摘要本规划题目为《连云港市猴嘴片区控制性详细规划》，规划中遵循区域一体化、协调性和整体效益性原则，以“面向未来地缘人文，拓掘进步时代脉搏，塑造滨水特质空间”为规划理念，打造一个集商贸、居住、旅游、文化于一体的现代化公共配套区。
规划着重于城市空间的总体控制，为下层次的规划提供依据，实现地域文化与滨水空间相融合的地区亮点。
在本方案设计过程中，采用现场踏勘和访问相关部门的方式进行现状调研，依据现状资料分析结果和相关规划案例的研究进行方案对比，然后确定设计方案，以确保规划的科学性和合理性。
在规划中依托盐坨站特有的自然与文化资源，展示其独特的地区文化——盐文化，以高标准、高定位，打造盐文化街区。
同时猴嘴街道作为传统小镇，保持其特有的小镇形象，从人性化角度，完善各类基础配套设施，使原居民具有强烈的地域认同感。
本项目的建设将会为周边产业园区提供更好的配套服务，也会对旧城改造、保护环境等方面起到积极的推动作用，为城市发展做出贡献。

城市规划本科专业毕业设计任务书湖南城建职业技术学院继续教育学院城市规划专业（本科）毕业指导书朱向军编毕业设计计划一、毕业设计目得与基本要求1、通过毕业设计,应初步掌握城市居住小区详细规划得内容、方法和工作步骤。
2、培养学生综合分析问题和解决问题得思维能力,灵活运用专业知识,能统筹安排、综合处理、全面规划,满足城市建设需要。

二、毕业设计内容某市属中南地区一中等规模城市,银河小区位其北部。
小区内地形平坦,用地面积24.75公顷。
要求完成银河小区修建性详细规划设计。
详见“毕业设计任务书”。
三、毕业设计方式学员按毕业设计题目得要求,在老师得指导下,通过来校面授和平时书信答疑,解决学员设计中遇到得问题。
学员按本指导书得要求,在规定得时间内独立完成毕业设计任务。
学员毕业设计文件（包括设计图纸和说明书）须经本人自检,由同学同事互检,交指导老师审阅,才能参加毕业答辩。
四、毕业设计进度安排五、毕业设计成绩评定毕业设计成绩分“优”（相当于90分以上）、“良”（75～89分之间）、“及格”（60～74分之间）、“不及格”（60分以下）。
毕业设计成绩主要由三个方面组成：平时成绩：依学员面授期间得表现等情况进行评定。
占毕业设计成绩得10%。
设计成绩：按学员完成得设计图纸,说明书得完整程度、质量和水平进行评定。
总平面设计占45%,竖向设计占25%,鸟瞰图等占15%,说明书占15%。
设计成绩占毕业设计成绩得70%。
答辩成绩：根据学员毕业介绍和答辩情况进行评定。
占毕业设计成绩得20%。
注意：设计期间,如发现有学员抄袭别人设计、请人代笔或盲目抄袭教材等资料得,可视情节予以降低或视为不及格处理。

摘要阿勒腾席热镇王府广场及周边区域改造设计充分利用郡王府周边的历史资源和条件，在保护规划基础上，最大限度地保留本地原有的自然资源和城市景观特色，拟以郡王府建筑群为核心，延承文脉，汲取和秉承当地民族文化，使现代与历史和谐相容，适当改善、合理建设各项商业和服务设施，满足经济发展的需要，创造一个环境优美、功能完善的环王府文化休闲街区。
总体布局围绕康阿一体化发展轴线和郡王府历史轴线形成的双向十字轴结构展开。
以郡王府建筑为重心建立九宫格广场作为核心区，临接康阿发展轴。
建筑群分别围绕广场核心区和康阿发展轴展开布置。
用地上以各类商业、文化、广场用地为主，适当配套以停车场和公共绿地，形成混合用地布局。
空间结构中，结合广场周边地形塑造出建筑群体空间轮廓线的北高南低，依次跌落的空间特征，丰富了整个地块内的建筑轮廓线，形成了多级的观景层次。

And it was made Jun Wang Fu buildings as core and inherited by the spirit of Chinese culture in order to make modern and history harmonious, appropriately improve and build commercial service facilities and meet the needs of commercial development. Then a cultural and leisure community with beautiful environment and superior facilities will be created.The overall layout develops its Kang E integration as axis and extends with Two-way cross formed by history axis of Jun Wang Fu. It regards the buildings of Jun Wang Fu as central part to build Style Box plaza as central district, adjacent to Kang E developing axis. The group of buildings is arranged around square core area and Kang E developing axis separately. The land is mainly used for various commercial, cultural and plaza construction with appropriate depots and public lawn, which forms a mixture location layout.
