You’re almost ready… Turn Record Enable on, and check the levels while you adjust the Gain and Master Level controls on the MW.Recording and playbackNow start recording (from the Transport panel), play or sing the part, and stop when you’re finished. Play it back and add other parts to it as needed, building up a complete song part-by-part. Mixing your songOnce you have several different parts—all on different tracks—call up the Mixer window. Use the faders in the Mixer to control the balance of the parts, and use the Pan controls and EQ processing to adjust the sound as needed.TIP – Use your favorite outboard gearIf you’re recording vocals, you can insert your favorite outboard compressor or EQ into the signal path before recording, by using the MW’s rear-panel INSERT jacks. Guitarists can plug in their stomp boxes to record the exact sound they want.TIP – Dig into your mic closetThe MW also has 48V phantom power, so you can use high-quality condenser or ribbon microphones and get pro-quality sound for your vocals and acoustic instruments.TIP – Plug-in effectsCubase LE also has a wide variety of plug-ineffects— including reverbs, delays, distortion, and more—you can use to enhance or alter the sound of each track as desired.Tip – Cut out the Latency problem!If you require to use the VST instruments with MIDI controller and you need a low latency. No problem! You can download ASIO low latency audio driver at Inspiration can come at any time. But it can also leave—if you have to spend too much time fiddling with your equipment. 国电联合动力技术有限公司在设计之初就提出了‘差异化,系列化’的设计思路,充分考虑中国实际风资源状况,在德方设计的防风沙机型基础上,发挥联合设计优势,进行产品系列化设计。
根据中国不同风场类型,设计了分别适用于IEC2A,IEC3A和IEC2A+,IEC3A+等的冷态,常温,防风沙的系列风机,根据机组叶轮直径不同分为:UP77、UP82、UP86三种类型。

本标准适用于我公司两台12MW背压机组的启动、停止、正常维护和事故处理。

第一部分说明书第一章原始资料分析1.1 原始资料分析1.1.1 发电厂的性质电厂为凝气式发电厂,本厂的燃料是煤粉。
计划安装三台200MW凝气式火力发电机组。
第一期工程装设二台QFSN—200—2型发电机组,并计划第二期工程安装一台相同容量的机组,每台发电机配置一台670T/H的高温高压锅炉。
该厂以220kV线路与系统联系,本工程220kV的出线共四回,预计将来220kV出现最终为六回。
1.1.2厂用负荷1.1.3 发电厂自然情况夏季最高温度为38度,冬季最低温度为-25度,年平均温度为10度,海拔高750米,厂址附近无严重空气污染,该地区为五级地震区。
1.2 要求设计内容1.2.1 说明书1、主变压器、高压备用变压器及高压厂用变台数、容量、型号、变比等主要技术数据确定。
2、发电厂电气主接线设计。
根据电气主接线基本要求和有关规程,选择两个以上电气主接线方案进行初步比较,选出两个较优主案,进行技术及经济比较,确定最终电气主接线方案。
3、发电厂厂用电电气主接线设计院。
4、短路电流计算。
5、选择电气设备(断路器、隔离开关、母线、电流互感器、电压互感器)。
6、本厂继电保护规划设计。
7、220kV高压配电装置设计。
8、本厂防雷保护设计。

第二章变压器的选择2.1 主变压器的确定2.1.1主变压器容量及台数的确定1、按发电机的额定容量扣除本机组的厂用负荷后,留有10%的裕度。
2、按发电机的最大连续输出容量扣除本机组的厂用负荷。
2.1.2 主变压器型式的选择1.相数的选择①当不受运输条件限制时,在330kV及以下的发电厂均应选用三相变压器。
②当发电厂与系统连接的电压为500kV时,宜经技术经济比较后,确定选用三相变压器、两台半容量三相变压器或单相变压器组。

其特点是采用高压抗燃油数字电调系统,操作简便,运行安全可靠。
机组外形尺寸(长X宽X高)为13.7X7.8X5.4m,总重约为350t。
附图1为汽轮机纵剖面图附图2为汽轮机俯视图附图3为汽轮机侧视图主蒸汽从锅炉经2根主汽管道别到达汽轮机两侧的主汽阀和调节阀,并由4根主汽管及进汽插管进入设置在高压内缸的喷嘴室。
高压缸采用内外双层缸结构。
高压部分为反向布置,由1级单列调节级和8级压力级组成。
其中第2-7级隔板挂在高压内缸上,第8、9级隔板挂在1号隔板套上。
主蒸汽经过布置在高中压缸两侧的2个主汽阀和4个调节阀从位于高中压缸中部的上下各2个进汽口进入喷嘴室调节级,然后再流经高压缸各级。
第7级后部分蒸汽由一段抽汽口抽汽至2号高加。
高压缸排汽从下部排出经再热冷段蒸汽管回到锅炉再热器,其中部分蒸汽由二段抽汽口抽汽至1号高加。
从锅炉再热器出来的再热蒸汽经由再热热段蒸汽管到达汽轮机机头两侧的再热主汽阀与调节阀,然后经中压主汽管进入中压缸。
中压部分由9级压力级组成,第10-12级隔板挂在2号隔板套上,第13-15级隔板挂在3号隔板套上,第16-18级隔板挂在4号隔板套上。

汽轮机静体部分主要包括:汽缸、喷嘴、隔板、汽封、前后轴承箱、座架、轴承、油封、盘车装置、速关阀、调节阀等。
汽轮机动体部分主要包括:主轴、叶轮叶片、主油泵、联轴器等。
汽缸:汽轮机前汽缸采用耐热优质铸钢材料,后汽缸采用优质钢板焊接而成。
前、后汽缸通过垂直中分面法兰螺栓连接;汽缸上、下半通过水平法兰螺栓连接。
前汽缸有两个“猫爪”支撑在前轴承座上;后期敢不敢通过两侧的后座架直接固定在基础上,后汽缸于后座架之间设置了立销。
前汽缸下半设置了一个补汽口,前、后汽缸都设置有测温孔和测压孔。
轴承:汽轮机前轴承座通过前座架固定在基础上,其内部设置了主油泵、前轴承(径向推力联合轴承)、危急遮断器、阀讯轮等;其壳体上安装了油动机、危急遮断油门、传感器探头等。
前轴承座与前座架之间设置了纵销,前轴承座与前汽缸“猫爪”之间设置了横销。
前轴承座与前汽缸之间设置了立销。
汽轮机后轴承座通过后轴承座架固定在基础上,其内部设置了汽轮机后轴承、发电机前轴承、联轴器、盘车齿轮等;其壳体上安装了电动盘车装置。
转子:汽轮机转子采用套装形式,由两个单列调节级和6个压力级组成,各级叶轮套在主轴上,主轴前端安装主油泵、联轴器、危急遮断器、推力盘、前汽封套筒等,后端安装了后汽封套筒、联轴器等。
汽封:汽封分通流部分汽封、隔板汽封、前汽封、后汽封。
通流部分汽封包括叶围带处的径向、轴向汽封和动叶根部处的径向汽封、轴向汽封。
隔板汽封环装在每级隔板内圈上,每圈汽封环由六个弧块组成。
每个弧块上装有压紧弹簧。
前、后汽封与隔板汽封结构相同,为迷宫式汽封。
前、后汽封分多级段,各级段后的腔室内接不同压力的蒸汽管道,回收轴封漏汽,维持排气室真空。
盘车装置:本机采用涡轮—齿轮机械盘车装置,盘车小齿轮套装在带螺旋槽的涡轮轴上,通过投入装置,可以实现手动投入盘车。
投入盘车时,压住投入装置上的手动按钮,同时反时针旋转蜗杆上的手轮,直至小齿轮与转子上的盘车大齿轮完全齿合,然后接通盘车电机,投入盘车。
待汽轮机转速升高后,盘车装置自动退出,之后关闭盘车电机。
滑销系统:汽轮机设置了一套完整的滑销系统,滑销系统由纵销、横销、立销组成。
纵销沿汽轮机中心线设置在前轴承座与前底板之间;横销分别设置在前汽缸“猫爪”与前轴承座之间,后汽缸两侧地脚法兰与后座架之间;立销设置在前、后轴承座与汽缸之间。
纵销与横销中心的交点为机组热膨胀死点。
当汽缸受热膨胀时,由前汽缸猫爪推动前轴承座向前滑动。
1•1•3 汽轮机本体主要件重量(t)及外型尺寸(m)汽轮机本体重量:~55t转子总重量:~9t汽轮机上盖起吊重量~20t本体外型尺寸(长×宽×高)5×4.5×3.6(m)1•1•4进汽、汽封及补汽系统⑴,汽水分离器;新蒸汽进入与筒体相切的进汽口,气流沿筒体壁旋转,由于离心力的作用,蒸汽中的水分沿筒体壁汇于筒体底部,从疏水口排出至疏水膨胀箱,而蒸汽经过过滤网后从出汽管排出,至汽轮机做功。
⑵,进汽系统;新蒸汽经电动隔离阀,再经汽水分离器,分离出的水进入疏水系统,蒸汽则至汽轮机蒸汽室两侧的速关阀,速关阀开启后,蒸汽进入汽轮机蒸汽室,再经过调节汽阀,进入汽轮机通流部分做功,最后,乏汽排水凝汽器。
⑶,汽封系统;前汽封1段漏汽与补汽口相连,做为平衡管。
前汽封2段封汽口与后汽封1段封汽口相连用于封汽;在汽轮机启动阶段,封汽用蒸汽来自于新蒸汽支路,经截止阀和节流孔板后通至前、后汽封封汽管;当漏汽量过大时,可开大汽封管路至凝汽器截止阀。
当汽轮机正常运行之后,即可关闭节流支路截止阀。
前汽封3段漏汽和后汽封2段漏汽排地沟。
⑷,补汽系统;补入气轮机的蒸汽经补汽速关阀至汽轮机补汽口,补汽流量,压力通过错油门油动机控制旋转隔板来调节,补汽进入汽轮机通流部分做功。
1•1•5疏水系统汽水分离器疏水、汽缸各级疏水、补汽管路疏水、汽封管路疏水及调节阀阀杆疏水引至疏水膨胀箱。
疏水汇集按如下程序:压力较高的疏水管离疏水膨胀箱上至凝汽器口较远。
疏水管不得绕过关闭阀,需注意,水或蒸汽切不可从疏水管倒流至汽轮机。
1.1.6 真空抽气及凝结水系统⑴真空抽气系统真空抽气系统主要由射水抽气器,射水泵,水箱组成。
汽轮机启动时,抽气器能够及时抽出凝汽器内的不凝结气体,迅速建立凝汽器内真空。
同时,抽气器作为主抽气器,可确保汽轮机正常运行时凝汽器内维持必要的真空度。
两台射水抽气器并联可相互切换使用。
⑵凝结水系统乏汽进入凝汽器凝结成水,储蓄于凝汽器热井。
热井正常水位通过配有变频器的两台凝结水泵控制。
在汽轮机启动时。
热井中凝结水量少,可适当补些除盐水至凝汽器水室,同时可关闭凝结水出口电动调节阀,打开凝结水电动调节再循环阀使热井水位保持在正常值。
两台电动凝结水泵,一开一备,也可以在热井水位过高时同时启动。
1.1.7循环水系统循环水由自备循环水泵房接出,进入凝汽器。
双联冷油器及空冷器的冷却用水由循环水提供,冷油器进水总管上配有管道泵及一路工业水源,并设有滤水器及旁路,一般应关闭旁路阀,循环水经过滤水器后进入冷油器及空冷器,如果滤水器清洗或检修时,可隔离并开启旁路阀。
1.1.8调节系统和保安系统1.1.8.1调节和控制概述⑴系统组成电液调节控制系统主要有转速传感器,电子数字式控制系统DEH-NK、电液转换器、电液转换器、油动机、调节阀、调节汽阀等组成。
⑵转换调(负荷)节概述DEH-NK同时接受来自三个转速传感器的汽轮机转速信号,并与转速给定值进行比较后输出执行信号,经电液转换器转换成二次油压,三个油动机根据二次油压的给定,使汽阀按顺序关或开,从而调节进汽流量达到控制转速和负荷的目的。
调节系统能实现蒸汽压力前调节,根据新蒸汽产汽的过程,由前压系统输出电信号通过DEH-NK对汽轮机汽阀进行调节,从而控制汽轮机的进汽量,实现进汽压力范围的稳定。
⑶可调补汽控制概述补汽流量的控制采用定压调节,DEH-NK接受补汽压力变送器(PT)输出的电信号与其给定的压力值比较后输出执行信号(4-20mA电流),经电液转换器转换成二次油压,二次油压通过油动机油动机操纵旋转隔板调节连杆,换成改变旋转隔板喷嘴的流量实现补汽压力的恒定。
1.1.8.2启动系统⑴速关组合装置概述速关组合装置主要组成有:手动停机阀,电磁阀,切换阀,卸荷阀,试验阀,单项阻尼阀,电液转换器,启动阀,关闭阀。
高压油从油口进入速关组合装置后分为五条支路:①经手动停机阀和电磁阀作用于卸荷阀,经电磁阀作用于卸荷阀,克服卸荷阀弹簧力使之处于关闭状态,速关油压可建立。
②经切换阀后向电液转换器提供调节油。
③经试验阀后至速关阀,作速关阀活塞活动性试验。
④经手动阀后作启动油源。
、⑤经切换阀后至补汽速关阀,用于开启补汽速关阀。
⑵启动系统当开车条件具备以后,用速关组合装置开启速关阀。
启动时顺时针旋转手动启动阀手柄90°建立启动油,再逆时针旋转关闭阀手动柄90°建立速关油,待两路油压相等后,逆时针旋转启动阀90°,则启动油压缓慢下降,这时主汽速关阀将自动开启。
主汽速关阀上行程开关联锁DEH-NK,只有当主汽速关阀完全开启后,才允许DEH-NK启动汽轮机。
1.1.8.3汽轮机运行监视和保护⑴机械保护汽轮机超速或轴位移过大时,危急遮断器动作使危急保安装置泄油,速关阀关闭,机组停机。
按下速关组合装置上下手动停机阀的手柄,可以使速关阀油泄掉,关闭速关阀。
⑵电子超速保护机组配置一套三选二超速保护装置,发生超速时,该装置输出信号给停机电磁阀,速关阀关闭。
ZT2000-3电子智能超速保护装置是采用微机控制的智能化仪器。
它有三个电源和三个单元的速度检测模块组成,每个速度检测模块都是一个微处理器自动控制系统。
各自有独立的输入按键,数据输出显示器,状态指示灯和超速自检的转速信号发生器。
该装置在运行期间,每个单元都有监视着各自的超速条件并保存最高转速记录且有自动刷新和手动清除最高转速记录的功能。
如果有超速发生,本单元发出报警和跳闸信号,同时相应的超速和跳闸指示灯亮。
如果三个单元中有二个以上单元发出跳闸信号,装置最终将激发继电器的触点输出,使旋转机械跳闸停机。
⑶仪表检测系统该系统是以微处理器为核心的模块化仪表系统。
由转速检测器,振动检测器,轴位移检测器,胀差监视器,热膨胀监视器及电源等组合而成。
所有模块装于标准框架内。
本系统对机组的转速,振动,轴位移,胀差,热膨胀提供可靠的保护。
监测点超限时,可及时发出报警或使电磁阀动作,切断速关油路。
1.1.8.4试验速关组合装置上试验阀用于在线试验主汽速关阀是否卡涩,检验主汽速关阀动作的灵活性。
许可试验油压p1=0.108+0.685(p2-0.1)Mpa,其中p2为速关阀油压实际值。
如果实际试验值大于许用实验值p1,则说明有卡涩现象。
1.1.8.5供油系统⑴概述本机组使用集中供油方式的供油装置。
主要由油箱,油泵,冷油器,油滤器,注油器等组成。
供油装置组合油箱及有关管路配件集装在一公共低盘上,安装在4m二层平台上由螺栓固定。
⑵作用供油装置分别提供压力油和润滑油。
压力油:在正常情况下,压力油由汽轮机主油泵供给,在启动,停机过程中由辅助油泵供给。
压力油的主要作用:①保安,通过保安系统,作为速关阀,调节汽阀和补汽速关逆止阀动作的动力油,可实现对机组的保护。
②调节,一路经电液转换器转换成二次油压控制信号;二路引入油动机,作为动力油开启调节汽阀;三路引入速关组合装置开关速关阀。
③注油器引射油,因主油泵没有自吸能力,为使主油泵进口维持一定的油压,需要用吸油喷射管,该装置为一个装于油箱内的液压喷射泵,压力油从其喷嘴中高速流出的同时,也从油箱中抽吸一部分油量,它们混合后引至主油泵进口腔室。
润滑油:压力油经节流,冷却及过滤后形成润滑油,供个轴承润滑和冷却。
