I wish they would be more polite and respectful when visiting places outside of China.One of the biggest problems is littering and leaving behind trash everywhere. It's like some Chinese tourists think the whole world is their garbage can! I've seen pictures of them leaving food containers, drink bottles, and crumpled napkins all over famous sites like the Louvre Museum in Paris. My mom says they even let their kids pee and poop right on the ground outside! How disgusting is that? Don't they have any manners or care about keeping places clean?Another really rude thing they do is talking and shouting loudly on buses, trains, and in quiet spaces like churches or libraries where you're supposed to be silent. My dad's friend went to Rome and said a bunch of Chinese tourists were screaming at the top of their lungs inside the Sistine Chapel, that place with the famous painted ceiling by Michelangelo. They had no respect for the cultural rules of staying quiet in a holy place like that.It also seems like lots of Chinese tourists don't follow any line rules and will rudely cut in front of everyone to be first. Like at museums, they push and shove to get to the front so they can see the art before anyone else. What's the big rush? If you get in line and wait your turn like everyone else, you'll still get to seeeverything. There's no need to act like a bully and shove little kids out of the way!Graffiti is another big no-no for tourists, but I've heard stories of Chinese people actually carving or writing their names and doing drawings on ancient sites and ruins. It's just so disrespectful to do that in someone else's country.Sometimes it seems like certain Chinese tourists feel like they can do whatever they want and don't have to follow any of the rules or show any manners. Like they think they're somehow better than everyone else. I've read about them letting their babies go potty in hotel lobby trash cans or public pools! My teacher says you're supposed to make your kids use the bathroom, not just let them go wherever. And another time some tourists were caught on video kicking and shoving each other to get on the airplane first! We flew on a big airplane to Bangkok and then took a bus down to the beaches in Phuket. I was so excited because I had never been out of China before.Thailand is a really pretty country with lot of bright colors, delicious foods, and friendly people called Thai people. We stayed at a big resort right on the beach and I got to swim in the ocean and play in the pools. It was so awesome!But you know what wasn't awesome? Some of the Chinese tourists we saw acting really silly and rude. I couldn't believe howembarrassing their behavior was sometimes. My mom and dad were so annoyed and kept apologizing to the Thai people working at our hotel. Here are some of the crazy things I witnessed:At the breakfast buffet, there were these two round Chinese ladies who would pretty much lick the plates clean and then stack their plates really high. One time, a plate fell off their pile and almost hit a Thai worker! The worker looked scared but stayed very calm and polite. Those ladies didn't even say sorry. My mom was super mad.Then there was this Chinese family who let their kid pee in the swimming pool! Can you believe that? Who does that?? Everyone had to get out until the staff could clean it up. The little boy's dad didn't even look sorry at all.One day, we took a boat tour around some little islands. Our Thai tour guide spoke very good English and was really nice. But this Chinese dad got all mad at him for some reason, yelling and pointing his finger in his face. The tour guide stayed so calm though. That Chinese dad was really rude for no reason.At our hotel beach, there were signs all over saying "No Littering" and "Please Don't Take Anything" about the pretty shells and coral. But some Chinese tourists couldn't follow therules at all! I saw them shoving sanddollars and big shells in their bags! My dad scolded them but they just ignored him. So disrespectful to the environment.The silliest thing was when we saw an older Chinese man taking a spit bath right outside the bathroom area. He wasn't even trying to cover up or anything! Just stripping off and using the public sinks to wash his privates in the open. Luckily there weren't too many kids around, but I definitely saw it before my mom shooed me away. I've seen videos of Chinese tourists just throwing their trash and food wrappings all over the ground! That's so gross. Don't they know that littering ruins the beautiful outdoors for everyone? At beaches, I've seen Chinese tourists leave behind all their umbrellas, chairs, coolers and toys instead of cleaning up after themselves. That's so disrespectful to the local people who have to clean up the mess.I've also heard many stories of Chinese tourists defacing and damaging ancient buildings, sculptures, and other historic sites when traveling. For example, there were some really mean Chinese tourists who started carving their names and doing graffiti on the walls of an over 3,500 year old Egyptian temple! Can you believe that? Those priceless ancient structures belongto the whole world and should be treasured, not ruined by vandals. You wouldn't believe the crazy mess some Chinese tour groups leave in their hotel rooms - broken furniture, lamps and mirrors, litter and even poop smeared on the walls! Apparently they think the staff are just servants who will clean up anything.And in restaurants, Chinese tourists have been filmed screaming at servers, uploading their own food, letting their children run around out of control, and even starting fights with other customers. It's just totally uncivilized.I think there are a few main reasons why some Chinese tourists act this way. First, there are still many poor, uneducated people in China's rural areas who just aren't taught proper manners and etiquette. Behaving so uncivilized probably doesn't seem like a big deal to them. Second, China has developed so fast that tens of millions of people have a bit of money to travel for the first time ever after being super poor. They get overwhelmed and excited, and then go a bit crazy without any self-control. Also, Chinese people have gotten used to rude, pushy behavior in their own crowded country - like the mad shoving you see to get on a subway in Beijing. So they don't see anything wrong with acting that way abroad too.Finally, I think some Chinese tourists act like they've got something to prove - like they're new to the world stage and want to show how powerful they are. So they'll purposely behave rudely, deface things, ignore the rules, and basically do whatever they want to show they don't care about other cultures and cando what they please. They wrongly think it makes them look rich and mighty instead of just bratty and shameful.I really feel bad for the local people and workers who have to deal with Chinese tourists who trash sacred religious sites, scream in public areas, destroy hotel rooms, fight over restaurant seats, and generally make a horrible impression. It makes me ashamed of my people and wish we could be more polite and respectful guests. I know 99% of Chinese people are nice and want their countrymen to behave better too.When Chinese tourists go to another country, they should see it as an honor and privilege, not an opportunity to be jerks. They're guests in someone else's home country. How would you feel if people came into your home and started spitting, littering, breaking your valuables and carving their names into your walls? 随着人们生活水平的逐步提高，在中秋节、国庆节等假期中，越来越多的人选择出行旅游。
一些富有人文历史、风景优美的景点，成为了大众的首选。
但是随着旅游人数不断增加，旅游中的不文明行为也不断增多。
游客们随意攀爬、拍照，在景点随意涂画、刻、践踏草坪、损坏植被，不讲卫生，垃圾随处丢弃。
旅游中的不文明现象，正持续损害着中国游客的形象。
我认为文明旅游可以注重以下一些方面：首先，旅游者要提高自身文化素质，做到文明出行，不做一些破坏文化的行为，并且及时提醒他人的不文明行为。
第二，导游、景点管理处要对旅客不文明的行为加以提醒劝阻。
第三，媒体应加大曝光度，使人们逐渐意识到不文明旅行的严重性。
最后政府要根据旅客的行为实施一定的惩罚措施，完善相关法律法规。
我相信这些问题都会逐步解决，一个美丽的明天在等着我们。
Uncivilized behavior in Tourism
With the gradual improvement of people's living standards, more and more people choose to travel during the holidays. Many people choose the humanities history and scenic spots to travel.
But with the increasing number of tourists, the uncivilized behavior of tourism is increasing. Visitors free climbing, take pictures, in spots random graffiti, lettering, damage to vegetation, don't speak hygiene, waste discarded everywhere. Uncivilized phenomenon in tourism, is continuing to damage the image of Chinese tourists.
I believe that the cultural tourism can focus on the following aspects: first, tourists should improve cultural quality, do civilized travel, don't do some damage to the culture, and timely reminder of the uncivilized behavior of others. Second, the tourist guide and the scenic spot management office should discourage the uncivilized behavior of tourists. Third, the media should increase the degree of exposure, so that people gradually realized the seriousness of the uncivilized travel. Finally, the government should implement some punitive measures according to the behavior of the passengers, improve the relevant laws and regulations. I believe that these problems will be solved step by step, and a beautiful tomorrow is waiting for us.。
