同学们要保证每天有2篇的阅读量，500字左右，3年要有36万字的阅读量。
有时不一定要做题，就像读中文杂志一样，只要你读的是英文就行。

我个人建议是：英语基础十分薄弱的人最好从扩大词汇量开始，因为单词是英语的基础，掌握足够的单词对英语的阅读和听力有很大的帮助。
而基础较好的可以在夸大词汇量的同时适当的加强自己的语法方面学习。
之后可以扩展到阅读听力写作的单项训练，再到做成套的题加以巩固练习。
2．做到课前做好预习，上课注意听讲，记好笔记，不懂的问题要及时问老师，跟老师沟通交流，课后要做好复习，老师上课时间讲过的知识点一定要记牢。
3．有条件的人可以请一名外国家教或外语家教，经常做一些英语对话这样可以锻炼英语思维和英语口语。
条件很不错的可以到外国旅游，或者出国留学，生活一段时间。
因为在国外的环境中，外国人居多，所以将迫使你不得不说英文，久而久之，你的英语水平将有显著提高。
4．在日常生活中有意识的锻炼自己的英语，比如多听多学英文歌曲，多看英文原声电影，可以背诵一些比较有名的英文文章或诗歌等。
5．可以买几本题集，从单项到综合的买，定好练习计划，每次做完一套题必须立刻进行批改，准备一本错题集，将错的题抄在本子上，并将自己出的问题和正确的解释和语法点写在下面，经常拿出来看看，使自己在碰到相似问题时不易出错。
