实际上，每一个人差不多上专门一般的，我们专门多时候会发觉生命中专门重要的东西跟我们以后的幸福和成功事实上没有太多的联系。
例如，有人认为，相貌跟以后的成功会有专门多的联系；有人认为，自己的家庭背景会跟成功有必定的联；有人认为，上名牌大学的人会成功，在大学里成绩好的人比学习成绩差的人更加容易取得成功……所有这些因素可能有部分是对的，但大部分差不多无效，例如讲相貌。
如果讲一个人的相貌和成功有关，那就可不能有马云和阿里巴巴，因为如果在座的同学认为马云长得好看，那一定是审美出了咨询题。
所以，这并不意味着相貌好看的人就做不成情况，例如讲，另外一位大伙儿比较熟悉的公司老总百度老总李彦宏。
李彦宏专门英俊潇洒，他所有的照片看上去都像电影明星一样，然而他也取得了成功。
因此不管相貌如何，都能取得成功，只只是李彦宏和马云坐在一起吃饭的时候，他们通常不太情愿坐在相邻的椅子上，因为两个人的对比到了惨不忍睹的地步，解决的方法确实是把我放到他们两个中间，起到一个过渡的作用。

我现在正在实现这一梦想。

你所要做到的就是在这个过程中要有艰苦奋斗、忍受挫折和失败的.能力，不断扩大自己的心胸。
第二样叫良心。
什么叫良心呢?就是要做好事，对得起自己、对得起别人，要有和别人分享的姿态，要有愿意为别人服务的精神。
良心，会从你做的事情中体现出来，而且你所做的事情一定会对你的未来产生影响。
我来讲两个小故事。
有一位企业家和我讲过他大学时的一个故事，他们班有一个同学，家庭比较富有，每周都会带6个苹果到学校来，他自己一天吃一个。
尽管苹果是他的，但从此他给同学们都留下一个印象：太自私。
后来这位企业家成功了，而那个吃苹果的同学希望加入到企业家的队伍里来。
但企业家和同学们一商量，都说不能让他加盟，原因很简单，因为在大学时他就没有表现出分享精神。
在大学时代的第一个要点，就是你得跟同学们分享你所拥有的东西，感情、思想、财富，哪怕是一个苹果也可以分成6瓣大家一起吃。

现在回过头来想，我最庆幸的就是自己家庭的贫困，父母一无所有，使我有了奋斗的空间。
也许你的父母什么都没给你留下，但你脚下的这片广袤大地，却可以由你自己随便走，能走多远是你的事情。
人生中最重要的生命力量之一，生命的动力之一，是我们自己内心想要某种东西的欲望。
这种欲望其实就是理想，一种需要让我们的生命提升才能得到的东西。
理想是在我们生命遥远的地方，是我们愿意用三年、五年，甚至一辈子去实现的东西。
理想能够让我们不断打破现实走向未来。
每一个理想都是有阶段性的，随着一个又一个理想的实现，我们的生命不断扩张，能力不断增强。
所以，要用理想来指引我们的生活，来点燃我们内心自强的火焰。
讲到理想，我们不得不谈及另一个重要的话题，就是方向。
方向不是由理想来指引的。
因为理想可以做坏事也可以做好事。

我们每一个人出生都不一样，曾经年轻的时候，抱怨自己生长在一个贫困家庭。
曾经年轻的时候抱怨过自己的父母，什么也不能给我。
混遍北大整整七年，没有一个女人爱上我的时候，我发现我的很多同学都已经谈了好几次恋爱。
有的同学已经娶上了美丽的女人，成立了美好的家庭。
当我发现至少每个同学都拥有一个健康身体的时候，我在大学三年级的时候得了肺结核。
发现好像所有的生活黑暗和不如意都集中在你一个人身上，幸亏在这样的过程中间我始终没有放弃自己身上唯一的力量，这个力量就是我觉得只要努力，只要奋斗，只要给我足够的时间，我应该能够改变自己的命运，我应该能够让自己的生活变得更好。
而这种感觉来自于什么地方呢，就是来自于我从小在农村的那种生活，来自于我自己高考的启示，因为对于我来说，农村孩子长大唯一可能的归宿就是在农村。
我十四岁初中毕业，紧接着命运就对我做出了宣判，当时中国有一个政策，叫做贫下中农子女，一家只能有一个上高中，我姐上了高中，因此就轮不到我。
所以其实我在十四岁的时候就认认真真地当过一回农民，在那个时候我就料定了自己这辈子大概只能在农村待着了。
但是，老天给了我一个非常好的机会，这个机会就是“四人帮”粉碎以后，教育政策立刻就改变了。
我们的初中老师想起了我，说俞敏洪是一直喜欢读书的人，我们是不是可以把他破例地重新放到高中里面来。
我妈听说我这个事情以后就非常地兴奋，就找公社大队的领导和学校的校长去不断地说，说我儿子就是可以来的，所以我这辈子我最感激的就是我妈。
这就是我的第一次机会，这个不是我奋斗来的，是党和国家给我的。
高中毕业的时候，其实整个班全是农民，因为我们就是农村中学，几乎没有一个人会有信心说能考上大学，但是这个时候我碰上了一个好老师。

人的生活方式有两种，
第一种方式是像草一样活着，

人们可以踩过你，
