我对考试的看法的英语作文篇1Since school comes into being, the test standard has been used to appraise performance of students. So far it is still being used, which may suggest that actually there are some advantages in it. However, it is also highly possible that the test standard is a not ideal way to find out what students have learned and what they haven't. Most school is still using it just because there is no better method to replace it.In my opinion, the following three points are the critical flaws in the test standard. One of the most harmful effects on the test method is that it will force us to study just for passing tests, not for acquiring knowledge especially in China. Obviously the final object of education is XXX us intellective by learning more knowledge. While the test is only a way to examine the level of students' studies, it has been deteriorated to a sifter deciding the fate of students. Why can it be called a terrible sifter? Now in the tests, which decide who can enter a higher school, thousands of poor students, who want a splendid future, must prepare for the tests by finishing a great deal of practices. Those practice tests are heavy-laden to them. So in this case, how can they be expected to study to obtain knowledge? To them that are enough if they can reach the level which tests need. In the end what our nationwill get, genuine persons with ability or just test robots?Secondly, tests will bring the examinees great pressure, which can affect their lives. A typical example of this is that most young students have worn glasses even though some of them are still children. For preparing for tests, they must spend a lot of time on doing their homework so that their eyesight becomes worse and worse. And the more time they spend on those, the less time they have for playing and relaxing. Consequently, there is a bad influence on their health.Thirdly, in fact, test system itself can not veraciously estimate who is better than others because there are many factors impacting the results of test. For instance, someone cheated in test so that his score would be higher than others. Or someone who was too nervous to perform well fell in the test.Only in spare time and no pressure of tests existent, students can study simply for the fun, for obtaining knowledge and for the things that they are really interested in. But now the test system is the only way to select which one is better, who can reach better school and who can get good job. Then what we can do is to improve the test system or hope that something better will be invented and replace the test system.我对考试的看法的英语作文篇2In my opinion, examinations are one of the important activities in school life. I have gone through all sorts of examinations since my primary school. I have tasted the flavor of happiness and sadness. Before examinations I always have a hard time and don't know what to do.During examinations I feel nervous and sometimes my mind bees blank Only after examinations does the world seem to be bright again and am I brimming with vigor. Weoften plain that our teachers make trouble for us on purpose. But it is not true. The fact is that examinations are just a way to-help us do better in our study.我对考试的看法的英语作文篇3for going on with my further studies,i took the entrance examination in a senior middle school last week.i still remember there were more than three hundred candidates taking part in this examination. for the first day,in the morning, chinese was easy. we were required to write a composition of 250 words on "my home life",and give definitions and illustrations to twenty phrases. in the afterno on,we took an english examination. there were dictation, sentence formation, and analysis for oral english. in the oral examination,i was questioned about my home life,my experience in the junior middle school and my future prospects.on the second day,we were examined on history and geography in the morning and physics and chemistry in the afternoon.为了进一步学习,我上周在一所高中参加了入学考试。

my views on examination我对考试的看法

My views on examinationNowadays, the examination is always used as a tool to text the study of students in college.when we talk about examination,we can easily associate some words like stress and disappointment.we even can treat the examination as the darkest part of study. The reasons of what make examination become so bad is as follows.firstly, the people who are responsible for our study like teachers and parents always put our marks of examination on a important position so that they ignore the feelings of us.secondly, they want to try their best to improve our score by anyway and they press us so hard.what’s more,we always want to meet their require by studying all the time or staying up day and day to make us feel better than other students. In my opinion, examination is a good way to text ourselves, and nobody find a better way is fit for all the people in the world to substitute for it during recently thousands years.we should have a proper attitude to the examination so that we can be benefit from our grades.。

对大学英语四级考试的看法英语作文

对大学英语四级考试的看法英语作文My Big Opinion on the Big English Test for College KidsHi there! My name is Timmy and I'm 8 years old. I haven't taken the CET-4 test yet since I'm still in elementary school. But my older sister Sophie just took it last month when she was a sophomore in college. She studied really really hard for it. I saw her staying up late at night reviewing vocabulary words and reading practice tests. Sometimes she looked really stressed out!The CET-4 must be a huge deal since Sophie put in so much work to get ready for it. From what I understand, it's a big important test that college students in China have to take to show they are good at English. If you pass it, that means your English skills are strong enough to maybe get a good job someday or go to graduate school. Failing it is not good though, so you have to study hard. When my sister finally took the test, she was really nervous beforehand. She kept pacing around the house and double checking that she had all her pencils and admission ticket and stuff. On test day, my parents drove her to the exam site before sunrise so she could get there super early. When she came home after it was finally over, she looked relieved but also really tired.A couple weeks later, Sophie got her results in the mail. She passed! I remember she was jumping up and down with joy when she opened up the envelope. My parents took us all out for a celebratory dinner at our favorite restaurant that night. We even got ice cream sundaes for dessert! From everything I saw my sister go through, the CET-4 seems like a really difficult and important test. It looks incredibly stressful to prepare for and take. But passing it is clearly really exciting and rewarding too after all that hard work.I'm just a kid so I don't fully understand everything about the CET-4 yet. But I do know it's a marathon of an exam that takes serious dedication and perseverance. You have to spend months and months diligently studying all areas of English - reading, writing, listening, and speaking. It's a huge time commitment on top of all your other college coursework. Not everyone is able to pass it on their first try either. From my perspective, the CET-4 seems like a brutal endurance test, at least based on how grueling it was for my sister. All those flashcards, practice tests, and long nights of studying she had to grind through were just draining. It's almost like running a marathon, but using just your brain instead of yourbody. At the end, you're exhausted but also really proud you made it through such an arduous challenge.I'm honestly kind of dreading having to take the CET-4 myself once I get to college in like 10 years. It just seems so high-stakes and psychologically taxing. The pressure to perform well and get a passing score after months of preparing must be immense. I get stressed enough about spelling quizzes in my 3rd grade class!Although I know the CET-4 will be an uphill battle, I'm trying to look at the positives too. Passing the test is a sign that you've achieved an advanced level of English mastery. It opens up more career opportunities and proves you have strong communication skills in an era of globalization. Plus, English is just such a useful language to know across so many fields. So while the road to CET-4 success seems incredibly arduous, I know it will all be worth it in the end. If I follow in Sophie's footsteps and study really hard for many months while staying motivated and believing in myself, I'll give myself the best chance at passing. And when I finally do conquer that metaphorical mountain someday after college, I'll get to enjoy the amazing feeling of relief and pride, just like my sister did.Maybe we can even go out for another celebratory ice cream sundae together! For now though, I'm just going to keep on working hard in my elementary school classes. I'll let any worries about the CET-4 exam stay far in the back of my little 8-year-old mind. Testing battles like that are still a long ways away for me! I've got plenty of time to mentally prepare myself for the challenge ahead. But at least I have an up-close example from my sister on what to expect. If she could make it through by keeping her head down and grinding, maybe I'll be able to as well someday. One thing's for sure - I'll always keepunderestimating how major that CET-4 exam is!。

We live in a world full of competition. And the examination is one of the tools to exam whether we meet the standard or not. If we want to enter the key university, we have to get high marks on the College Entrance Exam;if we want to have a good job, we will go through a series of interviews and tests; If we want to drive a car, we have to pass the driving test. Some people complain that there are too many exams in our lives, and these exams cannot truly or fully reflect a person’s ability. Unfortunately, our fate and future are depending on these exams. 我对考试的看法的英语作文篇1We live in a world full of competition, part of which includes examinations. Unfortunately, our fate and future are determined by it. We need to pass the College Entrance Exam to enter university; excel in interviews to obtain a job; pass the driving test to acquire a driver’s license. Examinations take place in everyday life of common people; hence we have got too accustomed to it to realize its negative side. The facts speak for themselves that examinations have become a yardstick of success and failure in today’s society. Its efficiency of measurement may explain part of its popularity, but does it truly reflect a person’s ability and aptitude? It is vital to make such a fact clear that examinations cannot test what we know, but what we remember. A student with a good memory may find it very effective to cram all the knowledge into mind before examinations. In this sense, it is very unfair for the students who work hard all the time. Since no one performs at his best all the time, examinees are no exceptions. Some unexpected accidents happened to them like a sudden headache will affect the outcome, thus fail the student.I would like to put forward my heart-felt proposal that one day some more scientific and humanized method will replace the old tradition. With efforts from educationists and other relatedprofessionals, hopefully, it will not remain a dream only.我们生活在一个充满竞争的世界里,其中一部分包括考试。

对大学英语四级考试的看法英语作文

对大学英语四级考试的看法英语作文The College English Test Band 4 (CET-4) is a widely recognized examination that assesses the Englishproficiency of college students in China. It plays acrucial role in evaluating students' language skills and often serves as a prerequisite for further education or employment opportunities. While the CET-4 presents both challenges and opportunities, it remains a争议性考试 among students, teachers, and employers alike.**Challenges Posed by the CET-4**One significant challenge posed by the CET-4 is the pressure it places on students to achieve high scores. The test is often viewed as a critical milestone in a student's academic career, and high scores are often equated with success and future prospects. This intense focus on考试成绩 can lead to anxiety and stress, affecting students' mental health and overall well-being.Moreover, the CET-4's focus on language proficiency can sometimes overlook other important language skills, such as speaking and writing abilities. The test mainly assessesreading, listening, and vocabulary skills, leading to a narrowed focus on these areas and a neglect of others. This can限制 students' overall language development and prevent them from becoming proficient in all aspects of the language.**Opportunities Provided by the CET-4**Despite its challenges, the CET-4 also presents numerous opportunities for students. Firstly, it provides a standardized measure of English proficiency that is widely recognized by employers and educational institutions. This serves as a valuable credential for students seeking employment or further education and can help them stand out in a competitive job market.Secondly, the CET-4 encourages students to developtheir language skills and improve their English proficiency. By preparing for the test, students are motivated to enhance their reading, listening, vocabulary, and grammar skills, which are crucial for effective communication in English.Lastly, the CET-4 serves as a gateway to more advanced language learning opportunities. High scores on the testcan open doors to more advanced courses, programs, and exchange opportunities that provide students with a deeper understanding of the English language and culture.**Conclusion**The College English Test Band 4 (CET-4) is a double-edged sword for college students. While it poses challenges such as test anxiety and a narrowed focus on certain language skills, it also provides opportunities for personal growth, employment prospects, and further education. It is crucial for students to approach the CET-4 with a balanced perspective, focusing not just on test scores but also on overall language development. By doing so, they can harness the test's potential to enhance their English proficiency and use it as a stepping stone to greater academic and career success.**大学英语四级考试:挑战与机遇并存**大学英语四级考试(CET-4)是一项广泛认可的考试,旨在评估中国大学生的英语水平。

对大学英语四级考试的思考英语作文

对大学英语四级考试的思考英语作文My Big Thoughts on the Big English TestHiya! I'm just a little kid who loves ice cream and telling silly jokes. I probably shouldn't be thinking too much about big tests that college students have to take. But you asked for my thoughts, so here goes! The CET-4 exam sounds like a real doozy! It stands for College English Test Level 4, which means it must be a super important English test for university students in China. I can't even imagine having to take a test that big and serious. When I have to take tests at school, I get so nervous my tummy hurts! I really feel bad for those college kids. From what I've heard, the CET-4 has listening, reading and writing sections. That's a whole lot to think about all at once! The listening part seems like it would be the hardest for me. You have to listen really carefully and understand different accents. Sometimes I zone out when my teacher is talking, so I'd probably miss a bunch of questions. Yikes! The reading part sounds pretty tough too. You have to read all these passages about science, culture, and other hard topics. Sure, I can read picture books no problem. But reading longpassages full of big fancy words? No thank you! My little brain would start spinning. I'd probably start daydreaming about my favorite TV show instead of focusing. Classic me!As for the writing section, that might actually be the easiest part for me. I love telling stories and using my imagination! I could probably write a pretty epic tale about dragons, unicorns and kids who eat way too many sweets. Though I'm not sure if that's exactly what the test graders want to read. Hopefully they have a good sense of humor!I heard there are some speaking questions too where you have to respond out loud. That doesn't sound too bad since I've become a master of "talking A LOT" according to my parents. I could probably ramble on for hours about my favorite toys or video games. The test graders might get a little tired of hearing my voice though! When you add up all those sections, the CET-4 seems like a seriously long test. I can barely sit still for an hour, let alone an entire morning or afternoon. I'd probably have to take a bajillion snack breaks to keep my energy up. I have a feeling the test supervisors wouldn't be too happy about me munching away!Another thing that makes the CET-4 sound hard is that it covers SO MUCH English knowledge. You need excellentgrammar skills, a huge vocabulary, and the ability to express yourself clearly. No pressure at all! Just kidding, that's probably every English learner's worst nightmare wrapped into one test.I'm honestly not sure how anyone can prepare enough for such a challenging exam. I suppose reading lots of books, watching English movies, and practicing tests could help. But geez, that's an awful lot of work! Students must stay up way past their bedtimes studying. I'd fall asleep with my face planted in a textbook for sure. For any college kids taking the CET-4, I truly admire your dedication and brainpower. I'll be sending all my positive energy your way! Maybe think of me cheering you on from the sidelines as you power through the test. Just don't get distracted by mental images of a small child shouting words of encouragement - that might make it hard to concentrate! At the end of the day, the CET-4 seems like one seriously important test. Its score could impact job opportunities, graduations, and other major life events for Chinese university students. No wonder there's so much weight and pressure around it! Just thinking about all that importance tied to one exam makes me want to curl up in a ball. But for students who have studied diligently and mastered the English skills, the CET-4 is a prime chance to showcase your abilities. Think of it as a final epic battle against the toughest questions this test can throw at you. If you persevere and give it your all, that sweet taste of victory will be yours!Or at least that's how I'm imagining this big important test as a clueless 8-year-old. Maybe my perspective is a bit too simplistic or immature. But hey, a little childlike optimism never hurts when facing a major academic challenge! Just think about how amazing you'll feel after conquering the CET-4 dragon! So to all those college students out there prepping for this beast of an。

我对考试的看法英语作文

我对考试的看法英语作文Examinations are a pivotal aspect of the educational system, serving as a tool for both assessment and motivation. As an English teacher, I have observed the various impacts of exams on students and the learning process. Here is my perspective on the matter:1. Assessment of Knowledge and Skills: Exams are designed to evaluate a student's understanding of a subject. They provide a snapshot of what a student has learned over a period of time. This is crucial for both the student and the teacher to understand areas that may need further attention.2. Motivation for Learning: The prospect of an exam can serve as a strong motivator for students to study and prepare. It encourages them to review material, reinforce their learning, and develop effective study habits.3. Standardization and Comparison: Exams offer a standardized way to compare students' performance. This can be useful for educational institutions to maintain a certain level of academic rigor and to ensure that students are meeting the required standards.4. Pressure and Stress: On the flip side, exams can create a significant amount of stress and pressure for students. The high stakes associated with exams can lead to anxiety and even burnout in some cases.5. Limitations in Measuring Ability: While exams are good at measuring specific types of knowledge, they are not alwaysthe best at assessing other important skills such as creativity, critical thinking, and collaboration.6. Preparation and Performance: Exams test not just the knowledge but also a student's ability to perform under pressure. This includes time management, attention to detail, and the ability to recall information quickly.7. Fairness and Equity: There is an ongoing debate about the fairness of exams. Some argue that they favor certain typesof learners over others and do not account for different learning styles or personal circumstances.8. The Role of Continuous Assessment: In light of the limitations of exams, there is a growing trend towards continuous assessment, which includes projects, presentations, and other forms of evaluation that provide a more holisticview of a student's abilities.9. Personal Growth and Reflection: Exams can also serve as a moment for personal growth. They can be an opportunity for students to reflect on their learning process, identify their strengths and weaknesses, and set goals for improvement.10. The Future of Exams: As education evolves, so too mustour approach to exams. There is a need for a more nuanced understanding of how to assess student learning that goes beyond the traditional exam format. In conclusion, while exams have their place in education,it's important to recognize their limitations and to strive for a balanced approach that includes a variety of assessment methods. This can help to ensure that we are not only testing students' knowledge but also supporting their overall development and success.。
