翻译理论
在我国，文字翻译最早开始于春秋时期的 《越人歌》，迄今大约有2500年的历史， 对翻译标准的争论也有1000多年，但有关 翻译标准在翻译界迄今还没有达成“共 识”，即还没有一个大家都认同的翻译标 准。
翻译是一门推敲的，无唯一答案的课程。 国内外翻译标准百家争鸣、白花齐放。
２.所谓直译是指翻译时要求译文与原文在词语， 语法结构及表达方式上保持一致的方法．

商务合同等法律文书为了达到语言表达精确、 周密的目的，避免含糊不清或可能出现分歧， 通常使用较多的复合小句、状语或定语成分、 并列词与等进行限定或补充说明，构成较为复 杂的长句复合句，这给我们造成了一定的理解 和翻译困难，要翻译这一类句子的关键就是要 理清楚各个句子成分之间的关系。
