20#、21#端子接收来自同步检测控制器的频差调速控制信号，通过内部开关选择，再将该调速信号转送 发电机组，控制发动机的燃油供给，继而令发电机的电源输出与公共电源同步。
频率控制：断路器合闸，其辅助常开触点闭合，控制器的11#与14#端子接通，如发电机组单机运行， 控制器检测发电机的电压频率，并与设定频率相比较，再根据频率差的大小，输出升/降调速信号，从而 令发电机的运行速度稳定在设定范围内。
负载平衡分配：断路器合闸，其辅助常开触点闭合，11#与14#端子接通，如发电机组是与其它发电 机组并列运行，此时控制器除具有频率控制功能，还具有负载分配功能。控制器将发电机的输出功率与 并列运行的每台发电机输出有功功率的平均值相比较，如比平均值高，则输出减速信号，如比平均值低， 则输出升速信号，从而平衡每台发电机的功率输出。（备注：①平衡功率输出不是平均功率输出，而是 根据每台发电机额定功率的大小按比例分配功率。②电子调速的发动机必须具有速度降“DROOP”的 控制功能。）

软卸载控制：发电机组要从并车系统退出，将12#与14#端子短接，端子22#、23#、24#上不接外部
超功率继电器：当控制器测量到发电机的输出功率高于“OVER LOAD/LEVEL”设置值，延续时间大 于“OVER LOAD/DELAY”设定的延时时间，则“O.POWER”继电器动作，其输出的常闭触点令37#、38#端 子短接。此继电器用于发电机的超功率供电故障保护。

零功率继电器：当控制器测量到发电机的输出功率低于“ZERO POWER LEVEL”设置值，相应的 “Z.POWER”继电器动作，33#、34#端子短接。此继电器多用于软卸载的发电机，其输出功率接近为零 时，断路器自动分断的控制电路上。

控制器操作说明书2010年12月V 2.1首先感谢贵公司选用我公司的制冷机组产品.同时感谢您认真阅读本操作说明书。
一、 概述本机组使用的是触摸式操作显示屏。
机组的运行状态和全部操作均在屏幕上进行。
屏幕操作是通过已为该机组设置了各相应的屏幕页面及其按钮，您可以按照您的操作要求轻按各有关的按钮进行实际的操作。
屏幕中的按钮是轻触摸式的，请不使用工具或戴手套操作，以免划伤擦毛屏幕。
本控制器中显示的参数单位：压力：Kpa A 绝压温度：℃电流：Ａ液位：％设备在完全正常的情况下，10分钟内对屏幕无任何操作屏幕的灯光会自动关闭，以延长屏幕使用寿命。
任意触摸一下屏幕立即自动点亮。
屏幕中含有设备的常见故障说明，用户可以随时翻阅。
帮助用户及时查找原因排除故障。
温度巡检仪显示的是主电机的各点温度：CH01 前轴承温度CH02 后轴承温度CH03 Ａ绕组温度CH04 Ｂ绕组温度CH05 Ｃ绕组温度二、 主界面屏幕的操作说明接通电源后屏幕将显示本说明书封面上的图案，触摸该图案一下，屏幕就显示如下：主界面。
此界面中显示了常用的基本运行参数、机组状态和必要的操作按钮，当出现故障、报警时自动弹出信息条并用文字（走马灯形式）显示相应的内容，蓝色信息属报警（机组不停机），红色信息属故障（机组停机，故障复位也不会自动启动）。
触摸“机组启动”按钮，在屏幕上会弹出如下窗条：♦轻按“能量控制手动”按钮，在主界面的右上角能量位置值的下面将出现“＋”、“－”按钮，表示机组运行中能量控制由操作人员人为地增载、减载操作。
但当运行参数超过安全保护设定值，电脑仍会自动强制减载甚至故障停机。
♦轻按“能量控制自动”按钮，“＋”、“－”按钮将不出现，表示机组运行中能量控制由电脑自动地增载、减载操作。
♦轻按“本地启动”按钮，请注意：这是真正的启动按钮。
机组由电脑按指定的程序自动控制启动、运行、自动能量调节和液位控制。
♦启动过程：电脑首先检查无任何故障，再检查吸气压力应大于‘压缩机启动压力设定值’、‘高压电机柜允许’、‘停机到启动间隔时间到’等；电脑启动油泵，检查能量位置应小于 5%（否则自动减载）、喷油压差应大于150Kpa；释放主机停机信号，1秒钟后发主机启动命令。

The RS-232 connector enables connection to an external touch screen. To connect a serial cable with the RS-232 connector, please follow the instructions below.Step 1: Locate the RS-232 connector on the rear panel of the MBB200C.Step 2:Align the RS-232 connector on the serial cable with the RS-232 connector on the rear panel of the MBB200C.Step 3:Once aligned, gently insert the serial cable RS-232 connector into the MBB200C RS-232 connector.2.4.2 VGA ConnectionThere is one external VGA connector. The MBB200C can also be switched on and off by applying or removing power through an external switch or breaker. Any time the power is reapplied to the MBB200C, it will turn on.2.5 Configuring the MBB200CIn order to use the MBB200C, you must have it connected to the NMEA 2000® network.The MBB200C will start up with the following warning screen:Figure 8 – MBB200C Startup ScreenThe first time you start the MBB200C, N2KView® will ask you to assign it a unique name. The MBB200C comes from the factory preconfigured to obtain its LAN connection information from a DHCP (Dynamic Host Control Protocol) server. 该仪表采用了适合中国国情的中文人机对话界面直接显示各种有关的信息，操作及校准极为方便，具有精度高、响应速度快、操作直观和稳定可靠等特点。
该仪表采用了微处理器控制，并配以高达16位A/D转换器，高精度PID调节器。
能够自动零点校准、自动间隔校准、故障自动诊断、高/低流量报警、多路输入/输出和多种通讯协议等功能，给用户提供了更加广泛的用途。
2105型称重控制仪表可与上位机进行通信及流量设定等特点。
并根据流量进行PID运算，控制变频器的输出频率，从而达到控制流量的目的。
2105型称重控制仪表采用了多种通讯功能，这些通讯功能可以使仪表与PC计算机、可编程控制器(PLC)、打印机、或网络系统等外围设备相连从而达到自动计量和自动控制的目的。
