工程保险单翻译（1）(2008-05-20 22:39:01)Construction & Erection "All Risks", Third PartyLiability and Principal’s Delay in Start -up Insurance建筑、安装工程一切险，第三者责任保险及延迟启动保险IN CONSIDERATION of the Insured named in the Schedule having paid or agreed to pay on the due dates the Premium shown in the Schedule to the Insurance Companies named herein (hereinafter called the "Insurer")，the Insurers severally agree each for the proportion set against its name and subject to the terms and conditions contained herein or endorsed hereon that if during the Period of Insurance stated in the Schedule or during any further period or periods in respect of which the Insured shall have paid or agreed to pay and Insurers shall have agreed to accept additional premium, the Insured shall sustain loss or damage or shall incur liability in the circumstances provided for by this Policy and defined herein, the Insurers shall indemnify the Insured in the manner hereinafter described.鉴于（本保险单）明细表列明的被保险人已经向此处列明的保险公司（以下简称“保险人”）支付了或同意按照约定日期支付本保险单明细表列明的保险费，如果在本保险单明细表列明的保险期或被保险人已支付或同意支付且保险人同意接受附加保险费后顺延的保险期内遭受本保险单所承保的损失或赔偿责任，所有保险人均同意按照本保险单规定的条件、条款及方式以及其分别承保的比例赔偿被保险人的上述损失。

4. 5. 6.
