ZExMVB202208CNExMVB-T01-12系列中压真空断路器(以下简称“ 断路器”)是三相交流50Hz, 额定电压为12kV的户内开关设备元件。

断路器符合国家标准 GB/T 1984《交流高压断路器》和国际电工委员会标准 IEC62271-100《高压交流断路器》等标准的规定。

断路器可供工矿企业、发电厂及变电站等作电气设施的控制和保护之用,也可用于频繁操作的场所。

具有很高的操作可靠性和使用寿命。

断路器在开关柜内的安装形式既可以是手车抽出式,也可以固定安装。

3.1 正常使用条件3.2 特殊使用条件(1)周围空气温度不超过 40℃,且在24h内测得的平均值不超过35℃;最低周围空气温度为-5℃;(2)阳光辐射的影响可以忽略;(3)海拔高度不超过1000m;(4)周围空气没有明显地受到尘埃、烟、腐蚀性和/或可燃性气体、蒸气或盐雾的污染;(5)在24h内测得的相对湿度的平均值不超过 95%;在24h内测得的水蒸气压力的平均值不超过2.2kPa;(6)月相对湿度平均值不超过90%;月水蒸气压力平均值不超过1.8kPa;(7)来自开关设备和控制设备外部的振动或地动与设备的正常运行方式没有明显关系。

根据国家标准GB/T11022《高压开关设备和控制设备标准的共用技术要求》的规定,断路器应在正常使用条件下运行。

真空断路器的分闸过程: 当操动机构的分闸线圈通电时,在分闸 弹簧的作用下,主轴拐臂绕主轴反时针转 动,动、静触头分开,当弧隙中电弧熄灭 后,电路便断开,分闸完毕。
真空灭弧室的结构及原理: 真空灭弧室是真空断路器的绝缘和灭弧 元件,该灭弧室由动触头、动端跑弧面、 导电杆、波纹管、动端法兰、静触头、静 端跑弧面、静端法兰、屏蔽罩、瓷柱、不 锈钢支撑法兰、玻璃壳等部件。 经清洗、玻璃封接、抽真空等工艺处理 后封装而成。各主要部件均密封在玻璃壳 中,玻璃外壳不仅通过动静法兰盘起到密 封作用,而且还起到绝缘作用。玻纹管是 一动态密封的弹性元件,分、合闸时通过 动静触杆运动,拉长或压缩波纹管,因而 不致于破坏灭弧室的真空度。

中压开关的作用:
中压开关包括断路器、负荷开关、
熔断器等 1、中压开关设备主要用于关合与开断10 ~20kV电压级的电力设备、电力线路的 正常负荷电流;
2、能够切断系统中出现的故障电流;
3、从供电系统中退出故障设备及故障线段,保证供 电系统安全运行;
4、将两段电力线路以至供电系统的两部分隔开;
电弧在真空的容器中燃烧,燃弧过程中 的金属蒸气和带电粒子在强烈的扩散中为 屏蔽罩所冷凝,带三条阿基米德螺旋槽的 跑弧面使电弧电流在其流经的线路上,在 触头间产生一横向磁场,使电弧电流在主 触头上沿切线方向快速移动,从而降低了 触头的烧损程度,稳定了断路器的开断性 能,提高了断路器寿命。
真空断路器的灭弧过程: 真空断路器的动、静触头是采用磁吹对接 式的。在动、静触头四周开有三条阿基米德螺 旋槽的咬弧面,触头闭合时,只有接触面相互 接触,当开断电流时,最初在接触面上产生电 弧,在电弧磁场作用下,驱使电弧沿触头四周 切线方向行动,即在触头外缘上高速旋转,从 而避免了电弧固定在触头某处,引起触头局部 过热烧损触头,以致在电流过零时,强迫电弧 熄灭。

历电自动化科技(镇江)有限公司 21220010KV电压等级是我国配电的主要电压等级,10KV等级中控制开关中,真空断路器由于灭弧能力强,电气寿命长,维护方便,技术含量高等优点,在电力系统建设中,对中压等级的开断设备选型,被广泛应用,为10KV中压断路器选型的首选设备。

一、真空断路器的选择应按额定电流值和额定短路电流值进行选择,应以电网的实际容量为宜,尽可能地克服取值保险系数愈大愈好的倾向。

取值过大不仅造成大马拉小车极不经济的情况,同时也将影响开断小的感性或容性电流性能,导致截流过电压的发生。

据相关文献报导,我国运行中的10kV电网额定电流在2000及以下的约占总馈路数的93.1%,故而对额定工作电流的选择应以2000及以下为主。

对于最大短路电流值的选择应依据“城市网络规划与改造导则”的要求,避免盲目追求过大的保险系数。

目前国内市场上,主要选用的合资品牌断路器主要有施耐德HVX、ABBVD4、西门子3AE等品牌系列;自主品牌的有常熟开关CV1、上联RMVS1、宝光ZN172等系列。

产品质量现在自助品牌与合资品牌相差无几。

二、真空断路器及其特性断路器是带有特殊的灭弧室装置的一种开关电器,能够关合承载和开断正常回路条件下的电流并能关合在规定的时间内承载和开断异常回路条件(如短路条件)下的电流的机械开关装置。

适用于50Hz,3.6kV及以上电压等级的电网中,作为关合和开断负荷电流(一般不大于4000A)、过载电流及额定短路电流用(一般不大于63kA,亦可用作特殊场合关合和开断空载长线,空载变压器及电容器组等,以及在规定的时间内(1s、3s、4s)承载短路电流(一般不大于63kA,关合短路电流(一般不大于160kA)。

真空开关电器是以真空为绝缘和灭弧介质的开关电器,它的出现是开关 电器领域的又一大突破,随着真空开关电器的发展,在中压领域中,这种 电器有着其它电器无可比拟的优越性,因此,真空开关已成为近年来中压 开关电器中的主力军。 综述真空开关电器的发展,可概括经历几个发展阶段。 1.1早期的理论的研究阶段 1893年,英国Rittenhouse使用扩散泵制出第一个真空灭弧室模型,进行了 开断电弧的研究,在此后的30年中,不断有人改进灭弧室的结构并试制成 功了早期的真空灭弧室。 1.2深入的理论研究和关键工艺发展阶段 50~60年代,科学家成功解决了真空灭弧室相关的诸如超高真空技术和玻壳、 陶瓷外壳与金属的封接技术,新型触头材料及其冶炼技术等一系列工艺关 键问题,使真空开关电器有很大的发展,并真正开始应用。 1961年 GE公司制成世界上第一台三相商用真空断路器,参数为15KV、 125KV、600A; 1965年日立公司制成第一台7.2KV、50KA、400A真空断路器,横向磁场触 头开始应用。 1.3全面与广泛的应用阶段
