Last weekend we went to the countryside to have a picnic. We took some food and some drinks with us for lunch. We started early in the morning. About two hours later, we came to a river. Betty is a middle school student. She studies at No.3 Middle School. She is very outgoing and has many good friends. It was Sunday yesterday. The weather was fine. Betty had no classes. She got up at six in the morning. First, she finished her homework at home, and then she went to the park by bike. She played with her friends happily there. One day, a woman went to the bus stop after she did some shopping. She had a basket on her left arm. The basket was full of fruit and vegetables. A car was running over quickly when she crossed the road. The car knocked her down on the ground. She aws badly hurt by the car. A policeman arrived and called 120 at once. Soon the ambulance came and the woman was quickly taken to the hospital. We must obey the traffic rules and be careful when crossing the street.

Last Tuesday, we had a class meeting to discuss where to go for our spring outing. We came up with a few choices, such as going boating, climbing a mountain, and going to an amusement park. Finally we decided to go mountain clibming. The next day, we set off earl in the morning. While climbing the mountain, we enjoyed the warm sunshine and the beautiful view. However, when we reached the top, we were shocked to see litter here and there, such as bottles and banana peels. Then we started to pick up the litter. Afterwards, we put the rubbish into the recycling bin and none recycling bin respectively. We were tired but happy. We think everyone has the duty to protect out environment.

Anne lives in a tall building of a city. One windy day, she was doing her homework when a coat fell into her balcony of her room. She picked it up and thought, “Whose is it? I must give it back to the owner.” so she wen t down to the street and tried to find the owner. Anne asked Aunt Wang if it was hers but she said no. Anne went on with work from door to door. At last, a woman with glasses told Anne the coat was hers. The woman was thankful to her. What a nice girl Anne was!

Lucy wanted to buy a new sweater. So she asked her best friend, Helen, to go shopping with her. There were many kinds of sweater in the shop. They were different styles and of different colors. They didn’t know which one to choose. The shop assistant came over to help them and advised Lucy to try on some of them. After trying, all of them agreed that one of the styles fit Lucy quite well. At last, Lucy was very happy to have the sweater in light blue.
