although和though可用于句首或句中,但不能与连词but同时使用,不过可与yet, still连用。
假设主从句的主语一样,且从句谓语含有动词be,可将从句主语和动词be省略。
其从句中的谓语动词通常和情态动词can, may, will, might, would, could, should等情态动词连用,而且主句和从句之间不使用逗号。

将括号内的内容重新排序,完成句子,注意运用although / though。
Step3 Grammar explanation(so...that and such...that)
1.such... that作“如此…以至于”解,连接结果状语从句。(结果状语从句是用来补充说明主句动作发生所带来的结果。)
和so... that意思相同,但是用法不同。so是副词,后面可加形容词和副词:
so+adj./adv.+ that clause
e.g. It is so nice that we can go out for a picnic.
天气是如此的好以至于我们可以外出野餐。
而such是限定词,后面要加名词或名词词组,名词前面可以带形容词,也可以不带。
so that意为“以便,为了,使能够”,可以与in order that相替换。
2.so…that…引导结果状语从句,意为“如此……以至于……”, so后面加形容词或副词。
so that句型也可以用来引导结果状语从句,意为“因此,结果”,这时其从句中的谓语动词不与情态动词连用。
这种结构和so…that…引导的结果在含义上有很大的区别。
such +noun/nounphrases + that clause
注意:如果such后面的名词前由many, much, few, little等词所修饰的话,则不用such而用so。

Step4 Grammar explanation(so that)
1.so that引导目的状语从句, (目的状语从句用以说明主句动作发生的目的)。
其从句中的谓语动词通常和情态动词can, may, will, might, would, could, should等情态动词连用,而且主句和从句之间不使用逗号。
although和though可用于句首或句中,但不能与连词but同时使用,不过可与yet, still连用。
若主从句的主语相同,且从句谓语含有动词be,可将从句主语和动词be省略。

1.Although的用法
although/though用作连词,意为“尽管,虽然” ,常用于引导让步状语从句。让步状语从句表示即使出现在从句中的情况,主句动作仍然会发生,有“退一步说……”的意思。
