不仅要对学生进行阅读策略的引导,而且能使学生从文章中轻松并顺利地找到信息句。
并要既和阅读文章相关,又能联系学生生活,而且在这同时又练习了时间状语从句。
始终要把学生放在中心地位,以学生感兴趣并能学到知识为目的。
正基于此,我是这样处理本课时的内容的:首先,利用阅读文章中名人的图片,将对即将进行的阅读内容中的障碍一一扫除,在看似随意地介绍过程中,将两篇文章中重、难点词汇和句型全部呈现。
比如:“tooto…”句型和时间状语从句。
并在呈现时,结合对人物的介绍,给学生播放该人物的视频,使学生兴趣盎然,又使阅读课跳出了传统的沉闷的氛围。
接着用“learned to do sth…” “started doing sth” “first did sth”句型和时间状语从句,结合学生自身的实际情况来畅所欲言,使学生在不经意间练习了状语从句。
最后,进行小组采访,谈论自身的兴趣、爱好以及这些活动开始的时间和现在决定要做的事。
既将本课输入的内容进行了产出,又升华了主题。
总的来说,这节课时间非常紧凑,学生的参与度也较高,顺利地完成了教学任务。
我觉得这节课的最大亮点是:每个步骤的`衔接自然流畅,一环扣一环。
比如在阅读过程中,完成了表格填写之后,大多数学生已能顺利地从原文中找出信息句。
按照我第一稿的设计,在阅读后的巩固环节,任意给出这六位名人的信息,让学生根据第一课时的重点句型来自编对话,比如:A: Who’s Shirley Temple? B: She is a movie star A: When did she become a movie star? B: When she was 3 years old. 后来,怎么想都觉得不恰当,原因是如果这样练下去,虽然课堂气氛会很活跃,因为比较简单。
