50字幼儿英语小故事带翻译:自负的鹅
The feathers of a Goose put the newly-fallen snow to the blush. Proud of this dazzling gift of Nature, she considered herself intended for a Swan, rather than for that which she was.
Accordingly , separating herself from her companions, she swam, solitarily and majestically, round the pond. She now stretched her neck, the treacherous shortness of which she endeavored to obviate with all her might. Now she tried to
give it the graceful bend, which designates the beautiful Swan the bird of Apollo.
But in vain, it was too stiff, and with all her pains,
she remained a ridiculous Goose, without inspiring a single beholder with the least idea of her resemblance to a Swan.
How many geese are there, without wings, who, for similar assumption, become laughing-stocks to their neighbors !

He was not big and strong like his brothers. But he was honest and kind. Hans and Franz always laughed at simpleton. They liked to play tricks on him. Hurry up, Franz. He’s coming. Ok, it’s ready. Hi guys. Oh, no! Ha, ha, ha! You opened the door, and the bucket of water fell on your head! Now you’re all wet! Ha, ha, ha! One morning Hans got ready to go to the forest to cut wood. Here is your lunch, Hans. I’ll give you two sandwiches and some fresh goat’s milk. Thank you, mother. Here is your axe. Be careful, and bring back lots of fire wood. Yes, Mother. I will. Hans walked through the forest. He saw a little old man sitting on a tree stump. Good morning, young man. I am very hungry and thirsty. Would you give me some food and something to drink? Please help an old man. Go away, old man.I am in a hurry. I will not share my lunch with you. Not even a smallpiece of bread? No, not even a small piece of bread. Leave me alone. Soon, Hans found a tree to chop down. This tree is perfect. It will make great fire wood. He started to chop down the tree. Suddenly, his axe slipped, and he cut his arm. Ouch! Oh, no! I cut my arm! Somebody help me!Some villagers heard him and helped him get home. What happened, Hans? I was chopping a tree, and my axe slipped. I cut my arm. Hmm, this is a bad cut. I will bandage it for you. Franz, your brother cannot chop any more wood today. You must chop wood today. Yes father. Take your brother’s axe and lunch bag. And be careful. Yes, mother.I will.Franz walked through the forest. 少儿英语故事翻译:TheWildSwans

Once upon a time in a kingdom far away, there were eleven Princes and a single Princess, by the name of Elisa. One day, their mother died of a disease. Eventually the King married again. The new Queen hated the twelve children. She said craftily, "Elisa is weak, and it would be good for her to go to the country for recuperation." The King was grateful to the Queen, as she seemed to care for the health of his daughter. Therefore, the Princess was sent off to the remotest corner of the country. The Queen then changed the eleven Princes into swans through her magic power, and sent them away from the royal palace. The Princes flew away crying sadly. "Oh! I feel good. It is my world now." After some time, the King missed Princess Elisa and sent for her. The Queen had Princess Elisa wear a dirty and worn-out dress. The King was very surprised to see the dirty Princess Elisa. "Elisa, how do you dress yourself?" Then the Queen said quickly, "Dear Lord, it seems that Princess Elisa has gone mad." The King was furious and sent the Princess away from him. "Ah! Where are my brothers?" The Princess asked a man passing by, "Have you ever seen eleven Princes?" The man said, "I have not seen eleven Princes but I have seen eleven swans. Strangely the swans wore golden crowns. You may find them near the river." Princess Elisa waited for her brothers near the river hoping to find them. At night, eleven swans swooped down to the ground and were turned into the form of Princes. "My brothers!" "Elisa!" They cried and embraced each other. The brothers were trapped under the spell of the wicked Queen, and were forced to become swans and fly around to look for something to eat during the day. Elisa prayed earnestly, "Dear God, please release the magic curse from my brothers." In her dreams that night, a fairy appeared and said, "Make mantles for your brothers with hemp and have them wear the mantles. However, you should not speak at all until those mantles are made completely." The Princes thought that Elisa, who did not speak and merely kept knitting, had become strange. One day, a Prince from a neighboring kingdom saw the knitting Princess when he was out hunting. The Prince took Elisa to his palace saying to himself, "She is a really beautiful lady. I am going to make her happy." But Elisa did not say anything, and only kept knitting eagerly. At nightfall of the next day, the hemp was all used up. Elisa picked some more hemp near a grave but was caught by the Prince. The Prince said, "You dared to go to a grave at night? You must be a witch. Take this witch and burn her at the stake!" Princess Elisa was unable to say anything and was imprisoned. Princess Elisa continued knitting without taking rest even in the prison. Princess Elisa was finally knitting the eleventh mantle, while being carried on a cart going to the burning place. The villagers threw stones at her while shouting, "That witch is still knitting. Burn her at the stake!" At that precise moment, the eleven swans flew in. Princess Elisa threw the finished mantles to the swans. Only then, Princess Elisa opened her mouth. "I now can speak. I am not a witch." They donned the knitted hoods they were turned back into Princes. The Princess told the Prince what had happened up to that time. Thereafter, the Prince and Princess Elisa lived happily.。

幼儿园简单英语小故事二It was time for a haircut. Lenny didn’t even have to look in the mirror. Even though he was going bald, he knew that he needed to cut his hair every two weeks. He had a "tongue" of hair on the top of his head. His hair was thinning at the crown. He still had plenty of hair on thesides and back. It was what they call "salt and pepper," a mixture of gray hair and dark brown hair. It was only a few years, he figured, until the salt and pepper became just salt.He never let his hair grow for more than two weeks. The longer it got, the worse it looked, he thought. He spread a newspaper over the bathroom sink so that no hair went down the drain. He plugged in the clippers and started cutting his hair. He started at the back of his head, went to the sides, and finished on the top. Every minute or so, he had to clean the hair out of the blades with an old toothbrush.Finished, he picked up a hand mirror to check out the back of his head. Everything looked okay. He carried the newspaper back out to the kitchen and shook the hair clippings into the trash can. Then he took a shower.【幼儿园简单英语小故事】1.
