2012 > [G4EC] 1.5 DOHC MPI > 发动机机械系统分解1.M/T：拆卸飞轮。
2.A/T：拆卸驱动盘。
3.为便于分解,将发动机安装在发动机架上。
4.拆卸正时皮带。
5.拆卸气缸盖。
6.拆卸油尺总成(A)。
7.拆卸爆震传感器(A)。
8.拆卸机油压力传感器(A)。
9.拆卸水泵。
10.拆卸油底壳(A)。
11.拆卸机油集滤器。
拧下 2 个螺栓(C),拆卸机油集滤器(A)和衬垫(B)。
12.检查连杆轴向间隙。
13.拆卸连杆盖并检查油膜间隙。
14.拆卸活塞和连杆总成。
(1)使用缸口绞刀,刮除气缸顶部所有的积碳。
(2)向气缸体顶部推活塞、连杆总成和上轴承。
• 将轴承、连杆和连杆盖放在一起。
• 以正确的顺序排列活塞和连杆总成。
15.拆卸前盖。
16.拆卸后油封盖。
拧下 5 个螺栓(B)和后油封壳(A)。
17.拆卸曲轴(A)轴承盖并检查润滑间隙。
18.检查曲轴轴向间隙。
19.从发动机中提出曲轴,小心不要损坏轴颈。
按正确顺序排列主轴承和止推轴承。
20.检查活塞和活塞销之间的间隙。
在活塞销上来回移动活塞,如果感到任何的阻碍,更换活塞和活塞销组件。
21.拆卸活塞环。
(1)使用活塞环拆卸钳,拆卸2个压缩环。
(2)用手拆卸油环的 2 个侧轨和隔圈。
以正确的顺序排列活塞环。
22.从活塞上分解连杆。
检查连杆和曲轴1.检查连杆轴向间隙。
来回移动连杆时,使用厚薄规测量轴向间隙。
标准轴向间隙：0.1~0.25mm(0.004~0.010in.)最大轴向间隙：0.4mm(0.016in.)A.如果超出公差范围,安装新连杆。
B.若仍超出公差范围,更换曲轴。
2.检查连杆轴承油膜间隙。
(1)检查连杆和盖上的标记是否对齐,以确保正确组装。
(2)拧下 2 个连杆盖螺母。
(3)拆卸连杆盖和轴承。
(4)清洁连杆轴颈和轴承。
(5)连杆轴颈上放置塑料规。
(6)重新装配下轴承和盖,并拧紧螺拴。
规定扭矩：32~35 Nm(320~350kgf.cm,24~26lb.ft)不要转动曲轴。

北京现代伊兰特使用指南：驾车技巧篇火开关使用技巧1、LOCK—是钥匙插入和拔出的位置。
拔出钥匙后，左右轻轻转动方向盘，方向盘会被固定，这样可以防止车辆被盗。
这时插入钥匙后，因方向盘在被固定状态，钥匙不能转动。
此时可以左右轻轻转动方向盘旋转钥匙。
2 、ACC-在发动机未起动状态，可以使用一部分电器装置的位置。
3 、ON—在发动机起动后，能使用所有删电器装置的位置。
4、START-是发动机起动位置，松开点火开关钥匙，点火开关自动回到ON 位置。
(1)不能转动钥匙时，可以边转动方向盘边转动钥匙。
(2)发动机停止运转后，请勿把点火开关长时间置于ACC或ON位置，以免蓄电池放电。
(3)起动发动机后不要把点火开关转到START位置，否则会损坏起动机。
(1)行驶中，切勿把点火开关置于LOCK或ACC位置，这样会导致方向盘、制动器和动力转向系统失效，很危险。
(2)行驶中，切勿伸手从方向盘中间操作点火开关及各种开关，否则会由于无法用手或臂控制车辆，导致发生严重事故。
(3)驾驶席周围切勿放置移动物品。
否则会妨碍驾驶员操作，从而导致发生事故。
(4)不要使用经过加工的钥匙。
否则起动时点火开关不能自动回到“ON”位置，起动机继续旋转，导致起动机损坏或因过负荷导致发生火灾。
启动及熄火技巧一、起动方法1．起动发动机前，请先系好安全带。
2．请进行驻车制动。
3．把所有电器装置开关都置于「OFF」位置。
4．先确认加速踏板位置、制动踏板位置以及各踏板的自由行程。
根据变速器种类，按下列方法进行操作。
如果在驾驶席周围有妨碍踏板操作的物品(如易拉罐、瓶、没固定好的地毯等)，请您清除这些物品。
否则停车时，会出现踩不到制动踏板等情况，很危险。
(1)手动变速器车辆1．完全踩下离合器踏板，把变速杆置于中立位置，起动发动机。
2．起步时松开驻车制动杆。
3．解除制动后，在踩下离合器踏板的状态下把变速杆置于「1」档，慢慢松开离合器踏板，踩下加速踏板，缓慢起步。

北京现代(索纳塔/伊兰特)遥控器设定方法一)概述1.系统操作按下“TRK”按键，打开后备厢。
按下“LOCK”按键，开锁并激活防盗系统。
按下“UNLOCK”按键，打开车门并解除防盗系统。
2.系统说明锁门并激活防盗系统时，灯闪烁2次；开锁并解除防盗系统时，灯闪烁1次。
遥控器电池寿命为2年。
接收器位于中控台后面。
如果防盗喇叭被触发(防起动)，则车辆将不能起动。
(二)钥匙复制1.口令设定当丢失了ID钥匙时，可以用口令和Hi-scan pro(CARMAN SCAN I& C ARMAN SCAN II)注册钥匙。
2.初始口令制造商将初始口令定为2345(储存在ICM中)。
在输入新口令之前，使用初始口令可以注册钥匙。
钥匙如图所示。
3.注册和更换口令使用Hi-scan pro(CARMAN SCAN I& CARMAN SCAN II)，可以把初始口令(全部设置为2345)更换为新口令。
口令由4位数字(0～9)组成，注册新口令后，ICM将以ID码的形式永久性记录下来，原口令2345不能再使用。
(三)钥匙注册和改码1.注册方法(1)开始注册。

2.主钥匙改变注册密码当原主钥匙遗失或使用新主钥匙时，必须改变注册密码，方法如下：(1)使用ID钥匙，ICM便进行确认。
(2)用ID钥匙转动点火开关，在10s内完成5次“ON←→OFF”动作。
(3)拔出ID钥匙(在10s内完成)，用主钥匙1将点火开关从“ON”位置转至“O FF”位置，此时，主钥匙1已注册(10s内完成)。
(4)按上述方法注册主钥匙2。
(5)结束注册3.使用口令当遗失ID钥匙，对新主钥匙进行注册时，必须使用Hi-scan pro (CARMAN SCAN I& CARMAN SCAN II)进行注册。
