4. 分组讨论与交流为了进一步深化教研活动，教研组将教师们分成若干小组，围绕以下议题进行讨论和交流：（1）如何将核心素养融入英语教学目标设定？（2）如何设计以核心素养为导向的教学活动？（3）如何评价学生在核心素养方面的表现？各小组积极讨论，分享观点，形成了许多有价值的意见和建议。

太原杏岭实验学校高中英语教研活动计划
一、本组成员简介
本组共有成员15名，全是中青年教师，应该说是一个年轻的集体，充满活力的团队。
二、学科发展现状分析
我们高中英语组在近几年里取得了较大的发展，一批青年教师快速成长，成为我校的骨干力量，为我校的持续发展作出了较大的贡献，但我们也清醒地看到我们离市区优秀学校相比仍然有较大的差距，还没有形成自己的响当当的品牌。
三、主要工作与措施
1.组织全组教师认真学习教研室有关文件，深刻理解并努力把先进的办学理念转化为实际的教育实践。
2.重点学习《新课程标准》和《考试说明》等有关课程改革的材料。
明确英语新课程改革的方向，认真领悟反思，用以指导平时的课堂教学，以提高课堂教学效率。
3.组织本教研组教师参加市教研活动。
根据市教研室总体计划合理安排和组织教学活动，组织月考及相应的模拟测试训练，并迎接全市组织的期中期末考试。
对市教研室组织的观摩课积极参加，认真调研分析，不断改进教学策略，提高复习备考效果。
4.组织教师重点进行优化“导学案”的活动。
根据新课程理念和要求，对课型与教学模式作更加深入地研究，高一高二重点研究新授课，高三重点研究复习课和讲评课。
5.筹划建立英语备考题库。
对平时教学授课训练中的典型训练题，注意整合，建立题库。
研究高考题型的变化和发展，关注高考动向，分析最新的高考信息。
同时注意题库内容的更新。
6.进一步抓好"教学常规"的学习和实施工作，加强检查督促，促进学习常规，使实施常规成为教师的自觉行为。
7.加强集体备课，优化课堂教学，提高课堂教学效率，提高教学质量。
统一计划、统一进度、统一教学资料。
突出重点、难点、课堂设计、学法指导，及时交换在教学环节中遇到的问题和商量相对应的解决办法。
按照学校统一规定以年级组进行集体备课。
每月两次，做到定具体时间，地点，常规和中心发言人。
做到活动有充实内容，每次集体备课都由指定老师作话题发言，指出每个话题的重点、难点及如何突出、突破的方法，再由备课组全体老师集体讨论、改进，力求精益求精，最终形成一个较好的、统一的方案。
备课组要做到“五个统一”，统一进度、统一内容、统一检测、统一作业及通过各种方式对学生做出统一的评价，及时了解反馈，及时调整改进，以提高集体备课的质量。
通过集体备课、课堂教学、课外辅导、培优补差等多种形式缩小班间的差距，争取整体取得较好的成绩。
8.做好月考、期中、期末考试双向分析和补缺、补差同学的成绩跟踪，加强月考命题分析的研讨和落实。
从中及时了解学生学习的情况，对教学和命题进行调整。
建立教学评价和质量保障体系，以达到自我诊断、自我调解、自主发展的目的。
提倡精选习题、精编习题。
9.抓好学生听力方法的规范、作业标准的规范、书面表达书写及格式的规范（统一用规范写作用纸）、考试填涂答题卡的规范等等。
10.加强同各校英语组的联系，积极做好高考信息的收集、整理和交流传递工作，组织教师外出交流学习，使向网上专家讲座学习形成常态。
11. 努力鞭策青年教师的成长。
青年教师是英语组的一支生力军，教研组将继续通过听课、组织“青优课比赛”、“青年教师说课竞赛”、“青年教师解题大赛”等方式促其不断成长
外，还会配合教学处对青年教师的各项考核。
加强备课组内、间的相互交流，达到互通有无，群策群力，发挥整个教研组的力量，争取每个年级都能在原有的水平上有一定的提高。
12.积极参与太原教师研修网英语教研组专栏，分享英语教师的风采；优秀的教学案；教学随笔；英语组资源库等板块。
13. 配合学校的课题，组织本教研组教师撰写论文。
每位英语老师要通过理论学习，不断反思、探索，创新，并联系实际积极撰写外语教育教学论文。
14.规范教学的每个环节。
教研组要在落实常规方面发挥重要作用，要配合教学处和教研室做好常规落实的检查、督促工作；定期组织教学研究活动，围绕相应的研究专题，组织相应的公开课、观摩课、示范课，通过研讨、观摩、评议等形式，使教研组全体英语教师能够共同提高，人人受益。
15.本学期重点进行使用和优化“导学案”活动。
进一步强化优生的拔尖和后进生的转化工作，做好课后个别辅导。
要求各任课教师对本班学生了解清楚，了解其思想动态、学习状况，摸准后进生，寻找致差原因，有的放矢，区别对待，耐心辅导。
从心理上消除学生的厌学情绪，激发其学习兴趣，调动其学习积极性，树立其自信心，使中等生优化，优等生提高，差生转化，提高学科的优秀率及及格率等。
