【教学思路】
本单元的话题是社区,本课用叙述的形式呈现了Li Ming, Jenny, Danny和Andy等小伙伴在公园里的所见所闻.从语法的角度来说是进一步学习现在进行时的陈述句形式来描述他人正在进行的活动.

但是有一部分学生不是很喜欢上英语课，学习兴趣不是很高，个别学生甚至有厌恶感，同时，有些学生还是为学习而学习，谈不上兴趣问题；个别同学在课堂上纪律不是很好，还存在顽劣和懒惰倾向，一些学生对于英语都处于十分迷茫的状态，班级的英语掌握能力参差不齐.教学目标1、知识目标：能听懂会说规范书写单词idear men think supermarket beside people women 能听懂会说认读单词和短语neighbour neighbourhood garden bookshop skate taijiquan follow等，并能结合句型灵活运用。
能灵活运用一般现在时的第三人称单数形式讨论他人的居住地点、兴趣爱好等。
初步了解句子有连读的现象。

【设计意图】对本单元所学知识进行了有效的延伸，保持了学生的英语学习兴趣。

1.仿照Let’s talk部分的内容，请学生分组选取身边文具放在不同位置进行演练，演练完毕，小组上台表演，教师注意适时评价。
2.游戏：捉迷藏。
一位学生藏，另一位学生运用学过的句型猜他藏在哪里，其余学生当裁判。
提示：负责猜的学生蒙上眼睛站好，藏的学生可以藏在门后、桌子后或者桌子下等地方，藏好之后全班提问：Where’s…？猜的学生运用句型Is he/she…？猜对了，全班一起说：Yes , he is.猜不对，全班一起说：No, he isn’t.然后继续游戏，直到猜对为止。
