LED灯具安装说明书
亲：
非常感谢你使用【熙朗照明】LED灯具，LED的光源与普通的光源不同，在安装时请参考以下说明：
1：LED有正负之分，并且几个灯珠是串联在一起的。
全部插入通电后，一个一个的看，LED灯珠中间的黄色部分有点微光并闪动（用双手盖住观察，没微光的时候中间那个黄色部分是黑的），证明这个LED灯珠是插正确了。
如果中间的黄色部分没有发微光并闪动，证明这个LED没有插正确，要拔出来换一边再插，确定有微光后再观察第二个灯珠，有没有和第一个一样的情况，如果没有一点点发光，证明这个LED正负没有装正确，要拔出来换一边再插，只有所有的LED灯珠正负都对上后，才能同时亮。
如果不对，都不亮的。
2：从左边第一个或右边第一个做为第一个观察对象，这样容易安装
3：在安装水晶之前，先试好LED，等到LED亮时，要记住LED的两个插针与头灯的相对位置，只有这样，装好水晶好，才能一次装好LED。

发光字模组安装标准
发光字模组安装标准
1.模组安装应从一侧端角处开始，按圆周顺序串联。
从外圈向内圈顺序粘贴。
2.模组横向间距保证40mm，按标准模具粘贴。
中心位置间距无法满足40mm时，应保证中间相邻三条模组带间距相等，小于40mm。
3.模组纵向间距为20mm，按标准模具粘贴。
纵向端部距离不足时可有适当调整，调整应相邻三个模组间距相等，小于20mm。
4.操作时注意保护相邻模组之间的接线，不可以用力拉拽模组。
5.模组之间连线用热熔枪粘贴在合理位置，粘贴时保证电线没有遮挡灯珠。
由于模组上下壳之间可以滑动，粘贴之前应调整模组上表面在底壳中央位置，不可以将有错位现象的模组直接粘贴。
6.模组连线粘好后在两侧加注玻璃胶。
7.连接电源的接线为粗线，正、负极颜色需统一，接头锡焊，用热缩套管包裹连接点。

To activate the light simply turn the power switch ON. To advance to the next programmed light mode, turn the switch OFF then back ON within ten (10) seconds. Whenever the light has been off for more than sixty (60) seconds, and it is first turned on, it will come on white for 15 seconds, then go back to the last programmed light mode it was running before being powered off.To sync the light with additional H-STYLE lights:• The H-STYLE Brilliant Wonders 1.5” LED Light can easily be synced with additional H-STYLE lights. All lights should be wired to the same switch, this should automatically sync the lights. If the lights get out of sync on the same switch: turn the switch OFF, then wait between eleven (11) and fourteen (14) seconds and turn the switch back ON. When the lights come back on, they should enter program mode number one (1) and be synchronized.7P-STYLE COLOR SELECTION AND SYNC INSTRUCTIONSThe P-STYLE Brilliant Wonders 1.5” LED Lights can be controlled using a standard wall-mount light switch. Multiple lights can be connected via a junction box to a single switch so that all lights can be switched ON and OFF together. P-STYLE Lights are controlled by cycling the AC power from a standard wall switch. By turning the switch ON and OFF a specific number of times, the light activates one of the seven (7) light show modes, fixed colors, and enables the “Hold” and “Recall” feature.The P-STYLE Brilliant Wonders 1.5” LED Light is preprogrammed with seven light show modes (1-7) and five fixed color modes (8-12). led光源模组百科概念LED模组是LED产品中应用比较广的产品，在结构方面和电子方面也存在很大的差异，简单的就是用一个装有LED的线路板和外壳就成了一个LED模组，复杂的就加上一些控制，恒流源和相关的散热处理使LED寿命和发光强度更好。
应用主要用于展示广告字体(压克力、吸塑)和标识的夜间效果，它以文字或标识为媒介，安装在楼宇顶部或墙面，既能表现标识白天效果,又能利用LED作为发光光源，在夜间表现出另外一种效果，再配以LED照明应用控制系统，对文字或标识进行动态视频控制，在一些娱乐气氛较浓的场所，模组已经成了企业展示自我形象的最重要的选择之一参数1颜色：按颜色种类可以分为单色、七彩、全彩单点控制三种。
2电压：12V的低压模组是比较普遍的。
在连接电源和控制系统的时候一定要检查电压值的正确性，才能通电，否则就会损坏LED模组。
3工作温度：就是说LED正常工作的温度。
通常情况在-20℃～+60℃之间。
4发光角度：一般以厂家提供的LED的发光角度为LED模组的角度。
5亮度：我们通常在LED模组中所说的亮度通常是发光强度和流明度。
6防水等级：如果要户外用LED模组的话这个参数就很重要了，通常情况在全露天的情况最好防水等级要达到IP68、7尺寸：就是通常所说的长宽高等尺寸。
8单条连接的最大长度：就是在一条串联LED模组中，所连接的LED模组的个数。
9功率:基本上LED模组的功率=单个LED的功率Ⅹ LED的个数Ⅹ 1.1分类按颜色种类可以分为单色、七彩、全彩单点控制三种，单色就是单种颜色的模组，一般有红色、绿色、黄色、白色等等是比较常用的;七彩LED模组就是由七种不同颜色进行变换的模组产品，它色彩更多，更有变化性;全彩LED模组与七彩相比则更丰富，它可以实现全真的色彩变幻，不仅非常漂亮，而且动感十足，也更能吸引人的眼球。

用美工刀将整版模组背面双面胶按 单个模组划开。 注意：美工刀不能划伤模组和导线。

Installation Guide:Pioneer™ Series LED FloodlightBrow Mount (3.00” Radius)©2008 Whelen Engineering Company Inc.Form No.14266E (062812)For warranty information regarding this product, visit /warranty•Proper installation of this product requires the installer to have a good understanding of automotive electronics, systems and procedures.•Whelen Engineering requires the use of waterproof butt splices and/or connectors if that connector could be exposed to moisture.•Any holes, either created or utilized by this product, should be made both air- and watertight using a sealant recommended by your vehicle manufacturer.•Failure to use specified installation parts and/or hardware will void the product warranty.•If mounting this product requires drilling holes, the installer MUST be sure that no vehicle components or other vital parts could be damaged by the drilling process. Check both sides of the mounting surface before drilling begins. Also de-burr the holes and remove any metal shards or remnants. Install grommets into all wire passage holes.•If this manual states that this product may be mounted with suction cups, magnets, tape or Velcro®, clean the mounting surface with a 50/50 mix of isopropyl alcohol and water and dry thoroughly.•Do not install this product or route any wires in the deployment area of your air bag. Equipment mounted or located in the air bag deployment area will damage or reduce the effectiveness of the air bag, or become a projectile that could cause serious personal injury or death. Refer to your vehicle owner’s manual for the air bag deployment area. Read and follow all of Whelen’s written instructions when installing or using this device. Emergency vehicles are often operated under high speed stressful conditions which must be accounted for when installing all emergency warning devices. Controls should be placed within convenient reach of the operator so that they can operate the system without taking their eyes off the roadway. Emergency warning devices can require high electrical voltages and/or currents. Properly protect and use caution around live electrical connections.Grounding or shorting of electrical connections can cause high current arcing, which can cause personal injury and/or vehicle damage, including fire. Many electronic devices used in emergency vehicles can create or be affected by electromagnetic interference. Therefore, after installation of any electronic device it is necessary to test all electronic equipment simultaneously to insure that they operate free of interference from other components within the vehicle. Never power emergency warning equipment from the same circuit or share the same grounding circuit with radio communication equipment. All devices should be mounted in accordance with the manufacturer’s instructions and securely fastened to vehicle elements of sufficient strength to withstand the forces applied to the device. Driver and/or passenger air bags (SRS) will affect the way equipment should be mounted. This device should be mounted by permanent installation and within the zones specified by the vehicle manufacturer, if any. Any device mounted in the deployment area of an air bag will damage or reduce the effectiveness of the air bag and may damage or dislodge the device. Installer must be sure that this device, its mounting hardware and electrical supply wiring does not interfere with the air bag or the SRS wiring or sensors. 1、安装方式：背面粘贴固定，背面粘贴安装方式，请保证安装表面干净、干燥、无油污。
建议适度打磨安装表面以粘贴牢靠。
2、安装排布
5MM食人鱼光源建议字槽的高度应该保持在12-15CM。
3MM食人鱼光源建议字槽的高度应该保持在10-12CM。
平头食人鱼光源建议字槽的高度应该保持在6-10CM。
为保证发光强度的均匀，在安装排布LED模组中，应该注意发光模组均匀、合理的分布，建议排列中错行排列，模组呈棱形式分布。
连接导线无须拆弯。
3、电源搭配：
一般情况下，150瓦（12VDC、12.5A）和300瓦（12VDC、25A）电源有好几个12V输出端子，使用中应均衡各端子负载，以免负载大的端子发热严重而过早氧化和损坏。
注意电源引入点尽量选在整条LED的中心位置。
保证整条LED发光亮度均匀，并防止局部LED发热严重以至LED加速衰减，电源引入孔应打磨和去毛刺以保护电源线。
4、参数极限
请遵守如下指标:
1、单灯单色模组：红色、黄色最大串联级数（电源接口处到LED模组串的尾端）为60个模组。
蓝色、绿色、白色最大串联级数为80个模组。
2、三灯单色模组：红色、黄色最大串联级数为60个模组。
蓝色、绿色、白色最大串联级数为80个模组。
3、安装环境注意防雨防腐蚀。
4、环境温度要求：-10℃~45℃。
安装完毕后要做全面的线路复查无误后接通电源，完成安装工作。
5、发光模组工程中开关电源的计算方法和例子
计算方法：
1、根据工程选择发光模组总数量X，并查出该种类发光模组的功率损耗值WMP。
2、计算工程中发光模组总的功率损耗值WQP=WMP*X。
3、选择工程中要使用的开关电源总功率WP>WQP，根据WP和工程实际情况确定开关电源类型。
例子：
1、某工程中需要使用白色三灯发光模组X=450，查得白色三灯发光模组的功率损耗值为WMP=0.3瓦。
2、计算工程中发光模组总的功率损耗值WQP=WMP*X=0.3*450=135瓦。
3、工程要使用的开关电源总功率WP>135瓦。
根据实际情况可选取150瓦的电源一个或者50瓦的电源三个。
