Non-corrosive, pH neutral and fullybiodegradable.Instructions for useManual cleaning and endoscope baths:•Dose 2-10 ml of Manual Plus per litre of warm water (25-45 °C). Dose up to 20 ml/l for heavily soiled instruments.•Submerge instruments for 2-10 min. Brush and syringe as required.•Thoroughly rinse instruments.•Discard solution after 2-3 hours.Bedside pre-cleaning of endoscopes:•Dose 15-20 ml of Manual Plus per litre of warm water (30-45 °C).•Wipe with a suitable wipe or sponge.•Discard solution and used wipe immediately after use.Manual cleaning of minimally invasive surgery instruments:•Dose 10-20 ml of Manual Plus per litre of warm water (35-45 °C).•Submerge minimally invasive instruments for 5-10 minutes. 使用方式及用量：1.“Aquatuff”可以各种诸如：刷洗，手喷洒，高压及低压清洗机的工具协助完成，应用在船舱垂直板时建议添加适量的泡沫剂以延长药剂的存留时间增强效果。
2.惰气系统的除去煤灰（1）使用Wilhelmsen高压喷枪时适合以1：4比例的稀释液冲洗，以手喷洒器喷纯液每公升可喷12m2。
（2）保留药剂在污渍版面湿润约30－45分钟。
（3）以高温热水冲洗。
（4）必要时重复一次。
3.油柜及货舱的清洁A．直接喷洒：1.扫舱2.预先以海水冲洗。
3.以1：10的稀释比例喷洒在污渍面，垂直板面建议添加适量的泡沫剂（form agent）以延长药剂的存留时间增强效果，以手喷洒器喷纯液每公升可喷12m2。
4.视温度使清洁液存留30－120分钟。
5.以温热水冲洗干净。
6.必要时重复一次。
B．柜内循环：以0.1－2%的稀释液循环清洗。
C.局部除渍：以20%的稀释液以手喷洒器使用并保20－30分钟后冲洗。

本产品分为 1#，2#，3#三种产品，1#为中性至弱碱性，2#为碱性， 3#为酸性。 所需设备：
一般情况该清洗，之后需要 2 个以上纯水超声波清洗槽及一个高温纯水慢 拉。（如有需要可增加电解槽和碱性高锰酸钾槽等）。 使用方法：
清洗超声波从前到后依次排序为槽 1，槽 2，槽 3，槽 4。 槽 1：添加产品 1#，浓度为 5%，温度为 70 摄氏度以上，超声波 震动 3-10 分钟。 槽 2：添加产品 2#， 浓度为 5-10%， 温度为 70 摄氏度以上， 超声波时间为 3-10 分钟。 槽 3：添加产品 3#，浓度为 5%，温度为 40-50 摄氏度，震动时 间为 3-10 分钟。 槽 4：添加产品 3#，浓度为 0.5-1%， 温度为 40-50 摄氏度，震 动时间为 3-10 分钟。 工艺流程 工件→槽 1→水洗→槽 2→水洗→槽 3→水洗→槽 4→水洗→超 声波纯水洗→超声波纯水洗→慢拉纯水洗 注意事项： 槽 2，槽 3 分别为碱性和酸性，中间水洗需尽量清洗彻底。

产品简介
多功能清洗剂KM0110适用所有铜、铝材料的工件，以提高工件表面的光泽度，并能去除轻微氧化物。
本品采用环保无机酸为主剂、以柠檬酸作辅剂、添加优质缓蚀剂及少量表面活性剂化合而成，不含酸蚀成份，无毒、微味。
符合当今环保RoHS标准，通过本品清洗，可有效保证清洗过程中不改变工件尺寸，并大大提高不锈钢工件表面的光泽度。

使用方法
·初次使用本品者请详读物质安全数据MSDS说明,无经验者在专业人士指引下使用,小批量试作合格再批量生产。
本品为原液使用,温度为常温即可，去除轻微氧化皮加温效果更佳。
·将表面清洁无油的工件置于本品中常温5-10分钟后,用清水漂洗干净,用清水冲洗干净、再用纯净水浸泡1~3分钟后烘干即可包装。
常规工艺流程
待处理工件——多功能清洗—过清水—泡纯净水—烘干或晾干
注:工艺流程可根据实际情况增减
质量指标检验方法:
密度:测量方法选用量程为1.0-1.1的精密比重仪,精度为±0.01可直接测量。
或用量程为1.0-1.1的精密玻璃浮计测量。
pH值的测量：将本品用玻璃棒蘸取到PH试纸上，观察其颜色变化，并参照其比对表，就可得出其PH值。
