摘要

生产管理是公司管理的重要组成部分，其内容随着科学技术的进步、经济环境的变化而不断变革和充实。生产管理是每个生产型公司进行持续经营的基础,也是公司获得稳定收益的关键,一套符合公司自身的特点、先进合理和切实可行的生产管理模式可以保证公司不断发展。从当前国内外生产管理的研究现状可以发现,大部份先进的生产管理理论和方法是针对离散型制造公司而提出的。公司要得到更好更快地发展,必须要有先进的生产管理理论进行指导。在经济全球化的大环境下，公司想拥有先进的生产管理必须从整体上进行改善。

本文《达涅利有限公司生产管理问题研究》，从生产管理涵义及内容入手，并从生产管理的发展趋势出发，针对达涅利有限公司的现状，深入分析了达涅利有限公司存在的生产管理观念落后、利益驱动导致生产管理中成本信息失真、生产管理不能与外部经济环境相适应、家族式管理方式制约了生产管理水平的提高、业务分工过细导致生产成本增加等问题，并提出解决达涅利有限公司生产管理存在问题的方法：通过树立正确的生产管理新观念、加强生产管理中的成本控制、生产管理应适应外部经济环境的变化、打破家族式生产管理模式、进行合理业务分工以降低生产成本等来优化生产管理系统，从而增加公司在大环境下的竞争优势。

Companies to get better and faster development, must have advanced production management theory for guidance.
