我最喜欢的食物篇一：我最喜欢的食物我是一个植物性主义者，凡是肉我都爱不释口，但是我惧怕吃到鸡蛋，不管是煎的、煮的、蒸的和炒的，但是自从寒假我尝试做煎鸡蛋后，感到煎蛋是极其美味，每次都煎一个鸡蛋夹在汉堡胚中，美美地享受自我的劳动成果。
煎蛋虽然看似简单，但是做起来非常有技巧。
首先，把油、锅、盘、勺、盐和鸡蛋都放在桌子上才；其次点火，把锅热好，倒上适当的油，这可是比较不好掌握的，有几次我都好像进了半锅油；然后把鸡蛋打裂，用手一抠，把鸡蛋倒入锅中（有好几次连鸡蛋壳也银穗草窜入了油中），听到“噗哧”一声，油就溅了起来，我立刻蹦了出去。
过一会儿，我小心翼翼地把盐撒上用几粒，再拿着炒勺把鸡蛋翻过一面，煎到金黄色关火。
拿出汉堡胚，中间切一刀，在两面涂上番茄酱，再加上四片黄瓜片，把煎好的鸡蛋放入其中，一夹放入口中。
鸡蛋黄儿的山楂流入唇齿之间，酸甜的番茄酱在舌间流淌，脆嫩的黄瓜用牙一咬割伤发出嘎吱嘎吱地声响，汉堡胚上的芝麻香味扑面而来：真是三界少有的美味啊！做汉堡包特意是我全天候亲自制作的，虽然它没有麦当劳的肉片精致，但是我认为它是世上最可口的食物。

有一天中午，我等着上饭，突然，闻到了一股香气，妈妈曾经感叹道：我不去再说狗都真亏！意思是：我的鼻子很灵。
我闻到香气后，之上了上能一盘热气腾腾的土豆炖肉！哇！配上米饭吃水果真是绝配！因此，那天中午我吃了很多。
