4.8 Installing the burner grates WARNING
Improperly positioned grates can cause flare-ups. ▶ Position all grates properly on the cooktop whenever the cooktop is in use to properly support pots and avoid spills. ▶ Make sure each of the four feet of the grates is placed into the corresponding dimples on the cooktop surface. ▶ Do not use a grate if the rubber feet are missing or damaged.
4.6 Connecting the electrical supply
CAUTION Before you plug in the electrical cord, make sure that the gas shut-off valve and all burner controls are in the OFF position. ▶ Connect the plug of the electrical cord to a grounded power outlet. Toxic gases from the chimney or the extraction shaft are sucked back into the living space.■Adequate incoming air must therefore always be ensured.■An incoming/exhaust air wall box alone will not ensure compliance with the limit.Safe operation is possible only when the partial vacuum in the place where the heat-producing appliance is installed does not exceed 4 Pa (0.04 mbar). Never work with naked flames close to the appliance (e.g. flambéing). Do not install the appliance near a heat-producing appliance for solid fuel (e.g. wood or coal) unless a closed, non-removable cover is available. There must be no flying sparks.■Hot oil and fat can ignite very quickly. Never leave hot fat or oil unattended. Never use water to put out burning oil or fat. Switch off the hotplate. Extinguish flames carefully using a lid, fire blanket or something similar. ■When gas burners are in operation without any cookware placed on them, they can build up a lot of heat. A ventilationappliance installed above the cooker may become damaged or catch fire. Onlyoperate the gas burners with cookware on them.■Operating several gas burners at the same time gives rise to a great deal of heat. Here you can find tips on how to save even moreenergy when using the appliance, and how to dispose of your appliance properly.Saving energy■During cooking, ensure that there is a sufficient supply of air so that the extractor hood can work efficiently and with a low level of operating noise.■Adjust the fan speed to the intensity of the cooking fumes. Only use intensive mode where this isrequired. A lower fan speed means that less energy is consumed.■If there are intensive cooking fumes, select a higher fan speed in good time. To keep them in good working order, the filters1.Open the lock on the metal grease filters andremove the filters from the retainer. Notes–When you do this, take hold of the metal grease filters from underneath with your other hand.Make sure that the metal grease filters do not fall and damage the hob.–Fat may accumulate in the bottom of the metal grease filters. 1 引言1.1 液压传动的发展液压传动是根据 17 世纪帕斯卡提出的液体静压力传动原理而发展起来的一门新兴技术，是工农业生产中广为应用的一门技术。

油烟机产品知识手册一、 产品基础知识（一）产品概念油烟机是指抽吸室内的油烟气体，经分离油雾清除油雾和气体的机器。

（五）主要部件组件及作用5.1外壳5.1.1外壳的材质A、单一材质，如：冷扎钢板——绝大多数中式烟机均如此不锈钢板——欧式塔型机、个别中式烟机B、多种材质，如：冷扎钢板+工程塑料（方太“日后”系列）不锈钢板+玻璃（伊莱克斯的ER01）5.1.2外壳的表面处理外壳的表面处理分成以下情况：Ａ、表面不处理，如采用不锈钢材料的欧式烟机Ｂ、表面喷粉处理，这样的处理多用于冷扎钢板，其作用是防止冷扎钢板腐蚀和实现油烟机的色彩Ｃ、表面喷金属漆，这样的处理的作用与喷粉处理相同，但防腐蚀效果更好，表面也更加光滑、明亮、美观。
5.1.3外壳的作用有两个：Ａ、实现吸油烟机的造型Ｂ、安装及固定其它零部件5.2集烟罩集烟罩的作用主要有两点：Ａ、拢烟，使油烟在吸入油烟机之前不会四处逃逸。

3、出风管不宜太长，最好不要超过2米，而且尽量减少折弯，避免多个90度折弯，否则会影响吸油烟效果。

按键功能如下：
确认整机安装完毕，将电源插头插入有良好接地的三芯电源插座中。
1、按强、弱、照明灯、停止键（强、弱两档不允许同时按下），检查是否正常。
2、按下强档键开关，风机高转速运行；按下弱档健开关，风机档运行；强档慢档可以相互切换。
3、按下停止健，风机则停止运转。
4、按下照明键，照明灯亮，再次按下照明键，照明灯则灭。
使用方法：
在正常情况下，点火前应先开启吸油烟机，使进风口处形成一个负压区。
以保证空饪时于岸油烟效果良好?当烹饪结束后应继续排油烟2~3分钟，以便彻底除厨房内油烟。
使用注意事项
1、吸油烟机在炉灶消耗煤气或其他燃料时。
房何必须保持通风良好。
2、便用的电源电压、频率与产品使用要求相符合?三芯电源插座须有可熊接地，接地线切不可搭接在自来水管或煤气管道上。
3、射灯开启后请不要随意触摸射灯灯翠汲面，更换灯泡时应切断电源。

并及时淌理油槽内枳油。

2、每一年应金而维护一次。
清除部位的油污，尤其是兀足风轮、风道、导汕环等。
确保吸汕烟畅通无阳，永葆吸油烟机性施良好。
沾洗步骤：
1、沾洗前，请务必拔掉电源插头。
2、讲用中性洗涤剂和软布。
软刷轻擦。
3、旋动风网扣手即可将风网取下。
拧开后网螺丝，将前网、后网打开清洗。
4、沾洗风轮、风道时用螺丝力将后板拆下，拧下风轮微紧螺母，
取下风轮进行沾洗。
