控制系统等组成的复杂系统,且每个系统均自成体系且各个系统之间又有机地联合。
在调试和使用过程中,请按照本指南的操作步骤依次进行,保证设备的正常启动、运转。
一、常规检查1、 目测整个泵组是否含有破损、缺失的元器件。
2、 检查泵组所有旋转部件是否有异物卡住。
3、 首先检查整个设备的基础是否已经牢固固定,底盘的各个固定螺栓是否已经拧紧且已经进行过二次灌浆处理。
4、 控制柜是否已经安装就位且必须的连接电缆已经铺设就位。
5、 水泵的进出水管路已经连接好且所有的管路、阀门螺母已经拧紧。
6、 油箱已经安装就位。
7、 电池已经安装就位。
8、 柴油机波纹管、消音器、排气口已经正确连接,9、 进、出水管线已经进行了必要的冲洗。
10、水泵的水池已经充满水且能够送至水泵的进水口。
11、确认泵组能够对管网进行加压供水且管网的各个阀门在正确的开、关状态。
12、确认泵房的设计能够保证柴油运行时产生的大量热量的排出。
(包括冷却风扇、排烟等)二、柴油机检查1、燃油回路1、1 检查燃油箱的燃油量——观察燃油箱的存油量,根据需要添足。
另外,根据油箱放置地点的环境温度情况,添加适当牌号的柴油。
1、2 将油箱的进、回油管连接到柴油机的相应位置并将接口处紧箍防止漏气。
1、3 排除油路中的空气。
松开喷油泵上的放气螺钉或旋松燃油滤清器上的放气螺塞,排除燃油系统中的空气,直至放气处不断流出的燃油无气泡后将放气螺钉或放气螺塞拧紧,然后继续泵油,直至回油管有回油后,将手泵旋紧。
1、4 检查油箱的安装位置,保证油箱至出油管路的接口不得低于柴油机输油泵的高度。

四、柴油机消防泵启动后的提速操作
➢ 6、如果其他装置需要大 量消防水,需要进行提压 ,按下提速开关至OFF状 态,消防泵最高转速达到 1200r/min,压力达到 1.2MPa,然后根据用水量 的大小和时间的长短来操 作提速按钮,如果需求量 小,则将提速开关打至 ON状态,此时柴油机转 速达到720r/min左右。

过低、综合预报警/报警、停机输出控制功能,且均为继电器输出;
¾ 密码功能(参数设置需密码才可以设定),安全设置,防止误操作;
¾ 参数设置功能:允许用户对其参数进行更改设定,同时永久记忆在内
部存储器内,在系统断电时也不会丢失,控制器所有参数均可以在前
面板进行设置;
¾ 供电电源范围宽(DC8~35V),能适应不同的起动电池电压使用;
3.自动开机/停机操作

键,该键旁指示灯亮起,表示柴油机水泵机组处于自动模式。
自动开机顺序:
3.1 .SHY-XBC:当自启动信号输入有效时,进入“开机延时”; 3.2 .LCD 屏幕第四行显示“开机延时”倒计时; 3.3.开机延时结束后,预热/预润滑输出(系统被配置),供油输出 1s,然后启
动输出;如果在“启动延时”内机组没有启动成功,供油继电器和启动继 电器停止输出,进入“启动间隔延时”,等待下一次启动; 3.4.在连续 6 次启动结束,如果泵组没有启动成功,LCD 显示窗第二行字反白, 同时 LCD 显示窗第四行显示启动失败报警; 3.5 .在任意一次启动时,若启动成功,则进入怠速、升速运行状态,在此时间 内油压过低/开路、温度过高/开路/短路、欠速报警量等均无效,系统检测 中 3 秒直到泵组进入“系统正常运行中”(系统被配置监测); 3.6.当系统检测中结束时,如监测数据达到要求,则运行继电器输出,泵组带 载,泵组进入系统正常运行状态及 LED 运行指示灯亮;如果泵组转速、水 温、油压不正常,则控制器发出预报警或者报警停机(LCD 屏幕显示相应 报警量信息及 LED 预报警/报警指示灯亮)。
在手 动/自动开机状态下,按此键 可以使运行中 的水泵机组停止。 在泵组报警下,按此键可以使任何故障报警复位。 在设 置菜单下,按此键退出设置菜 单,返回当前 所在的模式。 按下 此键,进入设置菜单,并可在 参数设置中移 动光 标,在确认设置信息后,按此 键可逐级退出 当前 的设置目录。
