It is compact, portable and stylish in design capable to connect both GSM and GPRS wireless networks. A replacement product or part, including a user-installable part that has been installed in accordance with instructions provided by Globalsat/ USGlobalsat, assumes the remaining warranty of the original product or ninety (90) days from the date of replacement or repair, whichever provides longer coverage for you. When a product or part is exchanged, any replacement item becomes your property and the replaced items becomes Globalsat/ USGlobalsat’s property. Parts provide by Globalsat/ USGlobalsat in fulfillment of its warranty obligation must be used in products for which warranty service is claimed. The Limited Warranty does not apply to any non-Globalsat hardware product or any software, even if packaged or sold with the Globalsat hardware.Manufacturers, suppliers, or publishers, other than Globalsat/ USGlobalsat, may provide their own warranties to the end user purchaser, but Globalsat/ USGlobalsat, in so far as permitted by law, provides their products “as-is”. 对于难治性抑郁症仍没有统一和明确的定义，目前较为公认的定义是：（1）对抗精神病药物治疗无效（2）采用两种不同治疗机制的抗抑郁症药物足量、足疗程治疗无效的抑郁症称为难治性抑郁症。

因此，对目前的文献中关于难治性抑郁症的分级及定义进行总结，是非常有必要的。

近日，一篇发表在Journal of Clinical Psychiatry上的文章对关于难治性抑郁症的定义以及分析进行了系统综述。

此项系统综述检索了Pubmed数据库，检索时间为建库到2018年2月25日，通过检索，共确定18篇相关的文献。

包括五种不同的分级方法，综述如下：1.抗抑郁剂治疗史表单(Antidepressant Treatment History Form, ATHF)：THF出现于1990年，用于在进行电休克治疗(ECT)前评估患者抗抑郁治疗后的精力恢复情况。

该表单根据抗抑郁药物的剂量和治疗时间分为5个等级：从0级(无抗抑郁药物使用)到5级(高剂量抗抑郁药物联用锂盐等治疗)，每一级均要求抗抑郁治疗至少持续4周，包括使用抗精神病药物治疗伴精神病性症状的重性抑郁障碍。

2.麻省总医院分级模型(Massachusetts General Hospital Staging Model, MGH—S)：其最大限度地纳入了当时认知范围内所有与TRD有关的影响因素，充分考虑了治疗失败的次数和强度，以及增效治疗和联合治疗等所有优化治疗的干预措施，尤其关注ECT的治疗效果。

与一般模型直接分级不同，MGH—S模型可得到一个具体的分值，更精准地定位患者治疗抵抗的强度，尤其对区分中等强度抵抗有优势。

因此与前面述及的模型相比较，该模型的测评结果更加全面可靠。

然而该模型同样有其局限性，MGH～S中抗抑郁药的剂量和疗程所占分值比重等同于增效治疗与合并治疗，然而一般来说后两种方法往往抗抑郁效力更强；该模型的评分系统中ECT史所占比重较大(达3分)，但并未对治疗的具体情况加．以说明，如治疗次数等，使得该项评分较为主观武断。

本文件适用于钢铁行业使用气体燃料连续生产的蓄热式工业炉窑和钢包烘烤系统热平衡测试与计算。

2规范性引用文件下列文件对于本文件的应用是必不可少的。

凡是注日期的引用文件，仅所注日期的版本适用于本文件。

凡是不注日期的引用文件，其最新版本（包括所有的修改单）适用于本文件。

3.1气体预热温度gas/air preheat temperature供热过程中，气体流经蓄热体的温度。

对于钢包烘烤系统，热平衡测试的时间应与钢包烘烤的时间相一致，测试应在烘烤器工作稳定的情况下连续测试。
