一、加强学习,努力提高自身素质

四、正视自我,明确今后努力方向

积极性,但对学生基础知识的训练不够,致使课堂教学效率不高;

3、对差生的说服教育缺乏力度,虽然也抓了差生,但没有时时抓在手上。

从进入珈伟实习到正式的成为珈伟的一员,已经走过了一年的时间。

说实话,从下半年以来我一直处于漂浮的状态,因为从下半年开始我从班组长的管理岗位,调到了现场
库管理员,再调动到采购业务员,很快又从采购部门调到现在的市场部单证员的岗位。

回顾这半年度的工作,我是在困难与学习中成长而来,学习指专业知识与工作经验,可以说我熟悉了公司的大多数的工作流程。

通过这半年的学习,在领导的指导、关心培养下,在同事的支持帮助、密切配合下,我不断理解企业文化,对工作精益求精,较为圆满地完成了自己所承担的各项工作任务,个人思想政治素质和业务工作能力都取得了一定的进步,为今后的工作和学习打下了良好的基础,现将工作学习情况总结如下:
一、心态方面
通过半年的学习,我在心态方面渐渐的趋于成熟,也渐渐的读懂了珈伟的企业文化,慢慢的融入了这个团队之中。

我想,作为珈伟的一员,我有一种神圣的使命感,有责任,有义务来贡献自己的一份力量。

在我的心中,我总感觉是珈伟培养了我,它给了我们这些刚刚踏入社会的大学生一个宝贵的锻机会,及个人成长的舞台。

我感谢这份工作,更感谢珈伟。

所以我觉得有了这样一个心态,我能做到有一个好的心情,来面对今后的工作,虽然也有困难的时候,但是我仍然坚持一个信念:I CAN DO!
二、工作方面
现在着重谈谈我在采购和市场部两个部门的工作体会:
在采购,我们是做为客户,而在市场部我们是作为供应商。

在我进采购之前,就早有耳详,关于采购艰辛的总总描述,一个字形容,那就是“苦”,进去之后,确是名不虚传,为了生产订单的顺利完成,我们要跟供应商确认、沟通,我作为采购的后援力量,要负责到货、结算、供应商信息资料的归档、不良品处理。

这些工作都需要细心、耐心及忍耐力,面对枯燥而繁杂的金额结算,要一丝不苟。

即便如此,我还是坚持了下来。

工作中一旦出现错误,我都会把错误放大,以视警戒,面对领导交代的任务,我会给自己订立一个计划,并列出它的先后顺序,以按时保质保量完成,在工作中我总结了一些规律:当一天之中面对许多事情要解决时,人容易产生烦躁、慌乱的情绪,这种情况下要及时调整心态,镇定稳重,给自己订立目标性完成的任务;面对问题时要积极地解决,千万不能磨洋工,因为我总觉得,人不能总等待错误出现时才去解决,
其实那时已经迟了,最重要的是预防错误。

严于律己、宽厚待人是我为人处事的方式,对待工作保持一份激情,是我时刻要求自己的目标。

就在我抓紧学习采购知识的过程中,因为公司内部的需要,我调入到了市场部单证员的岗位,对于这样一个岗位,我是带着迫切而又胆怯的情感进入的,迫切的是,市场部是一个群英荟萃的地方,也可以说是我羡慕
的岗位,胆怯的是,我即将面对的岗位将是怎样的,有太多的迷惑和未知。

然而,我仍以一颗平静的心进来。

单证员的工作对我来说是陌生的,甚至说市场部的一切对我来说都是陌生的,虽然,我对岗位的职责知之甚少。

但是,市场部是一个年轻的团队,有了同事的热情指导,对于新知识的学习,我很有信心。

我想不久就会融入这个集体。

学会沟通、热爱团队,是我在市场部对于工作的重新认识。

在工作中,我还存在一些不足之处,工作中缺乏经验,有时做事比较较真,沟通能力有待提高等等,但我认为只有认识到自己的不足之处,进而不断地、有意识地完善自己,提高自己才是最重要是的。

XX-XX学年上半学期工作总结时间过得真快,眨眼间又到年终总结的时候,此时是我们总结过去、展望未来的最佳时刻。

这一学期来,我们在中英文朗读协会这个大家庭中成长着、发展着、探索着,真的是有所进步、有所收获。

我们回顾过去,既是为了更好地汲取经验和教训,更是为下届的工作奠定更好的基础。

这一学期我们中英文所做的工作,总
体说来还是比较成功的,取得了显著的成绩,得到了我院领导及广大师生的认可。

下面就我中英文演讲朗诵协会在本学期的社团活动,做总结性回顾:
一.完成社员招募,组建社团部门。

通过各班老师对学生了解进行推荐,由同学们在学校社团招募公示中上进行全校学生自荐。

之后我们对于同学进行统一的考核,从而选出社团成员,并由自荐、比赛等形式推选出干事及相关组织管理人员。

诗词朗诵是学生语文教学中不可缺少的一部分,也是许多喜爱诗词喜爱朗诵的学生非常感兴趣的一项活动。

所以中英文朗读协会对热爱朗诵热爱诗歌的学生开设,提高我院学生们的交际和朗诵能力为宗旨。

二.社团平时活动
中英文演讲朗诵协会作为学校的社团之一,每周都会举行三次社团活动。

时间定于周一的晚自习,利用空余时间,请进行朗诵交流学习会。

周二进行上课重点便是教授诗词朗诵的技巧,提高社团成员们诗词朗诵的能力,帮助社团成员不断的训练逐渐形成自己的朗诵风格。

并通过比赛等方式克服个别成员的怯场现象,提高学生的心理素质。

周三进行辩论赛课程,为的是提高社员的口才和平时的交际能力,提高社员的综合高速应变和表达能力。

三.积极筹备开展特色活动
我社团于10月初积极参加学院25周年建校的节目选拔,并成功竞选,参加了这个光荣而盛大的演出活动。

10月末又与舞蹈、广播站、礼仪联合主办了第二届假面舞会,获得了同学们的一致好评,11月份主办了第九届中英文朗诵比赛,12月9日协助院方成功的举办了纪念“一二·九”运动爱国演讲比赛获得院方领导的一致好评。

12月20日确定了元旦节目,并积极参与彩排和演练。

四.立足校园文化,积极参加学校之间的联合
我社团于12月29日与郑州职业学院语言协会,进行了今年一年工作的总结,互相学习和交流。

并对下一年的合作和发展做了详细的交流,确定了下年两校辩论赛的时间和场地
五.积极参加社联的各项活动
作为大学生社团联合会的一部分,我协会积极参加和配合,参加了各项活动及赛事。

协同各协会积极参加表演,为同学们提供服务。

当然,我们回首成功,回顾我们的精彩。

也有我们做的不
足,做的不当的地方。

存在着诸多的问题:
一.工作当中分工不够明确,计划欠周密
二.工作的前瞻性和灵活性需要加强
三.干事的交流和和合作意识需要提高
四.协会干事的培养有待加强
五.协会的部分工作不够明确
