学情分析：三年级的学生已学了简单的问候、颜色、数字、身体部位。
对英语仍表现出极大的兴趣，乐于参与活动、游戏及表演，求胜心理也较强，所以要采用多种教学手段交替使用，创设情景，尽量利用实物、卡片及课件等直观教具进行教学，培养学生听、说、认读的综合语言运用能力。
教学对象：三年级
一、教学目标
（一）知识目标：学习掌握单in, on, under, 学习运用句型：It’s in\ on \ under the --- （二）能力目标：（1）掌握描述物品所在位置的句子，并能在实际学习生活中运用。
（2）培养学生运用英语的能力。
（三）情感目标：（1）通过本课学习，培养学生注意观察，激发学生学习英语的兴趣，使学生树立学习英语的自信心。
（2）在活动中培养学生的合作精神。
二、教学重点和难点：
教学重点：能灵活运用句型：It’s in\ on \ under the ---描述物品的位置。
教学难点：（1）介词under的读音。
（2）能区分in, on, under并描述具体物品的位置，并能在实际学习生活中运用。
三、教具准备：磁带、录音机、多媒体课件、单词卡片、贴贴纸、实物。
四、教学方法：实物教学法、合作法、游戏法、任务型教学法。
五、教学过程：
Step 1: Warm up.
T: Let’s say the chant：I am a cat, cat, cat, in a cap, cap, cap. I am a cat, cat, cat, in a hat, hat, hat.
（设计说明：课前一个朗朗上口的chant，有节奏的吟诵，加上相应的动作，为接下来的课堂营造了浓烈氛围。
）

1、谈话导入：

1、学习单词及句子：on ；It’s on the box.
T: Look, what’s this?
Ss: It’s a box.

T：把乒乓球放在盒子上面问：Where’s the table tennis?
T：Yes. It’s on the box. 领读，板书, 出示单词卡片on教读，用不同方式操练，师问：Where’s the table tennis? 引导学生回答：It’s on the box. 个别操练。

T：Now, Magic, magic, magic变变变，师迅速拍一下盒子，让乒乓球掉进盒子里，然后问学生：Where’s the table tennis? 乒乓球在哪里？
T: It’s in the box.领读，板书in, 出示单词卡片教读in，用不同方式操练，师问：Where’s the table tennis? 引导学生回答：It’s in the box. 个别操练。
学习单词及句子：under ；It’s under the box.
T: Now, Magic, magic, magic变变变，师快速把盒子和球放在身后贴在盒子下面，然后问：Where’s the table tennis?
T：It’s under the box. 领读，板书under,出示单词卡片教读under，用不同方式操练，师问：Where’s the table tennis? 引导学生回答：It’s under the box.开火车个别操练。
2、T：指向黑板复习：in\ on \ under并拼读，区分in\ on\under.
（设计说明：巧妙地设计了一个小魔术，激发学生的学习兴趣，有趣地导入了方位的学习。
在词汇教学中，贯彻新课程理念：“词不离句，句不离文”的原则，学生表现出极大的兴趣和热情。

2、小组合作利用实物操练：

T: You did a good job. Who wants to try? 分别请几个学生带上自己的实物上台表演，表扬说的好的学生，奖励该生一张贴贴纸。

二、活动建议活动 1：找东西活动目的：练习和稳固咨询地点的语言构造，让学生在游戏中快乐的学习英语。
活动准备：动物玩具、书、笔、文具盒等物件。
活动过程：教师告诉学生我们要玩一个找东西的游戏。
教师分别出示一些物件并问 What’s this? 启发学生说出是什么东西。
接着教师告诉学生老师要把方才大家看到的那些物件藏在教室的某个地方，同学们需要找到并说明该物件的地点。
讲清规则后教师请学生闭上眼睛，而后教师快速的将预先准备好的物件藏在教室中。
学生张开眼睛后，教师分别提出问题，问每同样东西在哪里，学生则全力去找，找到后说明该物件在什么地方。

二.学情分析本课的学习对象为三年级的学生。
他们对英语的学习才刚刚起步，学生的学习积极性较高，但注意力集中的时间相对较短，因此，在新语言点的学习过程中，教师要尽可能多地创造较好的语言环境，多运用游戏、角色扮演、图片、多媒体等直观教学引起他们的学习兴趣。
让学生充分感受语言、学习语言和正确地运用语言，培养学生良好的学习习惯，因此备课时应考虑到诸多方面，以便收到最佳的学习效果。
