摘要

此次设计的小型玉米脱粒机,其工作原理为电动机通过皮带轮传动, 玉米棒通过入料斗进入脱粒滚筒,在高速回转的脱粒滚筒的冲击和玉米棒、滚筒、凹板式栅格的作用下被脱粒下来。采用挤搓式的原理使用板齿进行脱粒,板齿呈螺旋均布便于脱粒滚筒。小风扇的作用是将夹在玉米粒中的轻杂带走。与同类产品相比,结构非常紧凑,性能优良,操作十分轻便,安全可靠,而且不占场地,搬运存放十分方便,成本非常低。破碎率很低,可以提高种子发芽率。能大大的减轻农民劳动强度,有利于抢赶农业季节,促进农民发家致富,推动农业的发展,适宜在广大农村推广应用。
