主要看对方怎么回,如果是一句no, thanks.那就算了。

如果真的有内容,而且里面是有些问题的,那就要争取,要想办法抓牢。

我的经验是,如果一个客人和我来来回回写了1个月email,我会觉得成交希望很大;如果和我写了3个月email讨论一个产品或一系列产品,我就有9成把握了;如果一个项目和我谈了半年,来来回回两百多封邮件了,那我想不做都不行了,客人会盯牢我的,订单就是时间问题了。

客人时间很宝贵,如果一个项目和你讨论几个月了,然后没下文了,然后再去和别的供应商又从头来起,再谈几个月?这不可能的!总之一句话,和客人沟通的回合越多,时间越长,拿下订单的可能性越大!!!嘿嘿,这样说吧,拖死他,拖到他不得不把订单下给你为止!关于你的问题,恐怕还要具体分析,我没有看到来回的邮件,不好妄作判断。

我想说的是,开发信能联系到客人,其实就已经成功了!客人还跟你讨论具体问题,那已经perfect了!!!接下来能否有进一步发展,就要各方面去把握了。

有可能客人有采购你的产品,但是他一直有主线供应商,只是随便问问,比较一下而已。

也有可能客人仅仅是有那么一点点兴趣,了解一下。

还有各种可能性。

我觉得,你首先要准确了解客人的身份,究竟是importer,还是distributor,还是retailer,针对不同的客人,你的侧重点应该是不一样的!!!原帖由emosandai于2010-4-30 11:15 发表楼主。
