三四年级主要是培养学生学习英语的兴趣和用语言进行交流的能力；五六年级在进一步加强对学生听说能力培养的同时，发展初步的读写能力，而且培养学生的阅读能力，鼓励他们进行课外阅读，为他们将来步入更高的`年级参加小升初考试打下较为坚实的基础。
三、努力培养学生的学习兴趣。
兴趣是最好的老师，任何没有兴趣的学习都会扼杀学生掌握知识的意愿。
我们农村学校缺少英语学习环境，作为小学英语教师，更应该有责任努力地为学生创造良好的学习氛围，激发他们对英语的学习兴趣。
在教学中，我充分调动他们所有的感官用来学习。
尤其是对于英语来说，听说读写每一个环节都需要他们耳听，眼看，手动。
如果在孩子们探究知识的过程中，我们帮助他们一同解决问题，让他们在学习中获得满足，那么他们就能从看似枯燥无味的单词句子，课文中解脱出来。
处在儿童阶段的他们对老师的评价十分看重，如果我的处理方式不当就会增加他们的焦虑感，从而对英语学习产生了畏难情绪。

齐心协力共创辉煌
尊敬的各位领导、各位老师：
大家好！很荣幸能够有机会在这里与大家一起交流。
在教育局领导，尤其是教研室高老师的关心、指导下，在学校领导的高度重视下，经过全体教师的共同努力，我们学校在今年中考中取得了较为可喜的成绩。
回顾教学中的点点滴滴，感觉并没有什么经验，有的只是我们尽职尽责的工作态度，踏踏实实的工作作风。
成绩的取得，靠的不是一朝一夕，不是一蹴而就，而是长期的脚踏实地与真抓实干。
今天，在座的都是英语教育教学界的前辈和精英，很高兴能有这个向大家学习的机会，感谢高老师为我们提供这样好的相互交流，相互学习的平台。
下面仅就中三这一学年英语教学中的点滴做法和感悟，与大家分享一下，有不当之处，敬请各位多多包涵。
一、高度重视新授课阶段
1、把握好节奏，不抢进度
在这个阶段，我们一丝不苟的做好每个环节，绝不盲目赶进度，而是扎实地落实课本的教学目标，落实每一个模块的基础知识目标和能力目标，把好语音关，每一个模块的词、词组都落实到位，每一篇课文都以阅读的要求来训练学生，使得学生既掌握了新知识，又提高了阅读的能力。
2、重视新课的训练
每个模块都安排一个训练，把每个模块的词、词组和重点的句子都要让学生掌握，每个模块话题都要写一篇作文，让每个模块的知识在学生的脑子里都能留下深刻的印象，实际上是在为复习阶段做好了基础的准备。
二、掌握信息、把握方向，制定好全面的备考复习计划
学科教学计划是教学的一个导向，有一个能够站在中考高度的计划，就能
避免我们中考备考的无序化。
认真听取市教研室领导在中考备考研讨会给予的备考建议，充分领会并掌握其中的中考信息，了解命题方向，根据近几年中考英语试题的命题特点，弄清大纲中对学生应掌握的语言知识和语言运用能力的要求，明确中考复习方向，并制定出周密而全面的中考英语备考复习计划。
三、立足学情，注意方法，提高复习的实效性
复习分为四个方面，四个环节交替、穿插进行，杜绝孤立地单搞某个方面，这样能够有效地避免或减少个别学生的厌学情绪。

❤中考试题模拟
复习时做到四个结合：
❤课本内容与课外内容相结合
❤专题复习与综合复习相结合
❤发展智力与培养能力相结合
❤技能点拨与实践演练相结合
在指导复习时，特别注意内容上必须讲清、讲精、讲少，注意实效；方法上善于调动学生学习的积极性，不能为了赶进度，由老师一人唱独角戏，坚持以人为本，劳逸结合。
1、课本知识复习
晨读：坚持以“本”为本，从头到尾始终兼顾课本的复习。
初中三年五本教材的复习安排在晨读。
由老师带领学生，做到定任务，定时间，有检查，有落实。
这样，可以有效地防止个别学生偷懒，效率不高的不良现象。
2、《中考说明指导》
课堂：以济宁市教研室组织编写的《初中学业水平考试说明与指导》为核心，坚持课上做，课上讲。
这样，可以有效地避免个别学生为了完成任务而课下抄袭的坏毛病。
虽然进展缓慢，但效果良好。
3、阶段随时检测
落实：对于某一段时间的复习内容，老师根据情况，为学生谋划试题，随时检测学生对该段时间所学知识的掌握情况，以便及时了解学生的学习状况，做到有的放矢，查缺补漏。
4、中考试题模拟
模拟：收集近三年来的各个地市的中考真题，结合本市中考题型，进行有选择的定时模拟训练。
让学生真正熟悉中考题型，能够做到得心应手。
四、冲刺迎考阶段
1、做好学生的心理辅导工作
有些学生，心理承受能力较差，临近中考，心中不免会产生畏惧、担忧情愫，导致学习效率不高，学习效果不好。
为了尽量避免这种情况的发生，我经常找那些心理素质不好的学生谈心，及时调整他们的心态，减缓他们的学习压力和畏惧心理，最大限度地保证每一个学生都能保持高昂的斗志，积极主动地投入到紧张但不慌乱的备考冲刺中去，力争以最佳的状态，做好最后的冲刺。
2、做好答题卷的模拟指导工作
由于今年是第一次采用电脑阅卷，所以做好学生中考答题卷的模拟填写指导，很是重要。
因此，在进行中考模拟测试时，特别强调答案卷的填写一定要规范、到位，禁止粘、涂等影响电脑阅卷的因素，确保卷面整洁。
批改试卷时，严格答题要求，发现不合格的，当面指点；对于普遍现象，班内集体说明，力争每个学生都不在这方面造成失分。
3、做好学生应试技巧的指导工作
考前的应试技巧指导很关键，直接关系到学生的中考成绩。
依据中考题型，逐一进行解题技巧与注意事项的指导，以确保学生发挥最好的水平，考出最佳的成绩。
成绩只能说明过去，未来的路还很长。
天道酬勤，只要努力，只要用心，就会有收获，就会有理想的回报。
