《梦想与现实》英语演讲稿大全Dreams and RealityLadies and gentlemen,Today, I stand before you to discuss a topic that is both inspiring and challenging - dreams and reality. It is a topic that resonates with all of us, as we all have hopes and aspirations for the future. However, it is also a topic that forces us to confront the harsh truths of life and the limitations of our own abilities.Dreams are the fuel that ignites our passion and propels us forward. They are the visions that keep us going, even in the face of adversity. Dreams have the power to inspire, to transform, and to make a difference. They are what push us to strive for greatness and to reach for the stars. But dreams, no matter how big or grand, cannot be achieved without effort and dedication. They require us to put in the hard work, to make sacrifices, and to overcome our fears and doubts. Dreams demand resilience and perseverance, as we face setbacks and obstacles along the way.Reality, on the other hand, is the cold dose of truth that confronts us when we wake up from our dreams. It is the harsh realization that life is not a fairy tale, that success does not come easy, and that failure is a part of the journey. Reality tests our determination and resilience, forcing us to reassess our goals and adapt our strategies. However, reality should not be seen as the enemy of dreams. Instead, it should be viewed as a partner, a guiding force that helps us navigate the uncertain waters of life. Reality provides us with the wisdom and experience to make informed decisions and to plan for the future. It teaches us valuable lessons and humbles us, reminding us that even the greatest dreams require hard work and sacrifice. In conclusion, dreams and reality are two sides of the same coin. They are intertwined, inseparable forces that shape our lives and define who we are. Dreams without reality are mere illusions, while reality without dreams is a life without purpose. The key is to embrace both, to dream big but to also stay grounded in reality. With a healthy balance of dreams and reality, we can achieve greatness and make a difference in the world.Thank you.。

Today the topic of my speech is: The Pursuit of Dream. Now let’s think of our old days as we were students in primary schools. Have you ever remembered that the teachers often ask questions as “what’s your dream?”, or “what are you want to be in the future?” and what’s your answer in that childish and fantastic age? Has anyone of you answered like this: “I want to be a painter”, or “I want to be a scientist”, or “I plan to be a police”?A few years later, we start our new journey of study in high schools and become mature and practical in our mind. Then, have you ever changed your dreams? If so, what’s it?But now, I think, most of us become down-to-earth and the dream is more practical than before. However, have you taken actions to pursue your dream? Are you working hard enough to make your dream come true?As for myself, I have dreamed to be an excellent police in high school due to there are so many thefts in my hometown while they are seldom caught. Sooner I have realized how ridiculous am I and now I turn to realistic: I just want to be a translator. How do I pursue my dream?First of all, I try my best to correct the pronunciation and read the textbook or other English magazines such as: English weekly, English salon and the like. I try to do this day by day. Now I have improved my reading ability a lot and it also enlarged my vocabulary.Secondly, I often do some translating extension and embrace my teacher’s suggestion. It benefits me much.Last but not the least, I realize my dream by reading Chineseliterature. Maybe you will say it’s what the Chinese major students shoulddo. If you say so, you are badly wrong. For as an English major student, how can you know others well if you even don’t familiar with your country? On the other hand, it also benefits me in translation and writing. In a word, I have already working in my dream. What about you? That’s all. Thank you.3分钟关于梦想英语演讲稿 (3) Honorable jaduges ,ladies and gentlemen ,good afternoon !I feel honored to be here ,giving me speech to you . They have already written down their longing for the future. Someof them want to become scientists; some of them hope to become teachersor doctors. Maybe they didn’t know how many difficulties they will facebefore their dream come true. But the dreams are like small seeds plantedin their hearts; like the beacon in the sea that lead them to theirdestinations.Dream is the fountain of strength. Dream is the support of faith. Dreamis the Polaris. Dream reminds us to move forward, to struggle, to striveall the time. One of my friends told me that dream will never discard anyone!Yes, maybe one day everything is gone but dreams is still there with you, eternally.Dream changed us, and therefore we changed the world. It is dream thatrefreshes the world every day. It is also dream that makes the worldimprove day by day. We dare to dream. We can also achieve our dreams andchange the world.I can’t imagine the world without dreams. How about you?3分钟关于梦想英语演讲稿 (5)I have a dream today.I have a dream that one day every vally shall be exalted, every hilland mountain shall be made low, the rough places will be made plain, andthe crooked places will be made straight, and the glory of the Lord shallbe revealed, and all flesh shall see it together.Wow, what a dream it has been for Martin Luther King. But the changingworld seems telling me that people gradually get their dreams lost somehowin the process of growing up, and sometimes I personally find myself sayinggoodbye unconsciously to those distant childhood dreams. However, we meed dreams. They nourish our spirit; they representpossibility even when we are dragged down by reality. They keep us going. Most successful people are dreamers as well as ordinary people who arenot afraid to think big and dare to be great. When we were little kids, we all dreamed of doing something big and splashy, something significant. Now what we need to do is to maintain them, refresh them and turn them into reality. However, the toughest part is that we often have no ideas how to translate these dreams into actions. Well, just start with concrete objectives and stick to it. Don’t let the nameless fear confuse the eye and confound our strong belief of future. Through our talents, through our wits, through our endurance and through our creativity, we will make it.Hold fast to dreams, for if dreams die, life is a broken-winged bird that cannot fly. Hold fast to dreams, for when dreams go, life is a barren field frozen with snow. So my dear friends, think of your old and maybe dead dreams. Whatever it is, pick it up and make it alive from today.抓牢你的梦想我今天有一个梦想。

美好未来:梦想与现实的奇迹英文演讲稿范文

美好未来:梦想与现实的奇迹英文演讲稿范文Ladies and gentlemen,Good morning/afternoon/evening. It is a great honor for me to stand before you today and share my thoughts on the topic of "A Bright Future: The Miracles of Dreams and Reality." Our lives are shaped by the dreams we have and the realities we face, and it is through the merging of these two elements that miracles are born. Today, I would like to take you on a journey, exploring the unlimited potential that lies within each of us and the magic that happens when our dreams become a reality.Dreams hold a special place in our hearts and minds. They are the sparks that ignite our passions, the driving forces that push us to explore uncharted territory, and the visionsthat motivate us to make a positive impact on the world. Dreams give us a sense of purpose, no matter how big or small, and they provide us with hope and inspiration in times of adversity. It is through dreams that we dare to envision a better, brighter future for ourselves and for others. However, dreams alone are not enough to bring about meaningful change. Dreams need to be coupled with action anda dose of reality. Without this combination, dreams remain mere illusions, untapped potential waiting to be unleashed. It is when we bridge the gap between dreams and reality that miracles happen.Take, for example, the story of Thomas Edison, theinventor of the light bulb. Edison's dream was to create a device that would bring light into every home, revolutionizing the way we live. But it was not enough for Edison to simply dream; he had to face the realities of research and development, trial and error, and countlessfailures. Through perseverance, Edison eventually turned his dream into a reality and forever changed the world.Similarly, consider the story of Malala Yousafzai, the Nobel Peace Prize laureate who fought for girls' education in Pakistan. Malala's dream was to see every girl in her country receive a quality education. However, dream alone couldn't have achieved this. Malala faced the harsh reality of oppression and violence as she stood up for her beliefs. Through her courage and determination, she transformed her dream into a reality, inspiring millions along the way.The miracles of dreams and reality are not limited tothese notable figures. Miracles happen every day in our lives, big or small, as we strive to make our dreams a reality. It could be the doctor who saves lives, the teacher who nurtures young minds, or the volunteer who helps those less fortunate. Each of these individuals turned their dreams into realitiesby taking action and putting in the necessary effort. So, how do we make our dreams a reality? Firstly, we must believe in ourselves and in the power of our dreams. We needto have faith in our abilities and the potential that lies within us. Secondly, we must set clear goals and develop a roadmap to achieve them. This requires planning, perseverance, and the willingness to adapt and learn from our failures. Lastly, we must surround ourselves with a strong support system that encourages and motivates us, giving us the necessary push when we falter. In conclusion, the miracles of dreams and reality are intertwined in the fabric of our existence. As we embark onour individual journeys, let us remember that dreams have the power to inspire, but it is through the merging of dreams and reality that true miracles occur. Let us dare to dream big, take action, and create a brighter future for ourselves andfor generations to come.Thank you.。

关于梦想与现实的英文演讲稿

关于梦想与现实的英文演讲稿

关于梦想与现实的英文演讲稿Ladies and gentlemen,Today, I stand before you to talk about dreams and reality. Dreams are the fuel that ignites the fire within us, pushing us to strive for greater heights. They represent our aspirations, our deepest desires, and our innermost passions. Reality, on the other hand, is the practical world we live in, with its limitations, challenges, and constraints. While dreams are our guide towards a brighter future, reality serves as a grounding force, reminding us of the obstacles we must overcome. We all have dreams, visions of what we want our lives to be like. These dreams are the driving force that propels us forward, giving us purpose and direction. From an early age, we are encouraged to dream big, to believe that anything is possible if we put our minds to it. Our parents, teachers, and mentors inspire us with tales of great achievements and success stories, urging us to chase our dreams with unwavering determination. However, as we grow older, we begin to realize that dreams alone are not enough. We start to encounter the harsh realities of life – competition, setbacks, and sometimes, even failure. It is at this juncture that the true test of character begins. Do we let reality crush our dreams, or do we use it as a stepping stone towards our goals? The path to success is never linear. It is filled with ups and downs, detours, and unexpected twists. Our dreams may seem far-fetched or unattainable at times, but it is during these moments that we must remindourselves of the power of perseverance. We must stay true to our dreams and possess the courage to face the challenges head-on.One of the key elements in bridging the gap between dreams and reality is planning. Dreams without a plan are just wishful thinking. We must set clear and achievable goals, breaking them down into smaller, actionable steps. By doing so, we create a roadmap that guides us towards our dreams. Each step completed brings us closer to the realization of our aspirations. Moreover, it is important to embrace failure as an opportunity for growth. Thomas Edison once said, "I have not failed. I've just found 10,000 ways that won't work." Every setback is a lesson in disguise, teaching us valuable insights and enabling us to refine our approach. Instead of being disheartened by failure, we must learn to view it as a stepping stone towards success. It is also crucial to surround ourselves with a supportive network of individuals who share our vision. The journey towards our dreams can be arduous, and having people who believe in us can make all the difference. They can provide guidance, offer encouragement, and stand by us during the toughest of times.Furthermore, we must be willing to step out of our comfort zones and take risks. To make our dreams a reality, we must be prepared to face uncertainty and embrace change. This requires the willingness to explore new opportunities, learn new skills, and adapt to evolving circumstances. It is through these experiences that we grow, evolve, and inch closer to our dreams. In conclusion, dreams and reality are not mutually exclusive; they are intricately connected. Our dreams serve as a beacon of hope, inspiring us to strive for greatness. However, it is only through the lens of reality that we can transform our dreams into tangible outcomes. By setting goals, embracing failure, planning meticulously, surrounding ourselves with supportive individuals, and taking risks, we can bridge the gap between dreams and reality. Remember, it is not enough to dream; we must also have the courage and determination to make those dreams a reality.Thank you.。

英文优秀演讲稿:梦想与现实的差别

英文优秀演讲稿:梦想与现实的差别Ladies and gentlemen, distinguished guests and fellow colleagues,It is an honor and a privilege to stand before you today to discuss a topic that is close to my heart and something I believe we all can relate to – the difference between our dreams and reality. We all have dreams and aspirations. They are what inspire us, give us hope and push us to strive for our goals. Whether it's a successful career, starting a business, or making a positive impact on the world, our dreams give us purpose and direction. However, all too often, our dreams collide with the harsh realities of life. For some of us, the difference between our dreams and reality can be demotivating. We may feel like we are constantly trying to play catch up or that we cannot ever seem to get ahead. However, it's essential that we remember that obstacles, setbacks, and challenges are a natural part of the journey. It's how we respond to these challenges that define us and make us stronger. One of the reasons why there can be such a disparity between our dreams and reality is that our dreams are often fueled by emotions and desires that we cannot reasonably expect to achieve without putting in the work and dedication. We see glimpses of the lives we aspire to in social media, movies, books, and other media. And we wonder why our reality does not match up. We forget that these are edited and curated depictions of people's lives. We see the end product without an understanding of the often-tumultuous journey that it took to get there. The reality is that the distance between our dreams and reality is directly proportional to the amount of work we put into achieving them. That might sound cliché, but it is the truth. It takes hard work, grit, determination, and a strong work ethic to bridge the gap between what we want and what we have. It's also essential that we approach our dreams in a realistic and practical manner. We need to break down our aspirations into smaller, manageable goals. Take steps towards our dreams; however, small they may seem, and gradually build up the momentum to achieve our goals. We need to hold ourselves accountable and follow through on our commitments to ourselves. Excuses, procrastination, and self-doubt have no place in achieving our dreams. We must also learn to accept the realities of life as manageable setbacks or learning opportunities. Life will throw us curveballs, and even our best-laid plans may fall short. Still, it's essential to remain flexible, adaptable, and recognize when it's time to pivot or readjust our goals. When we are faced with obstacles, we must remain resilient and tenacious to push forward. In conclusion, the chasm between our dreams and reality can sometimes seem insurmountable. However, if we are willing to put in the hard work and commitment, we can bridge the gap. By taking small steps, remaining accountable, and remaining resilient, we can make our wildest dreams a reality. Thank you.。

梦想与现实英语演讲稿篇1
Good afternoon, ladies and gentlemen; when I was in the primary school, I had a dream,I want to invent a device which could bring you from one place to another in no time at all. When I was in the secondary school, my dream was to study in my ideal university. And when eventually I got into the university, my dream was to graduate. How pathetic! When we grow up, we dream less and become more realistic. Why? Why do we have to change our dreams, so, so in order to let it be “fulfilled”? Why do we have to surrender to the so-called “reality”? What is the reality actually?
Ladies and gentlemen, the reality is not real. It is barrier keeping us from all possible fantasies. Flying, for example, had been a dream to mankind for thousands of years. A hundred years ago, “man could not fly” was still regarded as the “reality”. Now if that was really the reality, what did the Wright brothers do? How did some of you get to Macao? Only when we believe that the reality is not real can we soar with our dreams. People say that our future is a battle between the reality and our dreams. And if, unfortunately, Mr.Reality wins this war, then I see no future of mankind at all. AIDS will never be curable as this
is the reality; People living in the undeveloped countries will suffer from starvation forever as this is the reality; Disputes among different countries would never be settled as this misunderstandings and intolerance is the reality.
Ladies and gentlemen, how many of you have a dream of being able to make a lot of money? Please raise your hands. Oh, quite a number of you! Actually, ladies and gentlemen, this is not a dream, but a task. Every one of us has to make a living, right? Anyway I hope your task will be accomplished. How many of you think hat you have already fulfilled your dream and that you don’t dream anymore? Dear adjudicators, what do you thi nk?
C.S.Lewis once said, “You are never too old to dream a new dream. “So for our future, please dream and be unrealistic. Now that I am university student, my goal is to graduate with excellences. But at the same time, I have dream deeply rooted in our future. One day, people living in the areas now sweltering with the horror of wars will be able to sit with their families and enjoy their every moment. One day, from the rich countries are willing to share what they have with those from the poor countries and those from the countries will eventually be able to make their own happy living themselves. One day , different cultures in this age of globalization will coexist with tolerance
and the unfriendly confrontations among them will be eliminated. One day, the globe will share the dream with me and we will all contribute to making our dream come true. One day, our dream will defeat the reality!。
