汽车发动机保护剂是“智商税”吗？撰文：汽车发动机保护近几年，汽车后市场出现了众多品牌用于汽车发动机维修保养的保护剂，商品名称五花八门，有发动机保护剂、抗磨保护剂、磨合保护剂、修复剂、修复强化剂、抗磨修复剂、再生修复剂、还原剂等。
由于存在产品功效与客户诉求错位、个别产品夸张效果等现象，市场存在着对使用发动机保护剂必要性的质疑，甚至有人认为使用保护剂是交“智商税”。
一、发动机保护剂是什么（一）发动机保护剂的本质本文所谈的发动机保护剂是指添加到机油中使用的保护剂，本质上是机油添加剂。
国家审定公布名词数据库【机械工程名词-机械表面与界面-摩擦学-润滑】中，对润滑剂添加剂的定义是“添加到润滑剂中以提高某些原有特性或获得新特性的物质。
”（二）保护剂的分类及作用根据【机械工程名词】的定义和市场上流通的产品，可以把机油添加剂分为提高机油某些原有特性的保护剂、使机油获得新特性的保护剂、既能提高机油某些原有特性又能使机油获得新特性的保护剂。
1.第一类：提高机油某些原有特性的保护剂在机油的生产过程中，应该加入多种添加剂用以保证机油必须有的润滑、清洁、散热、密封、减振等特性。
但是，添加剂本身有时效性，只能在一定的运转周期内发挥作用，况且机油质量参差不齐，补充添加能够提高机油某些原有特性的保护剂，可以使机油本身具有的功能得到强化或是弥补机油缺陷，等于给发动机上了一道保险。
2.第二类：使机油获得新特性的保护剂与其它机械设备一样，发动机运行到一定程度就会出现磨损，磨损的表面是凹凸不平的，一些使机油获得新特性的保护剂可以通过自身或者分解产物沉积在金属表面填补凹凸，在摩擦表面形成致密的吸附膜避免金属直接接触。
这些保护剂主要有含钼化合物、含硼化合物、金属盐、石墨烯等材料，可以使机油获得改变润滑方式等新特性，有效减少摩擦界面的摩擦阻力以降低摩擦部件的磨损，已成为进一步提高机油的性能的技术手段。
3.第三类：既能提高机油某些原有特性又能使机油获得新特性的保护剂机油不能修复磨损，前两类保护剂可以减小固有状态的摩擦力，但对于已经形成的磨损无法修复，而严重磨损往往是从微磨损开始的。

混入不多于60升汽油，每次加油时, 需要增加马力或1000公里使用一次

STP #4 [全动力] 油路通银色：一次将油箱、油管、喷油咀、化油器、进气流道、燃烧室及汽缸头等部位作整体性清洁。
当汽油剩余15升（约1/4缸）时加入本品，汽油未回落到1/4时勿再加入汽油，以免稀释，每半年或6500公里使用一次。
